I recently bought a computer and need to transfer the Adobe licence (for PSE10) from my old computer to the new one. How do I do that?? thank you in advance for the answers!!

Deactivate the license from the old computer by going to the 'Help' menu and select deactivate.
On the new computer you can install the software and use the same serial number to activate it.

They will simply use Migration Assistant to transfer your Home folder, third-party applications and support files, and system preferences. This is something you could do yourself. You would need a Firewire cable to connect between your old computer and your new one. Migration Assistant is installed in the Utilities folder of your new computer.

J'ai fait une erreur en achetant ma licence CC: j'avais déjà un Adobe ID, et j'en ai créé un nouveau sur lequel j'ai enregistré ma clé d'activation. J'aurais besoin de supprimer mon deuxième compte, et récupérer la clé pour l'activer sur mon premier compte Adobe. C'est pour un besoin pédagogique, je suis étudiant et c'est une requête de mes professeurs.

Tout d'abord oui j'enregistre en parallèle avec ActiveX sur Excel.
J'ai en faite 4 Graphs mais ca change rien et j'ai imaginons 2 Voies donc deux courbes. Ca donne ca :
Si on coche le graph 1 sur la voie 1, la courbe s'affiche dedans entièrement
Si on décoche le grap 1 sur la voie 1, la courbe disparait entièrement du graph
etc...
Aujourd'hui j'utilise des Wfms pour chacune des courbes avec tous les points dedans que je place dans le graph ou non suivant les besoins.
J'ai donc besoin d'avis car je ne sais pas si c'est la meilleur chose à faire concernant la lourdeur du problème. J'ai bien lu ton lien J-M mais soit il n'y avait pas de chose similaire à mon problème ou bien je n'ai pas su extraire les infos utiles.
A noter que je n'aurai pas non plus des milliers de points par courbe mais ca peut monter à plusieurs centaines.

IF YOU DONT WANT TO READ THE ISSUE I HAD, SKIP DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS POST FOR INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO SYNC CONTACTS WITHOUT THE VZ TRANSFER APP.
So I think I had the most possible trouble you could have trying to get my contacts from my old flip phone to my iPhone. I followed the steps to get my contacts onto the web at http://www.verizonwireless.com/backupassistant from my old phone by running backup assistant on there and having that back it up to the website.
All was fine on that end, and I could view my contacts online no problem.
The issue was with the app. After I turned off Wifi, it went through and verified my phone number, then said it was sending SMS with my access code.
The problem was ... I never ever received that text message.
I tried reinstalling the app, turning wifi on/off again, pressing the resend code button probably 75+ times ... no code.
I then called into Verizon, talked to tier1 help who couldn't help out so they transferred me to tier2 help, and they also had no clue what was the problem. They basically said since they didn't know, and my texting was working fine, that it had to be an app problem, and that Apple developed the app, so it was basically their problem.
But he then told me that you can sync your contacts to your google email account. Since I already had a google email account, I gave this a try, and it worked like a charm.
So here are the steps below that I followed and this worked so much easier than dealing with all of the issues I was having.
HOW TO SYNC CONTACTS WITH GOOGLE EMAIL ACCOUNT.
** NOTE - A GOOGLE / GMAIL EMAIL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS TO WORK
1. First run backup assistant on your old phone and verify that the contacts actually were back'ed up to the website by going to http://www.verizonwireless.com/backupassistant.
2. Once you can see your contacts at that webpage, click the SELECT ALL button.
3. Under the ACTIONS combo box, select the Export option.
4. When asked which format to save it in, select the OUTLOOKoption, and it will save a .csv file to your PC somewhere.
5. Once this is done, follow the instructions at the link below

If you do not have a gmail or google account yet, you must create one for this process to work.
6. Now look at your contact on your iPhone, you should see all of them in the list.
I hope this helps out some people because it took me over a day to get my contacts transferred to my new phone and I know what the headache is like.

Not all photos transferred to adobe revel

Not all my photos transferred from Photoshop 8.0 to Adobe Revel. My photoshop was not opening and now that it is I would like to know how to get the rest of my JPEG photos transferred. I do not have MAC. Is this a problem? I am very frustrated with this move and am having trouble getting my questions answered. Any help would be appreciated.

Just for clarification, you should know that files are not transferrred from Elements to Revel, they are copied from Photoshop.com to Revel. If you had all your files in Elements synced with Photoshop.com, the all of the jpg files should be copied to Revel. Duplicates are not copied and non-jpg files are not copied. Once migration is complete, you can no longer add files to Photoshop.com.
During this transition, no files were copied, moved, or deleted from your Elements organizer or hard drive; they were just copied from Photoshop.com to Revel. This was done as a convenience for customers so that they did not have to go to the effort of downloading from the one site and uploading to another since that can be very time consuming.
You can upload files from your hard drive to Revel. Here is a link to help with that:

En assumant que vous avez suffisamment de place sur votre iPad, vous pouvez envoyer votre video vers la pellicule. Utilisez la taille moyenne 360P ou large 540P pour limiter la taille du fichier (la resolution est suffisante pour un DVD). Connecter votre iPad à votre ordinateur et récupérer le résultat sur votre ordinateur. Ensuite utiliser votre logiciel favori qui convertit un fichier .mov en DVDs.

Trouble transferring from Log and Transfer.

I have a brand new Panasonic HDC-HS20 camera. I am recording with the HA1920 setting on my camera. While in Log and Transfer I am able to select the clips I want to add to the queue, but after FCE acts like the clips will be loaded; a red stop sign with a exclamation point appears. I have tried changing the conversion from Matrix audio to Plain audio, and that doesn't seem to change anything.
What does anyone think I need to do? Is it possible that this camera is so new new, that FCE does not fully support it yet?

I assume these settings will match my media because HA1920 is the highest quality setting on my camera. The only thing I could not figure out is what rate i should use.. i picked 29.97 fps. Could it be 25 fps?
And this is a hard drive camera. And all the media are the same format.

Issue with transferring from Adobe Illustrator Draw to Illustrator on the desktop

I am having trouble getting my Adobe Illustrator Draw files to Illustrator on the desktop.
Here is the error: "The file "Project-Drawing 1.draw" is in an unknown format and cannot be opened."
I have updated my Illustrator CC 2014 and signed in to my Adobe ID. It works fine going to Photoshop but not Illustrator. I want to take advantage of the vectors and layers so I need it to go to Illustrator.

This error message can occur if you have a mismatch of Adobe Draw and Illustrator CC. Double-check that you have the latest version of both. The latest version of Draw is 1.0.1, and the latest version of Illustrator is v18.1.1.

So when i open my video clip in windows media player i can here everything perfectly fine but when i import it, i can't hear my own mic audio in adobe premiere pro. Does anyone know how i can resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Transfered purchases WON'T transfer

I'm not really sure what the issue is, however, I have a new laptop and I've been TRYing to transfer my purchased music to my new computer. The problem is, even though I've used the transfer purchased music botton on iTunes, only 9 songs have been purchased. There is still well over 100 songs that have/will not transfer. PLEEEEEASE somebody tell me what to do. I am too afraid to even attempt to sync b/c all will be lost. Thank you for all and any help
