Transfer Orders Picklist Form

Hai Everybody,
i have some problem in understanding in Transfer order Picklist form.
Please tell me, what are 'Part Number' , 'Legacy Number' & 'Serial Number' in the Transfer Order Picklist Print output form?

    I copied the standard SAP Smartform for Transfer Order from /smb26/*.I modified it.
    I have given the name of the smart form at SPRO --> SAP REFERENCE IMG button --> Logistics Execution --> Warehouse Management --> Storage Units --> Activities > Define print control>Print Code.
    and given the name of the standard print program at the print control.
    If I click on this smartform and clicks on Form on Application Tool Bar's Form,its saying the SmartForm doesn't exists.
    and I tried to execute from LT31 and LT0E,but invain.
    Please kindly help me out.Your answers helps me a lot.

    Hi,
    We are running 6.40 here and it still under form only points to SAPScript with no option of a Smartform.  Following your exact steps listed, looks like you may have to stay with SAPScript unless you copy you program and hard-code a new for name.

    I am working on TO Collective form. This form has a delivery number in it. But my requirement is they need the last 3 digits of the Delivery Number to be printed in a bigger font beside the company logo.
    I have written the following code in the subroutine.

    Try adding the same subroutine in a report program instead of a subroutine pool..And try to print the form..

    I have to create a form that should automatically be generated on the creation of a transfer order for delivery note. How do I trigger this automatic creation of the form? And how can the transfer order number be passed to my print program?

    To issue the delivery output, go to transaction VL02N.
    Then go to EXTRAS-> OUTPUT->HEADER->EDIT
    In the Message output screen enter the relevant output type created for the delivery.
    Choose the relevant medium of output.
    Choose Simple Mail, in this case the field NAST-NACHA will be having a value of 7.
    Specify the Partner Function; in this case it is MA -> Mail partner address
    Select the Communication Method for the output type maintained.
    This will take you to the SAPOFFICE screen.
    Enter there the  E-Mail Address to which you want to send the delivery document as PDF.
    A mail will be sent to the e-mail address of the E-Mail Address specified, with the delivery output form as a PDF attachment.

    Check the following:
    1. Item category pirkcing relevance
    2. Wear house no assignemnt
    3. stock availability
    4. Delivery - header - processing status
    Once To is created it depends on whether it is single step picking or 2 step if 2 step in go to LT12 and do confirmation.
    Then if packing is mandetory then you need todo packing and then PGI (VL02n) and then do VF01 invoice

    Hi All
    Our requirement is to print Transfer Order  ( WM ) for Goods Receipt & Delivery using Smart forms.
    Can we change the existing standard format (SAP script ) and use our own form(smart form ) to include some other data & print.
    If possible how to replace the SAP script to Smart form.
    Request  someone could guide in detail.

    When you create Smartform try to replace it in customizing OMLV. Not sure if it will work as it refers to Sap Scirpt in help description.
    It is also possible to write Z program for TO printing and hardcode SmartForm there.

  • Regarding Print of Single Form for multiple Transfer Order  ( LT03 )

    Hi All,
    When user creates Transfer Order and if transfer order items are more than 22 then split of Transfer Order occurrs and multiple TO's get created in system.  The standard prog. RLVSDR40 prints form for each TO's , however the requirment is to print only one form for multiple TO ( Actually TO Form containes info. abt delivery, but triggering point should be from TO creation ) .
    There is one prog. RLKOMM40 which is used for multiple processing,  whether this prog. will be useful for above requirement.  Or is there any exit available for above requirement .

    as your post, everything seems fine. I didnt see any reason for not creating single delivery.
    is it happening only with this customer or respective ship to's? if yes, something gone wrong in CMR - i.e. complete delivery / order combination etcc., ( just an assumption)

       When i print the transfer order(Tcode: LT31) ,i want to display the MRP controller in the output form.
    How can i get that ?
    I found the user exit MWMD0001 and add the code in the include like this:
       select  single dispo from marc

               and werks = ltap-werks.
         zdispo = marc-dispo.
    But caz the "zdispo"  could not been brought to the "print form " of the report RLVSDR40 which control the print LT31.So ,i failed.
    Anyone advice?

    The problem is as zdispo is declared in your user exit it doesn't become available. Had it been declared variable in the include of the program for LT31 you would be able to use it directly in the script.

  • Smartform in LT31 Transfer Order Printing

    I have designed a smartform in LT31 Transfer Order Printing for SU Contents .
    I have to inclued in it user exit MWMD0001.
    I have an requirement in abap and I need more details on what exactly to modify in the program.
    What modifications should I make in exit_rlvsdr40_001?
    I need to print fields from tables ltap, ltak, rl03t, and mean.
    Your help will be greatly appreciated with required code,if anyone implemented before.

    I worked on same requirement LT31 Transfer Order Pick list.  For Form configuration part Functional consultants will do in spro--->Warehouse management. 
    They assigned a paricular warehouse number to this form. Weather it is multiple / single TO.
    Design a smartform and goto se38, give it program name : RLVSDR40.
      In this program find user exit 'CALL CUSTOMER '001'.
    when ever u double click on this exit. This will take to function module exit. i.e. RLVSDR40 . Here include, we have to call the smartform function module.

  • Sap Script Transfer Order Change

    Hello Gurus,
    I have a sapscript for Pick For delivery (Transfer Order pick List) once the transfer order created from the delivery is confirmed.
    In the current form, material number is being printed on the form from the transfer order table LTAP.
    Now the change need to be made is to print the delivery item number (before the material number like delivery_item_number space material_number) of the corresponding material number. I need to write a logic in order to extract the delivery item position number. do you have any idea how I can do that.
    Please help me out.
    the sapscript is closest to sap form LVSTALISTE.

  • Planning Strategies 10 and 40 with Stock Transfer Orders for consuming PIRs

    Hello,
    I have the following situation in a Client:
    One Production Plant (1000)
    There exist various Plants  to sell products.
    The production Plan (PIRs) I create in Plant 1000 (MD61). Monthly buckets.
    The planiing strategy I want to use is 40  or maybe 10 (both to Stock).
    Consumption of the materials in plant 1000 is via:
    1. Stock transfer orders to other plants (with Shipping funcionality)   (about 80% of the shipping form plant 1000)
    2. Sales Ordes with shipping   (10%)
    3. Transfer postings from one plant to another (303 - 305 movement type) (10%)
    How can I make sure that all these outgoing movements from plant 1000 do consume my forecast? Is this standard funcionality.

    Thanks for your answer. I looked at the note but Im not sure it does apply in our situation.
    Let me explain our situation maybe more clearly:
    I want to create a monthly Forecast (MD61) with PIRs for Production Plant 1000. (Planining strategy 10)
    The stock created in plant 1000, on the basis of this forecast is consumed during the month by:
    1. Stock Transfer Orders (from plant 1000 to plant X) - (for 95%)
    2. Sales orders (directly) (5%)
    The STOs should not be on top of the PIR but should be part of the PIR.
    For your information, the stock which is moved from plant 1000 to plant X via STOs, is sold at plant X (not directly at plant 1000).
    this stock sold monthly at plant X however, is considered withing the forecast!
    I hope this clarifies  our situation a bit more.

  • Sorting Pick Transfer Orders

    Dear colleagues,
    I am running across the following and would like to hear your thoughts.
    My the movement type of my outbound Transfer Orders is linked to a Sort profile for TO splitting that uses field REIHF (sort field of the bin) as the first criteria.
    Now, we are playing with the thought of modifying this: IF the same material will be picked from two or more locations, I want them to be picked together, i.e. the regular sorting by REIHF should be abandoned. After this, the regular sorting should apply again.
    User exit sounds like the most probable answer, but I am hoping for some kind of creative solution without custom code. Would like to hear from you guys.

           If Warehouse Management is incorporated then to do the Picking request you have to create aTransfer order where picking is carried overa nd confirmation the transfer order .
    Tables used for Transfer order - LTAK ,LTAP.
    When you have deliver some item it has to be picked from Warehouse or some storage location .So picking list is generated
    Tables used are - LIPS ,LIPSD .
    In warehouse Management Storage type is as follows.
    The storage type is a subdivision of a complex, physical warehouse.
    Different storage types are identified by their warehousing technique,
    form of organization, or their function.
    Flow is
    Sales Order->Delivery->Picking-packing-Post Goods issue->Invoice->Accounting Document ->Postineg.

  • Read Routing and work center details from transfer order

    I am using transaction LT31 to print a form for the transfer order.
    The customer wants me to print a field that is in the work center details of the routing for this material and plant.
    I can see this data with transaction CA02 where i enter material and plant,and then the work centers are beeing displayed.From here i can double click on the work center and see the field Supply area that i have to print.
    My answer now is,how to read details on the work center starting from my transfer order number.Which is the table connection between transfer order table LTAK and the tables where i can find the work center details.
