Transfer photo from damaged iPhone 4
I couldn't turn on my iPhone and I want back the photos in it. Will Apple store help me to get out those photos if I brings up my iPhone 4 and a memory card to them?
I took my phone for a checking and they said, Its a IC Chip iPhone4 problems.

The devices are not designed for transfer of that kind. Use Photo Stream as suggested by another poster, or transfer photos to your computer (a good idea anyway since they will be lost if your device needs to be reset), then use iTunes to sync them to the other devices.

Pics taken with the iphone are imported to your computer as with any other digital camera ( as explained in the manual).
Pics synced to your iphone from your computer should still be on the computer.

The USB cord needed to transfer photos from my iPhone 5 to Windows XP has nothing to do with the charging cord which appears to have an USB 'end', but apparantly is not, as it will not fit into any USB port on my PC?
An iPhone 5 comes with a single cable. It is a USB to Lightning connector cable that is used for charging, for syncing, and for transferring photos from the Camera Roll to your computer. There is no separate cable for charging.

Not sure what the problem could be especially if the iPhone is showing up in iPhoto. You are sure the imaages are in the Camera Roll and not in an album you made?
If so you can try opening Image Capture and see if that sees the images.

Photos can be retrieved from an iPhone like any other external storage device - connect it to your PC, open "My Computer", access the files. Otherwise you can also use iTunes.

Photos CAN be transferred between iOS devices via Bluetooth. There are dozens of apps in the AppStore for doing just that. Just search the AppStore for "bluetooth photo" to find them. -
