Transfering Purchases To Itunes - Any Way to Recover Purchased Songs/Apps?

This is why I hate itunes!!!! Everything is so confusing!!! Someone, please help?
I have Itunes v10, and an updated Ipod. But nearly every time I transfer purchases to my computer, it doesn't transfer something, yet no error comes up to warn me! And then I sync my Ipod, thinking everythings good, and all the purchased apps and such will still be there... BUT THEY ARE MISSING. I did not delete them! And they are gone! WHYYYYYYY
This has happened with countless apps and music files. Is there any way to recover purchased things? I DO NOT WANT TO BUY THEM AGAIN.

I have divorced parents, so I have to sync my Ipod with both computers... I have not found out how to do this. Can someone explain how? I think homesharing might work. Also, I want to be able to recover my lost PURCHASED apps/songs. I am very displeased and may never buy another itunes card or product. Every. That's how upset this is making me. PLEASE HELP. And explain in detail, I am stupid.

I just went to buy it again (sourly) and clicked purchase, but then it said I already bought it, and to clikc 'ok' to download it for free! I LOVE YOU. I LOVE THE WORLD. THANK YOU!!!! ♥♥♥

Was your backuip copy of your computer stolen as well?
If not, then use it to put everything back.
If it was stolen as well, then you can try contacting itunes support and asking for and exception to the one download. They are under no obligation to allow this, but it is worth a shot.

It has always beenv ery basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just this reason. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to backup, not good, then you can redownload some purchases in some countries:

Call it "Recently Added" and make the rule that date added is in the last 2 weeks (or your preference for "recent").

Sorry, unless she backup up the new phone before or is using iCloud to save the photos, the photos are gone.

Deleted itunes movie folder... any way to recover?

I have just done the stupidest thing, whilst trying to delete a small folder from my external hard drive i have just deleted my video folder holding all my itunes videos. luckily i realized and canceled the delete before too many files were deleted, but now i have lost almost half my video library!

Hey, don’t feel too bad. I once deleted by 100 gig iTunes Library.
And then I deleted the back up too.
I learned two things:
1; File Salvage will recover the files
and
2. Don’t do file management late at night.
