Transfer orders from SNP to ECC

Hello,
Could anyone please tell me how to transfer planned orders (production, purchase & transport) from SNP to ECC?

Production orders are now being transfer, but purchase and transport req. we are still having problems.
We checked sapapo/ccr and there is an error: " CIF 182 - No external number exist in R/3". We still have not figure out what could be the problem. Any ideas of what could be the problem?

Transfer of forecast from SNP to ECC

We are using transfer profile to transfer forecast (9ADFCST) from SNP to ECC.
We find that the original forecast is not transferred, but only the unconsumed (Original fcst - sales) forecast is transferred.
Is there a way to transfer the original forecast from SNP to ECC?

Thanks for your response.
Yes, we had thought of doing that, but we are transferring the forecast based on requirement strategy for each product in product master data in SNP.
Though DP has all the original forecst, it does not have req. strat. as a selection criterion for SKU.
For example-- if the req. strat. is 20 then create VSF orders in ECC, if it is 30 then create VSE orders in ECC and if it is 32 do not transfer to ECC.
So we have to fall back on SNP to transfer the forecast using that product selection criterion.
But in SNP the forecast is consumed by sales order/deliveries and only the "remaining" forecast (after all the consumption have taken place) is transferred.
We had tried /sapapo/dmp2 to transfer original forecast, but it does not work if the "Planning Assembly" field is not checked in the product master. And we do not use that field in our product master data.

Releasing Sales Orders from SNP to DP at correct levels

We have a requirement where we want to do month to date tracking of sales orders in DP compared with the forecast. We have three important characteristics in DP at which we want the data to be released - Product, Location and Customer. Is there a way to release Sales Order data from SNP to DP at such a detailed level ? A product at a location could have sales orders from multiple customers.

why would you want to send Sales Orders from SNP to DP
Why not load it into DP planning area through a cube in the DW workbench directly
As far as i know you can only trasfer from SNP to DP in Product Location (or similar characterstic Level)
DP to SNP demand transfer can use descriptive characteristics but dont think you can do it in reverse

Mass sales orders from CRM to ECC

We have a requirement to mass upload sales orders from CRM system ECC system. I could not able to find any option to push sales orders in bulk from CRM to ECC.
Could you please let me know if you know any kind of solution for this kind of scenario.

How to create Transfer order from material document uFF08Move type is 101uFF09

Hi all,
is there any function module, BAPI to create transfer order from a material document number？
I want to use FM L_TO_CREATE_SINGLE,but the result is "Movement type 101 for manual transfer orders does not exist".
Is the parameters error？

The error message you get is number 196 from message class L3, do a where-used on it from transaction SE91 and then put a break-point on each line result. Afterwards, re-execute your function call and see which break-point is hit and investigate from there.
With that said, you really should be using Bapi BAPI_GOODSMVT_CREATE for all goods movement operations. It shares code with MIGO and executes the same Badi's and user-exits, so data integrity is not broken. Don't forget Bapi BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT to commit changes in the database after a successful call.

Create Transfer Order from TR - Consignment stock

Hi,
I've implemented vendor consignment stock in SAP. However I cannot get it fixed that when an TO is created from an TR that a TO is created for the material which is a part of the consignment stock.
Is it possible to make a TO automatic (with LT04) that also creates a TO with consignment stock as a source bin?

Below is a screenshot of the Transfer requirement:
Item 1 (1100-0002-0000) is a non-consignment material and item 2 (5800-0001-0001) is a consignment material which is stored on a consignment location.
With Tcode LT04 (Create Transfer Order from TR) it is possible to create a TO for a TR.
After clicking enter, the following screen appears
When I click Generate TO Item the system automatically creates a TO for material 1100-0002-0000. However the system cannot create an TO for material 5800-0001-0001. It gives the following screen. With the notice that the system cannot find the source storage bin.
The goal is that the TO is automatic created (just as for item 1) for this material. Thus the material can also be picked directly.

Error in Outbound Queue while Releasing order from CRM to ECC

Hi,
When I release my sales order from CRM to ECC, I got an error in Outbound Queue saying "Screen output without Connection to User".
This is occuring in FM : BAPI_SALESDOCU_PROXY_UPLOAD
Can you please tell me why this error is coming?

Hello Sandeep,
During the RFC call from CRM to ECC, this is a background processing, the screen call is not allowed.
If a call screen is executed, there is the mentioned error.
Please check in your ECC system, whether you have any user exits that have the coding 'call screen'.

Release Planned Orders from SNP to R/3

Hello Experts:
I have a business request to release the Production Planned KF from SNP into a frozen MPS (or even an inactive fcst version) in R/3. Since we have only released a forecast from the DP side to R/3 in the past, can anyone tell me the best practice to release from SNP to R/3? Do I need to create an info cube to perform the release?
The business runs a Heuristic in SNP at the finished good level and the makes modifications and would like to release this to be used in the R/3 MRP run for some groups of materials, as opposed to releasing the forecast for MRP to run on.
Currently, I can send the data from SNP Production Planned KF to a time series KF in DP and release to MD63 from there, but they would like to release directly from SNP in the future.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Hi Andrea,
If you want to release SNP planning data to ECC, you need to make following settings.
In customizing
Maintain Distribution definitions
Maintain Settings in Configure transfer to OLTP system in SNP customizing-Global Settings.
If you maintain periodic setting in SNP setting, you need to run transaction /SAPAPO/C5 to transfer data.
As well as u can do this also :
1) You need to create a release profile using transaction /sapapo/mc8s
2) In release profile, you need to maintain planning area, key figure to
be transformed, plg version, category, etc.,
3) Once it is created, using transaction /sapapo/mc8t, maintain the
R/3 transfer steps
4) Then create a planning job in background using transaction
/sapapo/mc8d

Updating SRM 7.0 purchase order from R/3 ECC 6.0

Hi,
we have a situation where we need to update srm po (account assignment ) after GR . we were able to update in R/3 .
Till now SRM version is 4.0 there was no problem and purchase order is only available in R/3 . Now SRM system getting updated to 7.0 and as in SRM 7.0 purchase order is saved in SRM system too . To avoid the inconsistency we have to update the po in SRM as well.
Is there any way to update in srm from r/3 ecc 6?

Hi Masa,
We use some customization during good receipt so during GR we change the account assigment details of po .
We got a method to change the ECPO . so it is possible to change ECPO(copy of srm ) in ERP.
What I am looking at is after changing the srm po copy in ERP I want to update in SRM too. so that both has same values (account assignment) . Not sure at this point how can be done (May thru BAPI/ RFC).
so is it possible to change po details in SRM from R/3.

I am converting a snp planned order from ppds order in transaction /sapapo/rrp_sap2ppds and using heuristic sap_pp_002.But it is canceling the heuristic and giving above error message.I have given 60days ppds horizon and 61days snp horizon.lot size:lot-for-lot.Please suggest what to do?

Hello ,
The hueristics sap_pp_002 you are using is based on algorithm "planning of std. lots".
For converting Supply Network Planning (SNP) orders or Capable-to-Match(CTM) orders into Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) orders, try to use a heuristic based on the algorithm /SAPAPO/HEU_SNP_CONVERT, such as the standard heuristic SAP_SNP_SNGL..
I think the above mentioned hueristics should be able to solve the problem .

How to create wave pick document and transfer order from that document

Hi All,
I want to create wave pick document based on delivery and correspondingly want to create transfer order for that. My requirement is that if in 3 delivery i have to pick material M1 as 100, 50, 100 qty then when i create wave pick for these deliveries and create Transfer order by this wave pick doc it should pick from single bin of warehouse , currently it is picking from 3 different bins though qty in each bin is more than 250 in each bin. Also suggest me the configuration requred for this.

Hello Gordon, tha is working perfect now I finaly get the forecasted items in my MRP window If I click on show recommendations I see he recommends he wants to order some pcs, and Indd what I split in to Buy or Make is separated in an Production order. But how do I change the recommendations into orders?

To stop transfer orders from printing

user has transfer orders printing to a specific printer automatically, were in SAP do you stop the orders from printing automatically.

Remove print code from your movement type and that should solve your problem.
or (if you do not want to remove the print code) your spool code is responsible for auto printing.
Note down your movement type' s print code and go to OMLV change the specific spool code(auto print) to different spool code which can stop auto print.

Automatic creation of transfer orders from goods receipt of purchase order.

Hi experts
The project i am currently working on requires the following;
When goods receipting a purchase order i have a requirement for the system to create automatic transfer orders to put the stock away into storage bins. I am aware that the stock goes straight into the 902 area once goods receipted. Is it possible to have the transfer orders created automatically out of 902 once the goods receipt has been posted.
In support of this, i have made an entry in transaction OMKX for the following;
Reference Movement Type - 101
Movement Indicator - B (goods movement for purchase order)
Movement Type - 101
TR Create Transfer requirement - X
Immed. TO Creation - A
Addl Data - X
Once i receipt the PO it just sits in 902 and does not create any automatic transfer orders.
Could someone please help me

Please try to process the material document of the GR manually by LT06 in foreground to find out the root cause of the error.
You may also want to setup the mail control (V_T321-MAILK) for immediate TO creation in OMKX. The system will send you a express message (depending on your setup) if TO creation is failed.
