Transferring music from an old IPhone
How do I transfer music from an old IPhone 4 to an IPhone 6 ? My music was not saved, backed up, no iCloud. it is only on my old IPhone4.
If it's music you purchased from the iTunes store, you can just re-download it from the store. If it's music you acquired from other sources, and you don't have a backup of it (since it had to be synced to the phone from your computer to begin with) then you'll have to purchase 3rd party software to try and extract it or re-rip the original CDs.
If it was ripped from CDs and you no longer have possession of the original CDs, then you don't own the music.

Syncing to a new iTunes library or computer will erase your phone. Only if you back up manually before syncing, you can restore your device from that backup again. A manual backup does not include the sync process.
Do this:
Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your phone to your new computer and right click on it in the device list and choose backup. iTunes will backup your device without syncing.
Transfer your purchases the same way, choosing "transfer purchases" this time.
When you connect your phone for the first time, all media content will be erased. But you can restore your settings and app data from your manual backup afterwards.
Don't forget to set up at least one contact and event on your new computer to be able to merge calendars and contacts when you sync the iPhone for the first time.
Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in itunes and transferred your purchases.

If you backup with iTunes and you restored from the backup and the data are gone, then there is no where to retrieve them from unless you have another backup that contains those data.
Launch iTunes on the computer and go to iTunes>Preferences>Devices. You will see a window with all of your backups listed in it.
If you see a recent backup that you are certain contains the data that you need, recover deleted data from iPhone backup.
If your note is gone from iCloud.com there is only a few ways to possibly recover it.
The first things I would check is a iCloud Backup, a iTunes Backup, or a 3rd party email that may have contained the note. To restore from a iCloud or iTunes backup follow this link. This article explains how to restore a device from either back up.
Note if you have backed up since the note went missing, you will not have the note on the backup. Make sure you do not back up if trying to restore from a back up as this will back up the content without the note.
To get to the "Set up assistant" on an iOS device, you must go to Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content and Settings. Once the phone restarts, you will be at the "Set up Assistant" -

I feel I've explained plenty what you must do but you aren't getting it.
All music on your old iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Transfer the music from your iTunes library on your computer to your new iPhone in the same way it was transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone - via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
Since you prefer the manual way, you must manually drag and drop the same 377 songs from your iTunes library to your new iPhone - in the same way the 377 songs were manually transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone.
Or you can sync which provides more options overall. Create an iTunes playlist for the 377 songs. Select Sync Music under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and choose selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Select the iTunes playlist below that includes the 377 songs followed by a sync. -

The iphone is not a backup/storage device. The sync is one way - computer to iphone. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
You shouldcopy everything from your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one. This one of the main reasons it has laways been very basic to always maintain a abckup copy of your computer. -

Thanks!Also keep in mind that unless the media are DRM protected (all movies, and all music prior to about 2009) once you have the files on your computer (which you should if you purchased these) then their use is pretty flexible. It is really when you start getting into re-downloading or trying to use iCloud services that multi-account services are tough. Even then you can try using Family Sharing or Home Sharing to facilitate using media from different accounts.
