Transfered but something is wrong

I must be missing a step -- I transfered my music using the instructions in support (wish the graphics were showing some from Vista as it's different). I have it backed up on my iPod AND I have copies on disc of everything from my old computer (still even have the old computer!) BUT I am still showing "other" in orange after I have loaded it back on. I am thinking this is my backups, how do I get that off? I am tempted to just restore & start over since I am sure I can load everything back on anyway from the back up discs. Before I went that far, does anyone have any suggestions that I am missing?

A nano huh? I'm not familiar with those but I'll try.
Does the nano have the option to use it as a hard drive? Like the Classic? If so, can you get into the nano and visually see what could be taking so much space? Before you do this, enable your system to show you hidden files so you can see everything but DON'T DELETE ANY HIDDEN FILES as those may be required for your nano to function.
If nothing seems amiss, and if you're willing to do it (which you seem to be), I suggest a full restore.

I've tried a lot of things, but my Macintosh classic (with original floppys) runs 7.0.0. And the PowerBook needs atleast 7.0.1 and did run 7.1.0 as original OS.

Because your PowerBook 145B shipped with OS 7.1, it can't run an earlier version of the Mac OS, such as 7.0.1. Unfortunately, Apple never made OS 7.1 available for download. You can run OS 7.5.1, 7.5.3, and 7.5.5 on your PowerBook, but I'd recommend doing so with the maximum amount of supported memory - 8 MBs. The 19-part download of OS 7.5.3 is segmented, so that each one will fit on a 1.44 MB floppy disk. The problem is that the 19-diskette set isn't an installer set as such, having no bootable disk. It's solely intended to be used to transfer the individual segments to the resident hard drive in the computer. Once that's done, double-clicking the first .smi segment creates the OS 7.5.3 installer disk image on the desktop, which you drag onto the hard drive icon. This produces a folder with the OS 7.5.3 installer in it. I've done this before with an old Mac LC and it works. You can also download the 3-diskette OS 7.5.5 Update and run that. These downloads can be found on the same page where you found the OS 7.0.1 download: Older Software Downloads.

I got your note and was able to complete the first part, but when I came to Finder, Go To Folder and I typed in both /var/db/receipts/ and /private/var/db/receipts all I get is NOT FOUND message. I tried several times, but no luck.

So you successfully transferred the music from your iPod to your new iTunes library correct? If so, did you restore your iPod to factory settings after that? Maybe start there for now.

First. I'll make another post about this but worth mentioning - the dialogue when opening Cortana then having to connect with a MS account is barely usable. The "Next" button is completely black so had to guess that was where to click. When I select
any other window or click outside the dialogue disappears until I hit the Start button, Windows Key or the Cortana/Search button. Makes it near impossible to say copy what is written there when something goes wrong...
Not that MS will care or do anything right?
Anyway. Domain account, no restrictions that I know of from that side (my home/test domain). Attempt to connect MS account and get below literally not even a second later, it's basically an instant failure with the message:

by reset option do you mean the DFU restore? worked for me, have you tried that?
if not - hold the lock and home button until the power down bar comes up. then hold the lock button for ten seconds - next continue to hold the lock button and press the home button for ten seconds - next release the lock button and hold the home button for 10 seconds. this should be done with the phone tethered. If done right and your itunes is configured as such, the phone will reload the drivers and start up itunes, and then prompt for a restore/update.

Profile manager (500 sorry but something went wrong)

I am having diffilculties getting profile manager to work. I have a mac os x maverick server joined to an active directory server. I have erased the hard and reintalled maverick. Followed all the steps on Krypt. When I click open profile manager, I get the "please login in" prompt. I enter the username diradmin and password. It then gives me the message 500 sorry something went wrong. If I try again and login with my username that has admin rights, it loads correctly. What is causing this?

Alright, so... I opened iTunes and saw that I had an update available for iTunes. I think It was 7. something, but now I kind of forget. Anyway, I downloaded and installed the update, but in order to complete it I had to restart my computer.
So, I restarted the computer and when it loaded back up, I was surprised to see that it took me to the "Mac OS X Setup Assistant" window, where it said:
"In just a few steps, you can register your Apple product, set up your computer, and sign up for a .Mac membership, which includes a powerful collection of software services specifically designed for your Mac."
And then it asked me what country I lived in and yadda yadda yadda. So basically, it's asking me to re-setup my computer from the very beginning.
I tried filling in all the information to setup my mac again, but when I was done everything and all of the information was filled in and I pressed the "Ok/Done" or whatever you want to call it button, it took me back to the beginning to fill out all of the information again...
Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my Macbook?!

Imorted 3Ds Max Camera succesfully ... but something is wrong!

i hope i post correctly!
the work between Studio Max and After Effects was successful!
BUT ... i have "2 Frame - Segments" that have a blur just like the camera does a fast 360 on the z-Axis.
I checked the keyframes and tried to change, but the "rotation" is there. When i delete the 2 frames the rotation becomes more visible as it stretches in time.
- The camera is without target!
What did i do wrong?

Well i checked the gimbal problem. But the "jump" happens in After Effects.
--> Z axis jump from negative 179,9 to positive 179,9
Isn't there some kind of "euler-filter" i can use? :-) Max has one.
Would it help to use a target camera all the time?

I have a SVE14AE11W VAOI laptop but something is wrong.

So at the beginning of the year my laptop started to break, like the frame of both sides of the laptop and the handle/joint part which connects the screen to the body started to fall of and I haven't even had it for 1 year. It worked till June and suddenly that's when things went wrong. I turned on the laptop and it goes to a light blue screen that says "please wait" so I did, 4 hrs later, still says "please wait". And it has been doing that till now, I don't know what to do!!!!! PLZZZZ HELP
PS. Repairs are like $300 and I had a one year warranty but couldn't fine the receipt till after the a few days and warranty was expired

Apparently the service manual is incorrect because that part number is a PC2-6400 1 GB memory module.
So that means your notebook uses DDR2 memory, not DDR3, which is why the memory you bought won't fit.
Use the free Crucial memory scan tool to confirm what memory is needed for your PC.

I can tell you that 2 x 4 GB of PC2-6400 memory isn't going to come cheap!
