Transfer the account balance

hi,
i want to make a "staff training loan" account a recon account. but there is a balance in that account. therefore system is not letting me to make this account a recon account. can't I transfer the balance to different account??and them make "staff training loan" account a recon account??? if so that is the T code to transfer the balance ??

Hi,
in F-02 you can post the balance to other account. after this account getting balance zero, then you make the changes.

Thank you responding. (you're the only response I received). I did, and was doing, as you suggested. Before the latest iTunes update, I was able to see my account balance (a whopping $9.98), but can no longer see the amount. I've tried logging out and back into iTunes to no avail. Same goes on my iPhone and iPod, and iPad. The system keeps asking for credit card info, but I'm hesitant to do that. (That's why we purchase iTunes gift cards, isn't it ?) !

Hi,
you can use udf in the outgoing payment to record the vendor's account balance and then using the query FMS ;
select balance from ocrd where cardcode = $[$4.0.0]
Assign the query in the UDF so that each time after entering the vendor code, the balance appears.
After add the payment, the balance is recorded.
In PLD, you can create the UDF field to make the balance appears in the outgoing report.

Alter uploading the master data to the sap system, we have to upload the individual account balances to GL, customers & vendors, and assets, ...
can any one please tell me what are all the options available & methods to upload the accounts balances.

Hi Talluri,
For uploading you need to create 5 GL masters
You can create one account grp Uplaod accounts.
Tax Catergory :*
Line Item Display : Yes
Open Item Display : Yes
Sort: 0001(Gl), 012(Vend),031(Cust)018(Asst) etc
FSG: g001
Under that grp you need to create all 5 accounts . All are balancesheet Accounts
GL Balance Upload Ac
Customer Balance Upload Ac
Vendor Master Uplaod Ac
Asset Master Upload Ac
Material Upload Ac
You should take the trail balance of the company and chose all gl accounts with balances
use LSMW uplaod GL balance upload f-02
Example : Salareis Acc - 5000 Dr Balance
Then entery will be
Salaries Ac----
Dr 5000
To GL Uplaod Ac 5000
Example : Rent Ac-2000 Cr Balance Ac
Then the GL entry will be
GL upload Ac----
DR 2000
TO Rent Ac 2000
Example for Vendor upload Account
Vendor Cr Balnce- 5000 and client want ot upload line item wise
ex line items are: 1000,2000,3000
Vendor Upload Ac----
Dr 50000
To Vendor Ac 1000
To Vendor Ac 2000
To Vendor Ac 3000
Same with the case of Customer, Assets
For material initial upload use T-code MB1C and movement type will be 561
After upload block all the 5 gl masters which you have created for upload
dont show this Gl in Financial statement versions.

Hi Wyliepepper,
I'm guessing this is happening when you are updating Apps? If so, the reason is because Apps are tied forever to the AppleID they were purchased under. So, you will always have to enter the password for your old ID to update them.
I would suggest that you go into that old ID and change the password to match the password on your new ID. That way, it won't matter which ID is asking for a password, you just type in the same thing.

How do I change the country for my iTunes account? I had purchased some itunes gift cards and i have about .75USD left in it. I am not able to change the country because i have to clear the account balance. there is any way I could spend that money???

I would like to change my country from US to Thailand in the iTunes Account. I purchased some iTunes gift card to purchase some apps and since ever i was not able to change my account balance to 0.00USD which is needed in case I want to change my account country. 1) Buy something 75c or greater and charge the balance to a credit card.

2) Contact Apple and ask them to keep the 75c

Where is the account balance window located?

I recently upgraded to iTunes 8.1, and when I access the iTunes store, I can no longer locate the little window that displays the remaining gift card balance.
I've tried to figure it out via the "Help" pull-down menu and have searched the discussions forums to no avail.
Is it possible to manually find the remaining balance, or could someone tell me how to otherwise access this info?

That's not where you see a remaining balance. You'll see it in iTunes next to your account ID when you're logged into your iTunes Store account and are viewing the iTunes Store. On an iOS device you'll see the balance at the very bottom of the window in the iTunes Store or App Store apps, e.g.
Not all of the tabs in those apps show the balance. If you don't see a balance, then the iTunes Store doesn't think you have one for that account.

My customer say the account Field Balance of RG-23A AED & RG23-C AED should be include in J2IUN. It was not there before. Should it be? If yes, how can I include them into the transaction?

I'd like to transfer the account (i.e. with an AOL) but keep the account history.

A long time ago, my parents and I made the decision to stay on the same cell phone bill. Back then, I thought it was a good idea to leave my dad as the accountholder. I've been an authorized user for years, and been essentially the sole point of contact on the account for the memorable past--frankly, my dad is getting too old to leave the house, much less manage accounts. More than anything, I'm starting to wonder what will happen to my cell service once he passes away; will I have to keep paying it in his name?
I'd like to move the account into my own name, but I'm told the only way to do so is with an AOL. Unfortunately, to assume liability for an account--according to Customer Service--would open an entirely new account, but with the same plans and lines. In other words, I'll lose the perks (which are limited) of the longstanding account history. Even though no direct perks based on years of service right now, there have been waived fees, occasional promotional data, etc--all of those are things Verizon can give as a "Thank You" because we've chosen to stay with them since they bought Alltel.
Frankly, I don't think I should have to give those kinds of things up just because I want to take ownership of an account I'm already managing. I don't think this counts as wanting to have my cake and eat it too; I think I'm just asking to have my cake.
Any ideas/tips would be appreciated.

Just keep it like it is. As an account Mgr you can do everything except add other account mgrs or change billing account pw. But if you have your dad's sign in info for his my vzw. Now if you need to build your credit then that's another story. Good luck to you and your dad

Transfer the vendor balances in New GL scenario PC

My client want to transfer open items of a vendor to another vendor. We are in ECC 6.0 and for profit center; zero balance and mandatory fields are selected. To meet the above requirement we need to Debit old vendor a/c and credit the new vendor account and at the same time system expects a profit center while passing the above entry.
1. what would be the solution for the above problem?
2. how many different ways (if more than one way exists) the above requirement can be configured/solved?

press enter and give amount, now you'll find choose open items button on the header click it
Here you have to enter old vendor number
select items and post.

iTunes accounts are not located on your computer. They are simply tied to a specific AppleID. Just log in to iTunes with the correct AppleID and Password and you will be back in that account.

I know what you mean, though. About a month ago, I could have sworn I had a balance left in my iTunes account. But - nothing there. I purchased another gift card for myself just to make sure the amount was showing - it did.
Then I went to my Purchase History and my emails, and discovered that I actually had depleted the previous amount.....kind of makes you crazy, though!
