Transferring music not downloaded from intunes back to itunes from my ipod
I recently had a hard drive crash. I lost all my music and photos. They are on my ipod touch though. I was able to transfer the music I purchased from itunes but most of my music isn't from itunes as well as my photos. I was going to try manually restoring the music or using a program to help me but when I open my ipod touch folder the only files that show up are DCIM and then 100Apple and 999Apple. I cannot find any other folders even when I allow hidden folders. Does anyone know why I can't find my music or photos folders or if they are even supposed to be there? Is there a way to retrieve my music and photos and put them back on my computer?
I found this program which costs $10 but it was able to restore my files.

I am trying to transfer my music and apps from my iPod Touch to my laptop computer's itunes library so that I can update the IOS. I have tried "Transfer Purchases from iPod Touch under File/Devices and nothing seems to happen. The itunes library on my laptop is still empty and everything is still on my ipod Touch. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong or how I can make this happen so I don't lose it all?

Transfering music not bought from ipod to itunes
so i recently got another laptop cause my other laptop broke and i want to know how to transfer my music on my ipod that was NOT bought from itunes to my new itunes library
I've bought albums from amazon's download (sometimes they have super cheap deals on full albums) ..
To get them to I Tunes, i just burn me a back up copy the disk (for car), then import the disk through iTunes.
I havent gotten any downloads from other sources, but Im sure there are ways.. -
My iPhone will not play any music not download from iTunes
Not even music ripped from CD's I own. Deleting, re-installing or re-syncing does not help.
When I try to play any song from my library, iTunes fast-forwards at breakneck speed through the songs until it finds one it approves of. (Including the F****** U2 album I neither wanted or downloaded.) I've tried deleting and re-synching, deleting and restoring from back ups in iCloud and from my laptop bot nothing helps.
When I choose 'Get Info' on the tracks that won't play they are described as 'AAC Audio Files', hose that will play are described as 'Purchased AAC Audio Files'.
My wife purchased an iPhone 6 on the same day, she has no such problems with her purchased and ripped tracks.Well that was a complete waste of time. Thanks for nothing guys.

How do I transfer my itunes library from my old Mac to my new Mac? When I try all that transfers is what I downloaded from Itunes. It does not transfer the music I downloaded from my cd's/.
iTunes: How to move [or copy] your music [library] to a new computer [or another drive] - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 - a somewhat bewildering and not always easily understandable set of options.
Quick answer if you use iTunes' default preferences settings: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Open iTunes and immediately hold down the Option (alt) key (shift on Windows), then guide it to the iTunes Library.itl file in the moved iTunes folder.
For the record there's this reference for iTunes 11 but it really doesn't strike me as having the specifics you need. iTunes 11 for Mac: Move your library to another computer - http://support.apple.com/kb/PH12168

2011 Transferring your iTunes library - http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/articles/comments/moving-your-itunes-library-to -a-new-hard-drive/ - An article with good background information, particularly if you are not sure your media files are all grouped for quick solution above. Unfortunately it uses the single term "transferring library" for two very different moves; relocating just your media (not recommended unless you really need this configuration) and relocating media+database (really your whole "library"). Make sure you understand the difference before electing to move only media.
If you put it in the default location of Macintosh HD > Users > *User Name* > Music then you don't even need to start with the option key held down, iTunes will automatically look for it there. (Make sure there isn't anything already in the iTunes folder there that you want to keep since you will be replacing it with the one you are moving.) -

Songs in music library downloaded from a CD and synced to my old IPOD are not recognized by my new IPOD classic. What is the fix?
If you are using automatic syncing with your old iPod, select that iPod in iTunes and go to its Music tab (next to Summary). Note how this Music tab is set up. Maybe you can do a screen shot.
Now, select the new iPod in iTunes. Go to its Music tab, like you did for the old iPod. Set up the new iPod's Music tab exactly like the old iPod, and Apply the change.
The music on your new iPod should now match the old iPod. -
The last 2 songs I purchased, Treasure and Take Back the Night, are not downloading from the cloud on my iPhone 4 or my iPad2. I have tried previous suggestions on the support page. Can anyone suggest further solutions?
Hello BwarsIG88
Check your purchase history by going to the iTunes Store and then click on purchases. From there you can see all your purchase history and download what you are missing.

Is there a way to transfer music not purchased from the iTunes store from my ipod to my imac? Also, is it possible to move photos from ipod to imac? My computer was stolen so lost it all...have learned the lesson of backing up the hard way!

HT201272 retreving music not purchased from i tunes
HI
Would love to have a bit of help recently got a new pc and dowloaded i tunes all my music came up i connected my i phone 4 and all the music i downloaded from my cd collection was deleted and i only have my i tunes purchases any ideas how i can get my downloads back pleaseLet me get this straight. You didn't transfer the contents from your old PC to the new one? When you say "download" this implies you are getting it off the net, i.e. re-downloading the purchases from iTunes. When you sync with a device the sync is one way; the device gets synced to the computer and gets updated according to the content on the computer (which in this case did not include the other content you did not put on from a backup). What I think is the situation now is all your CD music is now gone and you will have to rip them again.

I just upgraded to Photoshop cs6 so that my new camera (Nikon D7100) would work in Camera Raw (I was told that the Camera Raw update 8.3, which is available for CS6, included this camera). However, it will not download from the "Update" option in CS6. I have tried over 10 times - it just says update is not working. and I cannot find an alternate way of downloading this file. So I still can use my camera, even thought I paid to upgrade. HELP please.
What OS do you have? You say you have explained what you had (computer/opsys) but I honestly don't see it here. If you had mentioned that my advice would have been different; I believe you can only upgrade as far as Camera Raw 8.3 on an older Windows system. There is more information here (look specifically for the "Revert to 8.3 ..." titles).
Adobe Camera Raw Help | Camera Raw/DNG Converter 8.4 on Mac OS 10.6, Windows XP, and Vista
What you've done/written in your last post confuses things further, unfortunately. Photoshop 13.1 is strictly a Creative Cloud version. The highest you can go is Photoshop CS6 13.0.1.3 with perpetual license.
And as far as I can recall, that version can work on Windows back to XP:
System requirements | Photoshop
I don't think you're out of luck, but you seem to be leaping into doing things without having the full story, and are jumping to conclusions a bit too quickly.
Here's what I suggest you try:
1. Remove Photoshop entirely with the Creative Suite Removal Tool:
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
2. Install Photoshop CS6 from your original media or from here:
Download CS6 products
3. Update the application using its own Help - Updates process. That really should get you the latest Camera Raw version that will work. If that does not bring you a Camera Raw that works with your Nikon, use the "Revert to 8.3" instructions above.

Music wont download from iTunes to iPod
iPod has been reset twice and still the music will not download from iTunes to the iPod without freezing iTunes. Music starts to download one or two songs and then software stalls. I need to force quit iTunes many times in order to make the program quit. iPod downloads from other Macs OK.
tried to download new iTunes and it wouldnt let me as it is same version software.
Anyone had any similar problems?I've been having exactly the same problems...both iTunes and iPod freeze in the middle of updating: I've done numerous restores of iPod, and have the latest iTunes and iPod software.
Because it's out of warranty, the online repair service calculate a repair at 260 euros (a lot of money in anyone's currency).
Is this time to get a new iPod, or is there something else to be done, that I haven't tried? -
Customizing not downloading from CRM to CDB
Dear All
Pl help/ guide on the direction to proceed further. Customizing (Domain Ranges DD Texts) are not downloading from CRM to CDB.
Background:
Activities and Campaigns are replicated from CRM to CDB (Mobile). For a particular new field which we have added through AET, the domain ranges are stored in the table DD07T. The task is do a customizing download to replicate these domain ranges to the corresponding CDB table SMODD07T. For this, We would need to create a BDoc type @ BDoc Modeler and then a customizing adapter object with that linked BDoc type. For distribution from CDB to mobile, we would have to create replication object and publication on this Linked BDoc in SMOEAC.
Issue
Now, when I am creating the Bdoc type in SBDM, it prompts that mapped table (SMODD07T) should have two key fields and only one Primary key for the segment and since this is not the case it is throwing the error. I have verified with various std customizing adapter objects and their corresponding sBDocs. In all the cases, the SMO table has exactly key fields, the MANDT client and the SFA GUID. Without generating the BDoc type, the adapter object Banega nahi and I experimented in many ways where I created a custom adapter object with any of the standard campaign and customizing related Linked BDoc types for the adapter object, Initial Load is successful and even huge blocks of data is transferred. But the required SMODD07T table is not getting populated.Hi,
Ok the initial load is performed without errors.... But did you check the queues?
Best regards,
