Transferring Purchases; help needed!

i had to have my laptop wiped because i had a virus. i now have no music on my laptop. i plugged my iphone in and 'transferred purchases' and not all of my music has transferred. im not sure what to do now; i really dont fancy downloading all the music again!
can anybody help me?

It has alwasy been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy tp put everything back.
If for some reason you have failed to backup, then you can use icloud ( in the U.S only) to retrieve past purchases. Open itunes store, click Purchased, under Quick Links.

Transferring data -- help needed!!!

I've read about the process of transferring files from an older model to a newer model mac using firewire. BUT I just learned that the new macbooks do not have firewire ports. How do I transfer my files from my iBook to a new MacBook??
I thought I could do this by just putting my files on an external drive. I purchased a western digital external drive and connected it my iBook via USB. It doesn't work -- the blue light on the external drive flashes repeatedly but nothing happens -- I think because the drive I purchased is only compatiable with more recent operating systems. ? So this method is no longer an option -- is there a mac to mac method that will work, given no firewire port on the new macbooks??

Transferring Purchases HELP ASAP

I have an iPod touch and have been using that to purchase all of my music, apps, etc. I recently purchased a new computer and would like to transfer all the music,apps, contacts, etc. to the iTunes on my computer w/o losing all of my data. The other times i have synced my iTouch to the computer, all of my purchases and contacts were lost. Plaese help asap.

Creative Cloud Purchasing Help Needed

I am researching and interested in subscribing for Creative Cloud, but am wondering if I can get a customized priced based on the Apps I would like to subscribe for? Or are the price-points a rigid "all or one"?

There are two purchasing options:
Single App subscription
Full Cloud
There is no option to tailor a package based on only the apps you want.
Basically, if you want 3 or more apps, the full Cloud is cheapest package.

When recently syncing my iPhone a message came up regarding transferring purchases or something.. In haste I pressed the wrong reply.. My phone synced, but removed all of the songs I purchased on my iPhone. Although they are still on my iTunes and I can play them.. but they will not sync back to the iPhone what so ever.. I'm stressed out big time and can't believe I was such an idiot lol!! Had a look at a few forums.. But they seem to be about transffering from Iphone to Itunes...

At the AT&T store. Tried using iCloud but only 120 songs were transferred and when I access my iTunes account now it only shows 120 and not the 450 anymore that I purchased on my old phone. Tried to sync again from the phone to iTunes and it still not working.
I purchased everything under the same apple ID account I called apple support and spent almost 2 hours with tech support for assistance and we got disconected and they never called me back.
I'm at the point where I'm about to never purchase anything anymore from apple go to another company retrieve every single charge made on my bank account from iTunes and file a law suit against the company. It's being a week that I called for assistance and no one called me back to help me with this matter even after I responded a survey with a complaint about not getting a resolution to my problem.
If you could please help me I will appreciate, I'm out of the country now and can't stay on the phone for a long time.

How do I transfer my iTunes library to a new computer? I have transferred purchased music but wish to transfer the rest of my library. Home sharing isn't responding and the computers are going to be in different locations.

How do I transfer my iTunes library from my old computer to my new one? I have successfully transferred purchased music but not my library of CDs. Home sharing will not work, and isn't working in fact, as the computers will be in different countries.

Assuming your library is in the default location and all of the media is stored within the library's media folder then this is what you need to do:
Copy the entire iTunes folder from <User's Music> on the source computer to <User's Music> on the target computer.
You can do this directly over a network (making use of shared network folders) or by making a copy on an external drive, moving the drive between computers, and copying again. Any way that works is good. However if you say that you cannot use Home Sharing (doesn't work properly anyway) because the source and target are not on the same network then method 2 as I describe it won't work either.
Your playlists, play counts, ratings etc. are stored inside the database iTunes Library.itl which is inside the iTunes folder and a successful migration includes all of this information, not just the media files. I recommend method 1 from the earlier link as it sets you up with a backup mechanism to use in future. All hard drives fail eventually and often without warning, or at least a warning that is noticed and then heeded.
If the initial assumption is wrong, or you need help checking, just ask.

Apple IDs cannot be merged. You should use your preferred Apple ID from now on, but you can still access your purchased items such as music, movies, or software using your other Apple IDs.

we transferred purchases and synced from a iPod touch to a toshiba laptop, after it updated and synced again we have been unable to put the files back onto the ipod. the computer will not let us drag or copy paste files, and when we tried to " export" the library to the documents folder, it only showed up in code. we have books and music we would like to reload to the ipod.

It sounds like you are unable to manually put your content back on your iPod Touch.
It seems like you may need to re enable Manually Manage Music now that the device has been updated, and this article should help with that.

When I linked it it used the name I had given the ipod so it seems strange that it won't synch even though it is definitely connected.

Help needed regarding Pricing Conditions in Invoice

Hi Experts,
I have added some Z fields to the Tkomp Pricing table and did the relevant modifications in user exit Pricing Prepare Tkomp in MV45AFZZ.My pricing conditions are being created successfuly for the sales order.
Now when a Invoice is being created for the Sales Order after the delivery thru VF01 , initially I am able to see my new pricing record under the Item condition tab., but when user clicks on the UPDATE button in the same conditions tab and clicks on 'carry put new pricing' my new condition record vanishes from the scene.
Do I need to write a seperste code for that?
If yes, please guide me where?

For domestic purchase Vat & CST are applicable. If it is intra state VAT is used & if it is interstate CST is used. These condition types have to be manitained in the TAX procedure.
JVRD - I/P VAT
JVCS- I/P CST.
we have maintained condition records for both these condition types along with the tax code in FV11. In the case of import purchase, you need to maintain seperate pricing procedure for import which will include ,
JCDB - BASIC CUSTOMS DUTY
JCV1-CVD
JECV-EDU CESS
J1CV- SEC EDU CESS
JEDB- IMPORT CESS
JADC- ADDITIONAL CUSTOM DUTY.
All these conditions will be available in PO item level & you need to maintain % for these conditions. Hope it helps.
