Transferring paid apps to my iMac

I have 2 apps that I cant figure out how to transfer to my ipad, they are pages & book n keep, I backed everything up to icloud and cant figure out how to retrieve it from there, Do i need to purchase mountain lion to achieve this? Please help,

There may be a way to get your AOL Address Book transferred, but you would have to download and install the All-In-On Software AOL® for Mac OS X, which can be downloaded from this website AOL Macintosh Downloads.
During the installation process, follow the prompts of the AOL Installer.
Just make sure, when asked if you have an existing AOL account, that you would like to use, say Yes.
This should ensure that your Address Book, Favorites, Contacts, and Filing Cabinets will be preserved.
Although I'm not sure, as you are transferring from a Windows system.
If it does succeed, you can then use the utility AOL® Service Assistant, which can be downloaded from this website AOL Macintosh Downloads, which has additional functions offered, such as;
"The AOL Service Assistant enables you to set up the following Apple applications to work with the AOL service:

If AOL is not your ISP, if everything works, and you do not want to keep AOL on the system, you can delete it.

I'm replacing my first gen touch with a 2nd gen touch.
I've got several paid for apps on the first gen.
How do I install (transfer?) these on the new touch?

Connect the original iPod touch to iTunes, select it, choose Transfer Purchases from the File menu, and then sync them to the new one. Click here and follow the instructions to erase the original iPod touch.

When transferring data from my old iMac to a newer one do the old Apple apps like iWorks override the new versions installed on the newer computer?

When transferring data from an older iMac to a newer iMac (refurbished) do the Apple applications like iWorks replace the ones on the newer computer?
I have read how to transfer data and using setup assistant but I am concerned about applications from Apple having the same names.

As you likely know legacy apps that are PPC based will not migrate over. However the data files will. I would urge you to inventory the apps you have and their data files to see how important they are and then look app by app to see what app replacements are available. If you are using Office for Mac prior to the 2008 version you will need to get a new license of the app because the 2004 version was PPC based. The files will come over and are readable by newer version of Office for Mac (I recommend the 2011 version) and also readable by the iWorks apps (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) but those are different apps than Office and work differently and do not have all of the features of the MS Office apps. This is really only a issue if you share files with MS Office users, if you use them for personal work then iWork may be just fine for your needs.

You can download the iPad app to Mac's iTunes for safe keeping but it will not run on OS X.
You will need to download the app using Mac App Store whether paid or free to run on OS X.

Where is my paid apps?

I bought a mac mini and had a windows computer earlier.. that now is junk..
but the thing is that i also restored my iphone and now do i want my paid apps to come to my phone... but everything is gone in iTunes.. there's nothing there when i try to see if they are there.. and on downloads aren't them.. etc..
So i hope Apple has a reaaally good explanation for this or else

I have an iBook at home and an iMac at work and an iPhone that I connect to both.
I've purchased some apps when I'm on the move through my iPhone and some when I'm connected to the iBook. All legitimately bought with my hard earned money.
I connect my iPhone to the iMac at my work.
"Would you like to transfer the Apps from your iPhone to the iMac?"

Ahh there they are! All the apps I bought with MY hard earned money. OK. Where's the downlaod button, Apple? Hang on a minute. This is just a text invoice. Nowhere to sync the apps I purchased with the purchased history in iTunes??!? Really?
*In summary*
I bought a load of apps. Sync deletes them all. I can't get them back and none of the following helps:
-> Restore from backup.
-> Transfer Purchases
-> Authorize the Computer
-> View purchase history

This could all be solved with a simple tab item in iTunes with a download link to everything you ever bought through the iStore irrespective of which device you bought it on.

Restoring Paid Apps that Weren't Back Up on iTunes

Hello,
I need to know how to restore some paid apps back to my iPad that aren't backed up via iTunes on my computer. I purchased and downloaded the apps directly on my iPad and there was a syncing issue and for some reason it completely wiped my apps and because I hadn't synced it fully with iTunes the apps weren't transfered to iTunes and I lost them. I wouldn't be bothered but a few were quite expensive.
Any help would be appreciated,

As long as the apps are still available in the store, and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy them, then you should be able to re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

Can't find paid Apps on iTunes! Help!

I just upgraded from a 3GS to an iPhone 4, so I'm trying to get my phone set up the way I like it. However, after backing up my 3GS on my iTunes/transferring all of the Paid Purchases to my library, I see that absolutely NONE of my paid apps/games appear! Where did all my purchases go and how do I get them on my iPhone 4? Also, not all of my free apps appeared either! How do I work this out without having to pay again?

If you're on a Mac, the apps should be in this folder:
<Your username>/Music/iTunes/Mobile Applications
If you're on Windows:
C:\Users\<your username>\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Mobile Applications

Lost all paid apps

I just pluged my ipad into my computer and was asked to upgrade for ios5. Two hours later i have now lost the majority of my paid apps from both my PC and my ipad.
Very very annoyed, does anyone know how I can fix this.

Launch the App Store on your iPad. Tap on the Purchased tab at the bottom. You should see a list of all of your paid apps and they should be available for download again for free.
You should also be able to download the apps again in iTunes on your computer and then sync to the iPad as stated above. If you bought them, they should be available for download.
You might want to think about transferring purchases and syncing on a regular basis for your own sake.

The funds will not be transferred to your Microsoft Wallet.

Can I have paid apps on more than one device and how?

This must have been answered before, but I wasn't sure how to search for it, so apologies in advance...
I have several Apple devices and I want to put the paid apps I have on one device on another as well. I would have assumed this was possible - perhaps via iTunes, but I can't see how to do it.
It doesn't seem to make any difference whether I restore from a previous device's backup (to the new device), or create a 'new' device.
So, for example, I have bought Air Display for my iPad mk1 and I now want to put it on my iPad mini as well. (I don't want to use them simultaneously.) The iPad mini is set up as a new device, so hasn't been restored from the iPad mk1's backup.
As another example, I have an iPhone 5 that I restored from an iPhone 4s backup. Most things were installed, but none of the paid apps came across and they're not listed in my iTunes library.
Do I have to buy them all again? Or am I doing something wrong? I would have assumed that they would be stored with my account details (all the devices are set up with the same Apple id).

It is possible, I have some of my apps on my iPad and iPhone (and some of them on an old iPod Touch). A backup doesn't contain the apps, just their contents and settings, so unless the actual apps are on your computer's iTunes then restoring to a backup won't copy them onto it.
You should be able to copy your apps (and other iTunes purchases so that you have copies of them and so that you can sync them either back to the same device if you ever need to restore it, or to other devices that you own) from the device that they are on to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases) and then sync them to the other devices (assuming that you have the relevant iOS version on them and the apps are compatible e.g. some apps are iPad-only, and some require full-phone capabilities so are iPhone-only). Or you can re-download them on your computer's iTunes and sync them or re-download them directly on the device that you want them on.

I can't open almost any app on my iMac (OSX Lion 10.7.4). Every time I attempt to do so, the app "unexpedtely quits" and can't go further. This happens with iTunes (when I turn to the iTunes Store), MacApp Store, Software updates an many other apps...

Every time I attempt to do so, the affected app "unexpedtely quits", showing a window (sort of expanded dialog box) with the log history, wich form a complete report wich is said to be sent to Apple. Despite that this window has a "restart" button, I haven't been able to go any further from this point, as it repeats the process again and again, impeding me to use the affected app.
This has get to a critical point, as it is afecting apps like iTunes (especifically when I turn to the iTunes Store from within te app), MacApp Store, Software Updates (I can't update anything, given this problem) and many other apps, including Aperture 3, Fusion 4, integrated Dictionary and Wikipedia, as I've been able to verify.
As far as I'm concerned, it hasn't affected apps like Office, Vectorworks, Pixelmator, iDraw, Quick Note...
Can anybody help me on this matter?

Apps are permanently tied to the account used to download them. It was behaving exactly as it should have.

Paid apps do not show up on my iphone 3 after restore

Restore them from the app store. When you do this it will tell you that you have already purchased this app and do you want to reinstall it. Just say yes.

Are there any plans that HP support paid apps in countries the currently only allow free apps in the App Cataloge?
Even though there are many free apps, many great apps are not available

There is no such document describing this secnario. Based on my understanding, if we delpoy an Acccess web app which refer to an content app which inserted from Office Store we can package the Access web app directly since after publish the Access 2013 web
app we can still use the content app.
If you want to lock the Access web app, and there is an content app refer to the SharePoint catelog we need to modify the path for the content app based on the depolyment enviroment.
