Transfer to IVR campaign fails in UCCE 10.5

Hi guys,
I have a problem with a "Transfer to IVR" campaign in UCCE 10.5.
I have a "Transfer to agents" campaign working fine but I can't manage the other one. In "Transfer to IVR" campaign the customer is called but the dialer does not transfer the call to IVR when the call is answered.
As far as I found on this forum I have to do a Translation Route between MR PG and VRU, but I wasn't able to find a good doc to follow.
I configured one Translation Route as in the following picture but the router return "Labels = 0".

The call hangs in Translation Route to VRU step:
Any idea where can be the problem in this scenario?

In Translation route configuration I see
1. your route is associated with a service which is configured with MRPG.Change it to VRU PG.
2. In your case the routing client for label is CCM PG, change it to MRPG. I m attaching the screenshot from my lab. hope it will help you.

    Sorry, you are right.
    I use CVP so I have two scripts - the reservation script with LAA-Skill Group, and the secomd using Send To VRU.
    Your method is correct for IP IVR, and as you say, with the System PG it does an implicit Trans Route so you don't need that.
    Page 140 of the 8,0 Outbound Guide shows your script.

    I am configuring an outbound predictive campaign and I need when no agents are available the customer should be transfer to my IVR, but when the call is transferred it is dropped.
    When I check the debugs of the gateway I found  "Busy User" disconnected cause 17. 
    I hope you can help me with this issue.

    Ok, have you configured your Dialer to Handle TR Label which comes as a response through MR PG, for Translation routing request?
    look at below. how your dialer is configured to handle label? what is flow ?
    Modification of Local Static Route File
    The SIP Dialer installation process installs an empty template file named DNPHost in the \icm\customerInstanceName\Dialer directory. This file defines the static route mappings of a dialed number wildcard pattern to the IP address or host name with which an agent phone or CTI Route point is registered. For each static route you wish to define, enter a row in this file in the following format:
    wildcard pattern, IP address or host name, description
    Examples:
    7?????, 10.86.227.144, transferring outbound calls to agent extensions
    86! , 10.86.227.186, for CTI Route Points on CUCM node1
    4?????, gambino.cisco.com, transfer to IVR campaign
    For single gateway deployments, the SIP Dialer reads the static routing info from DNPHost and uses the information from the file to construct the SIP REFER message. If the SIP Dialer is setup to support a voice gateway, the SIP Dialer loads DNPHost, ensures that it has valid routing entries, and sends an alarm if the file does not exist or is invalid.

  • IVR campaign transfer delay

    I setup outbound option in Cisco ICM 7.2 which is based in IVR campaign transfer. But when the customer takes the outbound call, the IVR messages only plays after 5 seconds.
    Anybody know why?

    are you sure it's 5 seconds? Seems a bit long.
    Actually, the ICM Dialer needs some time to detect whether there's a living person on the other side of the line.
    For instance, in Russia, when someone receives a call, he says 'Da' (Yes). This might be too short, so the ICM still waits. But if the same person says 'Hello' or a longer expression, the ICM detects it immediately.

  • Collect Digits in a Transfer to IVR call script

    Hi,
    UCCE 7.5
    We use IVR campaigns to contact customers with a reminder thath there account is due.  What I want to do is include in the message played to the customer the option to select a digit and route the customer to a contact centre queue.
    The CED node works, and I have tried using a 'Go To Script' node and a 'Label' node (to RF the call to a DN) and neither option works.
    It does work if I use another IVR script in the Go To Script node.
    What do I need to do to transfer the call from the IVR call script to an Inbound UCCE script?

    Hi Chris, it *should* work, at least I believe it should work with the Label node. Questions: when trying to send the call with the Label, does it uses the VRU routing client(s)? CUCM client does not work here, as you are already translation routed to VRU, CUCM won't do anything if at that point (and beyond).
    I definitely would not use the Go To Script node as it would screw up my reporting.

  • 21 CallResult in DL Table for ICM Outbound option IVR Campaign

    Greetings!
     I have a problem in IVR Campaign. Every successful call (from my point of view) which it makes ended with 21 Result code, no matter whether the message was heard fully or just some part of it but longer than 5 seconds. And as a consequence, the campaign calls as long as it reaches maximum of retries. Even if I set the value of Abandoned call wait time to 0 the behavior doesn't change. Where can be the problem ?

    Campaign Manager:

    Note: please revert the trace levels once log collection completes

    The ICM version is 8.5, and yes each CICM has a separate dialer but the issue is i'm not able to catch the flow for IVR campaign, what happens after the ICM script triggers and hits the send to vru node.
    In my previous implementation in UCCE we used translation route to cvp, but here in UCCH I wonder if translation routes would work coz the network trunk group would be configured under CICM and the peripheral number of the NTG should match pre route calltrunk group ID in CVP, but the CVP would be talking to NAM here.
    It would be helpful if you could help me with the flow

  • Abandoned calls in IVR Campaign

    IVR Outbound Camnapign.
    Settings:
    "Cisco Config Manager" --> "Outbound Option Campaign" --> "Abandoned call waiting time" =10 sec.
    To the person the call arrives (from IVR Campaign), the person hears the first IVR prompt, further in 5 seconds the abonent dropped call.
    The system marks such call as "Customer answered and was connected to agent" (code 10)
    It is necessary for me to receive a code:
    "Customer has been abandoned to an IVR (code 21)"
    It important for this purpose that the system would redial.
    How it is correct for settings?
    ICM 7.2.7

    CCM 4

    Sorry for attending late this interesting topic. I also have concern about this issuse. We found it difficult to manage the answerer's attitude. We cannot point out how many calls that were not answer at the a specific IP phone ( the call that had ring out at that IP phone).
    If you can, pls clarify the meaning of: Calls Error  concept.
    *Completed Tasks: Calls  Error
    The number of calls for this Call Type that had errors  or were incomplete during the half-hour interval.

  • Transfer a Transferred Call failed

    I have issue with Lync, transfer a transferred call always failed, the scenario as following:
    User A calls User B (Success)
    User B transfer to User C (Success)
    User C transfer to User D (Failed)
    This issue happens always for all the users whether the call is Lync-to-Lync or PSTN-to-Lync call.
    Any help is appreciated

    Did all user in one site or in different sites?  Since when calls are transferred or forwarded, the routing of calls is affected by Location-Based Routing.
    You can refer to the link below of “Deployment Process for Location-Based Routing”:

    Please also try to disable REFER support.  From the Control Panel -> Voice Routing -> Trunk Configuration, open your trunk for the gateway (if you don't have one, open the Global one) and change REFER support to None. 
    Click OK.  Click Commit and commit the changes. 
    Wait a few minutes and try again.

  • No ANI for Dialer IVR campaigns but present every where else.

    Hi,
         I'm running ICM 7.5 with CVP 7.5.
    I have a few Dialer IVR campaigns and I'm not getting the ANI passed on to CVP.
    I'm getting it in the t_Termination_Call_Detail table and in the Dialer_Detail table but for some reason it doesn't seem to present when the call makes it to the CVP script.
    on an ICM SET node i'm doing:
    variable: user.microapp.ToExtVXML[]
    array index: 2
    value: concatenate("ani=",Call.CallingLineID,";dnis=",Call.DialedNumberString)
    On the CVP side I'm set to receive it as a session data.
    I get a value for dnis and I'm using this same process in my inbound scripts and it works but for some reason it doesn't work for the dialer IVR scripts.

    Don't use a wait node as that is unsupported in CVP" but if this is to be done before it gets to CVP, how does using an ICM Wait node affect the CVP application?

  • Disabling DTMF for Agent Transfer to IVR calls

    Hi,
    I want to disable DTMF for agents when the agent transfer call back to IVR. I tried it by disabling the DTMF using SIP trunk but in this case caustomer is also unable to provide DTMF. Moreover with SIP normalization we removed telephony event in the SDP message but it only works for SCCP phone and I am having SIP phone.
    By default SIP phone is using KPML to send the DTMF. Is there any way to block the DTMF in KPML.
    Please advice is the any other way to achieve the requirement.

    If UCCE with CVP - is wondering if microapp.input_type which should be set = D - well setting it to an invalid value like N instead for e.g. will help or not?
    Why do you want to disable DTMF if I may ask - if there are no collect digits scripts like Menu or GD any which way - then pressing DTMF will be ignored by the system anyway's.

  • Transfer photos to iphone fails - only half of the photos transfer

    iTunes fails to transfer all photos (13,000 or so).  Only 6,557 transfer.  Some albums are also missing.  There is plenty (13 GB) of free space on the iPhone (3GS).  Retrying and various Resets make no difference.

    Typically it should be done like the example below
    Main Folder - "Pictures" or whatever you want to call the Main folder
    Subfolders - "Album Name Here" There can be an unlimited amount of Sub folders in the main folder, But I do not advise creating subfolders inside a subfolder.
    Simply create subfolders like Wedding, Party, Graduation, 2007 New Years Party. Things like that.
    So recap. 1 Main Folder you tell iTunes where to look, Then select, Sync Selected Albums. And put a check mark in each Album aka Subfolder you want to sync. Again keep in mind. Do not create another subfolder in a subfolder if possible.

  • Trying to transfer files from a failing Hard Drive to a new one

    Every time a try to transfer to the new drive, some sort of error pops up and the whole transfer needs to stop. I'm trying to find a program that will continue to copy files over without stopping. It's fine if I lose some things along the way.
    The old drive is formatted incorrectly, so I can't use super duper for some reason. Is there any other program I could use to copy/back up the failing drive? Or some setting in OS X that will continue the transfer of files despite error?

        We are trying to run the Standard Transfer  process of HCM . We are trying to run the tcode u201C HRASR_TEST_PROCESSu201D  Can anybody Tell us what authorization objects does a user  require to run this process if the user does not have SAP_All Authorization.
    We have already added u201CP_ASRCONTu201DAuthorization object  as suggested by sap .
    We are failing in some HR authorization check but we have already added the same in useru2019s profile and it has already been genereated . 
    Note : We have already ran this process with SAP_All Authorization and it ran succesfully . Employee was Succesfully transferred to the new position .
