Transferring internal orders from R/3 to CRM.

Hi,
Can any one tell me about the process of transferring the list of internal orders from R/3 system into CRM system????
Is there any specific T-code for this operation???
Please suggest.
Thanks & regards,
Rupam.

Hi Shivani,
I am not sure whether I understood your question or not. But if you want to use standard MW to exchange the data then you need to do the following.
I am assuming your R/3 and CRM are connected to each other ( check the same using tr. SM50 and test the connection from one system to other system)
1> check the queues R3A* & CSA* are registered in transaction SMQR
2> check the tr. SMQS for your destination system.
3> check for the site R/3 - OLTP and check for the subscription ALL BUSINESS TRANSACTION (MESG) Subscripition. - > this is for data transfer from CRM to R/3.
4> define the no. range for transactions and transaction types etc.
then you can load the object SALESDOCUMENT using the transaction R3AS - put some filter for this adaptor object so that it will bring only those transaction which you want to.
Reffer to the Best practice guide for further details. you can get this in site help.sap.com.
Hope this will help.
Thanks,
Vikash.

  • Open Internal Orders from legacy system

    Hi,
Is there a way to bring over open projects (Internal Orders) from legacy system into SAP?, especially the way to bring over legacy cost information collected on such projects.
    Would appreciate any help,

    Hi
As such you cannot do this. You download your Legacy system data to an excel sheet and then upload the PO details into SAP using  an LSMW etc.

  • Impute revenue to Internal Order from SD

    Hi Experts,
Is it possible to impute revenues to Internal Order from SD? Is necessary some configuration?
    Thanks in advance.

If your cost of sales account is not setup as a cost element (which it shouldn't be if you are using cost based COPA), then you will need to created another cost of sale G/L account which does have a cost element and use that account for this transaction.  The G/L account that is selected for cost of sales is based on the movement type selected in the sales transaction and the valuation class assigned to the material.
The easiest way of having the system find a different G/L account for this is to use a material in the sale transaction with a different valuation class that can be assigned to this new G/L account.  You can use transaction code (FBKP) to assign the G/L account to the correct account modifier for that valuation class.
If you can't use a different valuation class (because this material is used in other situations as well), then the process is more complicated.  You will need to have the sales transaction find a different movement type for this so that you can assign a different account modifier and G/L account.  You will probably need to work with your S/D consultant to make this work, but I'll take you through some of the steps.
In the standard system, movement type 601 is usually used to issue the inventory against the delivery and record the cost of goods sold accounting posting.  The trick here is to assign a different movement type to this speicific transaction.  The movement type is assigned to the schedule item category that is assigned to the sales line.  The schedule item category is derived from the item category, so you may need to have your S/D consultant create a new item category, a new schedule item category, and a new movement type for you.  Now that you have a new movment type, you assign a account key and modifier to the movment type.  From there assign the correct G/L account to the account key and modifier for your valuation class.
    thanks,

    Hello Nilaksha.
You can use the following query. Modify the segment to be queried if you wish.
    SELECT cc.segment1||'.'||segment2||'.'||segment3||'.'||segment4 "Account",
    nvl(sum(l.accounted_dr - l.accounted_cr),0) "Balance"
    FROM gl_code_combinations cc,
    gl_je_lines l
    WHERE cc.code_combination_id = l.code_combination_id
    AND l.set_of_books_id = <your set_of_books_id'
AND cc.segment2 = 'your segment value'
    AND l.effective_date <= '30-nov-09'
    GROUP BY cc.segment1||'.'||segment2||'.'||segment3||'.'||segment4
    Hope this helps.

  • No Upload of Internal order from CRM to R3

Service Confirmations , with header user status "Retun Needed" cannot find Internal Order in R3. Only when re-processed, i/o is found and processed.
    Process
service engineers create ServConf (ZT11) as follow-up for service orders. In this Service Confirmation the engineer can set the Header User Status, and he can choose for 'Return Needed'. In that case, an extra S10-line is added to the ServiceOrder (the 'return' line), to be closed later during the return visit.
When a confirmation is closed with the code 'Return Needed', it will be distributed to R3, but R3 cannot find the internal order for this Service Order, although it exists in the system (I checked every single case).
These confirmations show up on my error-list (as 'Object link not found in CO').
When I re-process these confirmations, the internal order is found and processing is OK, so It seems like the system is still busy with creating the extra S10-line, and updating the internal order, when the same internal order is needed to process the confirmation.
Can you check this please, because I have several of these cases per day, and it is keeping us from invoicing these Confirmations.

    JAN.

  • Results Analysis Settle Internal Order (from CRM) - No cost element allowed

In SPRO results analysis configuration to "Define Posting Rules for Settlement to Financial Accounting" I am not allowed to use an account with a cost element.  (Error: I get error KQ 119 G/L account ### cannot be created as a cost element.)
I configure a G/L account with no cost element.  KO88 Settlement posts to G/L account fine; however, does not post to the internal order because the config mentioned on first line does not allow me to use an account with a cost element.
Problem: I am unable to see settlement in KOB1 report because settlement goes to GL Account, but does not post to the internal order.
Failed solution:  I tried to use OKC9 substitution at KO88 to substitute the internal order number.  The problem is that table AUFKV is empty when the substitution runs at KO88 settlement.  I am not able to substitute the order number because the order number isn't even available in the substitution at internal order settlement.
I put a break manual break point in program GBTACCOB at the call to the substitution rule I defined.  The breakpoint stops at the substitution when I run KO88 settlement; however, fields are blank. I am unable to do substitution.  I know this works because I have a similar substitution on the same internal order for accounting indicator when doing an MB1A goods issue to an internal order.  The break point stops there and the AUFKV data is available for substitution rule.
    Question:
Any suggested solutions to to have internal order update into KO88 settlement after KKA1 results analysis would be helpfull.

It is more of a reporting issue really.
The problem is that internal order settlement with settlement profile instead of results analysis does post the settlement to the internal order and does use a cost element.  This is the business process the users currently have.  Our users have a requirement to settle the orders weekly.  This helps them find issues earlier and speeds up the month end close.
In the past we could use KOB1 and see the current balance of an internal order and see the settlement.  Now that report no longer shows the settlement.  How can I see what has been settled on an order and what hasn't now?

  • Customer fields replication in Sales order from R/3 to CRM

    Hi all,
I want to replicate, for Sales orders, one field (ZFIELD_A) on item level (VBAP) from R/3 to CRM .
I used transaction EEWB on CRM with the option "Adding new fields to Business transactions" and I flagged checkbox "Also used in R/3".
All worked fine and all the repository objects where created both in CRM and R/3, and the fileds was appended in structure CUSTOMER_I (CRM).
The problem is when I replicate the data, because of existing customer fields  in R/3.
In R/3 I have exisiting fields on BAPE_VBAP
    ZFIELD_1  [CHAR1]  - existing
    ZFIELD_2  (CHAR1] - existing
    ZFIELD_A  [CHAR30] (the new one)
Assuming the above field values are X-Y-thisisatest
the value of ZFIELD_A in CRM will be "XYthisisatest", since R/3 sends, in structure BAPIPAREX all the three Customer fields.
In the generated (from EEWB) method ZEEW_DATAEXCHANGE01->CRM_DATAEXCH_R3D_MBDOC_FILL, called when transferring the order to CRM , all the first 30 positions are moved to ZFIELD_A from CRM.
A solution would be to change the generated coding of the above method, by truncating the first 2 chars, but it's not so nice (and I also could loose the changes after a generation of the EEWB project).
    Anyone has a nicer idea?
    thanks a lot,
    Fabrizio

    Hi Vikram,
You will have to replicate the same order type, item category and it's determination in R/3 SD as well , also the number range will have to be mapped accordingly so that when a service order is created in CRM it gets replicated in R/3 and corresponding sales order and internal order are generated from R/3.
    Hope this helps

  • Purchase Order can't captured Internal order from Asset Master

    Hi experts,
I am creating a PO to purchase asset and so using the category Asset. In the asset master, I have defined the Internal Order (investment order) number.
At the Account Assignment tab, I entered the asset number in the PO and it is supposed to capture the Investment Order number from the asset master to the "Order" field as well. But it was not.
Can any of the expert here advise? Any configuration is required at the PO level?
Thank you so much. will assign point for solutions

    Hi
There is no configuration setting in the Procurement/Purchase for defaulting the
    order number.
As I know there is no setting to setting available in controlling also
for calling the urder number thru asset in a PO.
Order number comes from the default assignment to
Cost element,Cost center and Order in OKB9 transaction.
Please contact the controlling before coming to a conclusion.

  • IW32 - restriction or validation to accept only internal order from a plant

    HI team!!
    I´m needing your help
Im working with Tcode IW32 when creating a maintenance order and we got through Goto / Settlement rule we can assign any internal order number.
there is no restriction or validation to accept only internal order numbers from the corresponding plant, this condition may affect other entities
    How can I limit it?
    Thks & regards "

In configuration, in settlement rule, restrict receiver other than internal order. In case if you want to have internal order as a receiver but restrict only some orders, you can do that using a user exit/badi at save.
    example user exit -IWO10009

  • Error while transferring Purchase Order from ECC to SUS

we are working on plan driven procurement and transferring the PO from ECC to SUS, we are getting the error as "No partner found for partner number ECCSUS8".
In ECC the Vendor No is ECCSUS8, trasfered vendor from ECC to SUS. Vendor registration is done based on the mail generated and vendor login is created in the portal and assigned the roles.

    Hi
Are you facing this error in PO transmission to SUS (as you mentioned below)? or you are facing this error while sending out the vendors from R/3 to SUS from BD14?
If you are facing this in vendor transmission, you need to remove the tick (flag) "Use self reg component" in SPRO-SRM server-Supplier Self-ServicesMaster DataMake Settings for Business Partners. Then you can transmit the vendors from R/3 succesfully.
If this error is in PO transmission, need to analyse further.
    Pls do let me know.
    Thanks
