Transfer Structure Could not be Collected

I am trying to activate some Business Content (CO-OM-CCA Costs & Allocations).
In the Select Object Popup, after selecting the required object and I am pressing the Transfer Selection. Now I am getting the errors as below
1) Object 0VALUATION_TEXT D6B100PCC (Transfer Structure,ISTS) could not be collected for object 0VALUATION_TEXT D6B100PCC (Transfer Rules,ISMP)
2) Object '0VALUATION_TEXT D6B100PCC' (ISTS) of type 'Transfer Structure' is not available in version 'D'
Message no. RSO252
This error is coming even I try to activate some DEMO Content (CO-PA Demo Cube).
I am Grouping the objects with the Option In Dataflow Before and Afterwards with Collection Mode as Collect Automatically

Hi Nathan,
Make sure the objects are active. If so, then goto the infosource -> Extras (from menu) -> Object directory.. -> Transfer rules -> assign the package and it would ask for transfer structure later so assign the package to that as well.

Hello experts,
while deleting data from a DSO I get the following messages:
@5B\QInformation@     Database table /BIC/AAKIVO1400 was deleted and recreated
@5C\QError@     Transfer structure does not exist
When I try it twice process works without any problems. I get then the following msgs:
@5B\QInformation@     InfoCube / DataStore object "AKIVO14" contains no data (yet)
@5B\QInformation@     Database table /BIC/AAKIVO1400 was deleted and recreated
So I think the first deletion works but ended with errors. What could be the reason?

Please check if data from new and chage log table is also deleted.
For the error message : Do you have 3.5 flow ? Check your transfer structure , if it is active and then again try to right click and delete data from DSO.

"Transfer structure is not yet active" in each variant of a process chain

I run a big process chain in test environment that I had never run before, but find almost every variant of the process chain show the red error, when I right click the red color variant, get the msg at the status bar that says "Transfer structure is not yet active". Is there a way that can do the mass activation of all master data attributes?

Hi Siddartha,
Try to activate the transfer structure using Pogram RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL in SE 38. Give the Infosource & Source system name there & then execute.

Transfer structure not active after runing RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL

Hi BW Experts,
we are having a migration and just after migration we are finding the the transfer structure is not active. Hence in order to activate the same we ran RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL program but still in the job log finding some problems like 0BP_RELTYPES_TEXT is not available in source system. Kindly help in this regard since this is a critical issue and we are not able to run our daily loads because of this.
Can any one also tell me if it is a migration problem?

Hi Sriram,
This is the First time ur loading data from that system, If yes u need to do full extraction steps like transfer data source in RSA5 ..etc.
After that u need to replicate those DS from their respective sources systems in BW.
After doing those all actions, then u need to run the program 'RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL'.
If u have multiple TS to be activated from one source system ---> u can enter Source system name and put * in Info source column after executing the program, it will activate all transfer structures which are linked to that source system at a time.

Transfer Structure - Transport Problem

Hi Experts,
I am transporting infosource from BW DEV to BW QA ( Datasource is transported and it is replicated) but when the request is imported in QA it gives me error saying " Transfer structure does not exist " . This Infosource is used for Remote Cube .
Could anyone help me in this as in QA I see Infosource in Deactivated state even though remote cube( based on this Infosource) is active .

hi Vijay,
seems transfer structure not collected, maybe source system not choose/assigned. try in bw dev, with infosource selected for transport, choose grouping 'in dataflow before' and collection mode 'manual', click 'source system assignment' and make sure your source system is marked. then execute to collect objects. after finished, expand the infosource, and make sure there is transfer structure and marked. then create transport request, stms and transport again. hope this helps.

Data element could not be created- error mesaage

hi all,
we are getting some wierd error when transporting to quality system. The transport for satrasfer structure datasource etc fails. The transfer structure does not get activated and we get following error message:
DD_DTEL_PUT: Act. parameter ROLLNAME=<space> invalid

Data element for InfoObject BELNR 0DOC_NUM could not be created
Data element for InfoObject BELNR 0DOC_NUM could not be created
if you check the infoobjects data element it is active in that system. And this is not getting solved even if you recollect the trasfer structure and transport it. We have to ask for reimport. But we dont understand why is this happening. We have got this error 4-5 times and only in this system.
Please suggest how to resolve this. if any setting or basis related configuration is missing or what could be issue.
Any help will be rewarded by points.

Hi ,
The problem is probably with the number range for transferstructure data elements.
Number range objects are maintained with transaction SNUM. BI_TSDTEL is
used for naming of transferstructure dataelements. The status must
always be bigger than the highest transferstructure dataelement number.
Please refer to the notes 1009638 and 674818 for further information.

Transfer structure Transport ?

Hello Experts,
Transport from System1 to System2.
Transfer structure, data source, transfer rules, infosource are already present in the target system system2.
I made modifications to the transfer structure in system1 and added just the transfer structure to the transport request to system2. It failed with these messages. Highly appreciate your suggestions.
Error: "There is no Datasource with these attributes"
Warning: "Reference to transfer structure ABC_AB not available. No activation possible".
Wondering if I have to include the datasources in the transport request along with the modified transfer structure.

Hello Sweatha,
If you have made changes in the Transfer Structure and the transfer rules, I would advice you to transport the entire infosource to system2.

Error in Transporting the Transfer structure

Hi can any body tell me . Iam getting this error while transporting from BW System the transfer structure for 0HR_PY_1_CE.
1. Transfer structure 0HR_PY_1_CE_LA does not exist.
2. Error RSAR 440 during after import handling of objects with type(s) ISTS
3. Errors occurred during post-handling RS_AFTER_IMPORT for ISCS L
I have activated the transfer structure through this programme - program RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL.

Check the below notes:
Note 1009638 - RSAR 440 when you activate transfer rules applicable for BI7.0 Less than SP12.
Note 736668 - RSAR 440: Transfer structure & does not exist Applicable for 3.x system.
Please check the above Notes and based on your system patch level and issue you need to choose the right one. Second one deals with the Hierarchy.

NA R3104 Error Creating Transfer Structure

Hi all,
After digging around for a while now, I'd better post this question, because I can't figure it out.
I added some fields to datasource 2lis_02_itm in R3. Adjusted user exit to fill them. Generated datasource. Tested functionality with rsa3.
First off I don't see the newly created records here at all (though in debugging it appears as though they are being filled).
Secondly, I'm having trouble (after replicating datasource in BW), activating transfer rules. It keeps giving me the message:
Error when creating transfer structure /bic/ccpc2lis_02_itm in source.
Diagnosis: An error occured when creating transfer structure /bic/ccpc2lis_02_itm as an IDoc segment in source system NTLPSS033.
Using se38, RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL it tells me:
Transfer structure 2LIS_02_ITM_PC NOT activated successfully
Activate manually
Activating from within the transfer rules doesn't work either.
I tried to change everthing back, but the error messages remain the same!
How can help me out here???

Hi Aukje,
We solved this problem applying SAP Note 493422 in ECC (Inconsistent IDoc segments/transf. structures in srce system). This note has a program (Z_RS_SCRSYSTEM_R3_CHECK) that clean up old IDOC segments and ROOSGEN DDIC structures. This note is for Source System (not BW).

PA Transfer Structure Issue while posting an accrual

Hi
I have an issue with accrual postings.
I am trying to post an accrual (reversing journal) but an error is coming up with PA Transfer structure has not mainted in COPA, but i have maintained inKEI1 and OKB9 also.
I really do not know as i have done this somany times previously.
Any help will be apprecaited highly.

Transfer structure 0BUS_AREA_TEXT_HA does not exist

We are transporting InfoCube - 0FIGL_C10. which we had collected in a transport request with grouping as in Data Flow Before. This request ended with return code 12 with error message "Transfer structure 0BUS_AREA_TEXT_HA does not exist, Error RSAR 440 when handling objects with type R3TR ISTS"
After this I collected the transfer rules of 0BUS_AREA_Text with grouping as dataflow before and after. the transport of this request also failed with return code 12 with the same error message "Transfer structure 0BUS_AREA_TEXT_HA does not exist, Error RSAR 440 when handling objects with type R3TR ISTS"
has any one faced this error, please suggest the corrective action to be taken,

try in dev rsa1->transport connection with infosource 2lis_03_bx as starting point, collection mode 'manual', grouping 'in dataflow before', and click 'source system assignment' (yellow box with x) and make sure r/3 source system is marked. then click execute. it will collect objects, after finish, make sure transfer rules, transf structure and datasource are marked following the infosource. create request and transport.

Ask the ACDSee Pro support personnel.
With iPhoto that message means the library is a referenced library (photo not copied when imported into iPhoto's structure) and the source file is not where it was when first added to the library. I don't know how ACDSee works. Does it have a referenced mode as opposed to copying photos into its structure?

The file was corrupted somewhere along the way (assuming it was still readable on the Macintosh).
The platforms don't matter, but you still need file transfer that doesn't corrupt files...
