Transfer Premiere Elements 10 to new PC

I purchased Premiere Elements app. 2 years ago, and installed it on my then PC. Now I have purchased a new PC, and would like to install the software on the new notebook. How to do that?

download the installation files and install. if you need to deactivate your previous install/activation, open your no-longer-needed pse 10 and click help>deactivate. if you cannot do that, contact adobe support for an activation count reset, http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html

Want to use Premiere Elements 4 or newer with Windows Vista 64 bit??

We bought a new pc with Windows Vista 64 bit - but are now having problems using my Photoshop Elements6 and Premiere Elements 4 with our new pc. it says on the box and on the web - that it is compatible with Vista - so why isn't it working for us? Do i need to buy something else - and if so what?

I am not sure completely about Photoshop Elements - but my main issue is with Premiere Elements....i need to find a program that will work so i can work with all my videos. Trying to find out why it doesn't work or how to get it to work.

How can I reinstall Photoshop E 13 and Premiere E.13 on new PC after old PC crashed? Obviously I was not able to disinstall prior to crash.

Transfer Premiere Elements 12 Win32 to new computer Win64

I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 12 three months ago (Win32 version) .
I am now replacing my old computer with a Win64 machine.
How can I transfer my software to the new machine?

get this error message everytime I try to install premier elements 10 on my new imac with Mavericks sw.
Followed suggestion and tried to do install Elements 10 with Mac in safe boot mode, same failure message

I need to download a 64 bit version of premiere elements 10 to use on my new w7 64bit. I have a 32 bit verson that wont work. Or a workaround if available.

I can't install adobe photoshop elements and premiere elements on my new pc. It had been previously installed on my old computer.

So I'm installing all my products onto my new computer. I go to install the above products and I can't find a setup.exe file or any way of installing the product onto the computer. There's nothing wrong with the computer so I don't want to hear from anyone telling me to do a clean boot or anything like that. I understand that I've used the products before and so that might have something to do with it. I can't deactivate it because I've returned the old computer. I'd appreciate any help.

Re-installing premiere elements on a new computer

Hi. I bought Premiere Elements from the Adobe sight, about a half a year ago. now my computer broke down, and I want to install Premiere Elements again. I don't know how to do it and I can't find the serial number. I do have the emails sent to me from the sight while buying. What should I do?

What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system?
The key is the purchased serial number.
If the program was installed successful before it is likely to be registered automatically at Adobe.
Go to the adobe web site http://www.adobe.com.
Sign In.
In the Search field, type in My Products and navigate to My Products and your products.
When you get to the list, look for the name of your version of Premiere Elements.
Click on the name of that product to reveal the serial number.
Did you purchase the product from Adobe? If so, you should be able to get new installation files,
this time under the Search for My Orders. There are alternate places to get new installation files, but
let us start here with getting the serial number as the key issue.
How many computers do you have that purchased serial number on - just the broken down computer?
Adobe allows for the same purchased activated serial number on no more than 2 of your computers.
If this matter is involved, then you may have to contact Adobe via its Adobe Chat to get the purchased
activated serial on the broken down computer off your "count".
We will be watching for further developments.

But, I would clarify this Deactivation business as it relates to Premiere Elements 4.
True, Adobe allows you to use your purchased serial number on no more than 2 computers at a time.
With the later versions, you need to go to the opened project and deactivate the program with Help Menu/Deactivate or Help Menu/Sign Out (version 12).
There is no Help Menu/Deactivate in the workspace to do for Premiere Elements 4. The deactivation option may or may not be offered you in an initial uninstall dialog during uninstall.
So what did you do about Premiere Elements 4 on the old computer? Uninstall with or without the deactivate option selected in one of the uninstall dialogs?
Depending on your answer, you may not have to contact Adobe about this type of matter.

How do I download/install Photoshop & Premiere Elements 10 on new iMac with no disc drive?

My iMac hard drive recently failed and I lost everything. I just bought one of the new iMacs with no disc drive. I had purchased Photoshop CS5 in 2011 but it came with CD's for install. I stil have them but it doesn't do me any good since there is no disc drive to put them in on the new computer. How can I install Photoshop using my serial number from my original purchase? I downloaded the CS6 trial version and when I try to activate it with my old serial number it says it is invalid.

Very carefully read and follow the instructions on the pages!
Download and install the trials, launch and activate them with your serial number then do 'Help > Updates'.

How to transfer photoshop ELEMENTS v4 onto new mac?

How do i download an old version of photoshop v4 i have on an old computer, onto my new mac? I have the serial number.

Unfortunately, photoshop elements 4 will not work on os x 10.7.5, because pse 4 was a PowerPC application (powerpc is the type of processor)
and os x 10.7.5 is an intel (processor) mac, that can't use rosseta to run older powerpc applications, like one could on 10.4 thru 10.6 intel macs
Photoshop elements 6,8,9,10,11 and 12 should work fine on os x 10.7.5 lion

How do I transfer Photoshop Elements onto my new computer?

I can't seem to find the box with the codes or the disc. Is there anyway I can just transfer the one I have from my computer over without having to repurchase Photoshop?
