Vous avez besoin de sélectionner et de synchroniser toutes les photos que vous voulez sur l'iPad en une seule action que seule la synchronisation la plus récente reste sur l'iPad (comme vous l'avez trouvé) - non compris lesphotos dans une synchronisation ultérieure est de savoir comment vous les supprimez depuis l'iPad
You need to select and sync all the photos that you want on the iPad together in one go as only the most recent sync remains on the iPad (as you've found out) - not including photos in a subsequent sync is how you delete them from the iPad

desoles mes neuveux on essayer d'utiliser mon ipad qui est protege par un mot de passe et à plusieurs tentatives il s'est bloqué et il est desactivé.
j'ai essayé de le debloquer via itunes mais ce drnier me reclame de le deverouiller en introduisant le mot de passe mais il me donne meme pas la main alors comment faire

Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. I think there is some kind of problem with MacOS X when you use one of the "other" languages from the list on the left. There was another person who tried to use Gaelic as his primary language and he had the same kinds of problems that you see. I was able to reproduce the bug and I wrote a bug report with Apple.
The solution is to use one of the "major" languages in the list on the left in system preferences. I'm sure French will work fine. If you have any software that is localized in Breton, you can use Get Info in the Finder to have it display only in Breton.
Sorry if I have errors in my French. I did not use Google and I'm at my PC where I can't easily type diacritic characters. -
How can I transfer photos from ipad 1 to pc
I have an ipad 1 - ios 5.1.1
I want to transfer the photos on the ipad to a windows 8 pc.
Should be a really simple operation - yes? wrong.
After visiting 30+ webpages, downloading various 3rd party software (and deleting them again) - I am still unable to transfer photos from my ipad to a windows pc.
I connect the ipad 1 to a pc using cable.
PC shows ipad.
Then you get the option to import photos (Which 20+ websites just repeat).
Contained in the DCIM Folder is 2 thumbnail photos. Yes - just 2. Two.
Stored on the ipad is nearly 3,000 photo's. NOT 2!
So how do you move photos from an ipad to PC?

All photos found.
All photos copied - except they are copied as thumbnails.
It would seem that ipad stores your photos as a thumbnail - but when you email the photo the true size is sent. (Thumbnail is 11kb - when I attach the same photo to an email it shows it as 1.1mb)
So - apart from creating and sending 3000 emails - so that I can transfer photos at their original resolution - HOW DO YOU TRANSFER PHOTOS FROM IPAD 1 TO A PC.
Apple really couldn't have made a 30second operation more difficult - or deliberately impossible.
There is NO option to do this via iTunes.
I can transfer photos from a PC to iPad using iTunes - but not the other way around.
So - please - does anyone have a degree in astro-physics that can explain how a person is supposed to transfer full sized photos, that are stored as thumbnails - from an iPAD 1 to a Win 8 pc?

I need answers.HHow did the photos get on your iPad? since the original iPad does not have a camera, the photos were either received in emails, copied from the web or synced from your computer. If they were copied from emails or the web they should be available to copy off the iPad using whatever Camera or image capture application you have on your computer. Connect your iPad, start the application and transfer the photos.
if the photos were synced from your computer, they should still be on the computer used to sync from. -

The synced photos should be in an album in the "Albums" tab of your iPod.
As long as you did not transfer the synced photos to your computer do on no account activate "iCloud Photo Library Beta" on your iPad. That will wipe all synced photos from the iPad.
You can't reimport pictures synced from your computer to your device back to your computer. You can only import pictures in the Camera Roll or Saved Photos from your device to your computer. If you need to retrieve synced photos from your device:
Email them from the device to yourself.
Copy them from the emails to your computer. -
I would like to make an album at my Ipad. The first pictures I transfered, did get into "pictures", and I could make a photo album. Later I did get them into streamed areas, but they did not get any ways to make an album. They did not apply to "pictures", and when I make an album and tries to import the pictures, the streamed pictures do not show up. What can be done?

Unable to delete photos from iPad with Image Capture or PhoneView
I recently downloaded about 50GB of photos to my iPad. They are RAW+JPG. Some of the RAWs are from a new camera that does not have RAW support on the Mac yet.
Using Image Capture I downloaded all the photos to my Mac. They all have the green check-mark next to them indicating they have been downloaded.
After confirming that the images transferred without becoming corrupted, I went back to Image Capture and selected all, then hit the Delete button. I confirmed that I really want to delete them all permanently.
Then a little floating window appears that says "Deleting..." and it stays like that for a long time. Eventually Image Capture simply loses its connection with the Mac and simply leaves this console message:

Back on the iPad, I see that some of the JPEG-format photos have been deleted while the RAWs that went with them are still there. Meanwhile for many others, both the RAW & JPEG both still remain.
Any ideas what might cause this? Is it because the Mac doesn't yet have support for the RAW file and therefore doesn't recognize it as an "image" file?The links below have instructions for deleting photos.

how do i transfer my itunes account (with all my music, photos and ipad apps) from a macbook pro to a new macbook air?
thanks but exactly how do I do this. I tried setting the new macair up using migration assistant but for some reason not everything has come through. I bought a thunderbolt cable to improve the transfer rate.
Now my question is how do I transfer the iTunes folder. I have authorised the new macair for iTunes and am within the 5 computer limit. -
1.) How do I organized my photo album on my ipad?
2.) How do I remove an album on my ipad?
3.) i have taken over 1,000 photos on ipad, now it won't sync stuff to the ipad because it said there is not enough space. I want to delete some past synced photos from the computer to create space, but I don't know how to find it on computer. It sycned a portion of a file onto the ipad which is useless to me so I want to delete it all & start fresh.
4.) I was thinking about copying some of those photos over so it would show up as new data maybe then it would sync to my ipad as a new & competed album. Or will this create more problem because it would only be creating more photos?
5.) By the way, I don't know how to use dropbox or anything like it, so I take photos of some files & web screen that I use regularly to always have access regardless of internet access. That is why I have so many photos. But I want to be able to separate & organized them by files, web screens, or topics. I also want to be able to delete & update as needed.
6.) If needed I am willing to delete 4 G of downloaded app to create space. Will this help the space issue? Also could I just leave the downloaded app to my computer only & only sync to to ipad as needed, since I don't need app as regularly. I NEED "photo" ALL of the TIME! 2, by removing it from you synced from and re-syncing. Only photos taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad (either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view)
3, the location of the photos that you synced to the iPad should be listed on the iPad's Photos tab when connected to your computer's iTunes.
4, you can copy the photos from your iPad to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 . You should also be able to delete them from the iPad as part of the transfer process to your computer, and it's then your choice whether to add them to your sync photo list so as to copy them back to the iPad. Copying them to your computer would allow you to organise them into folders and therefore be able to sync them back into separate albums.
5, I don't use Dropbox either. There are some third-party browser apps in the iTunes App Store that allow you to download pages so that you can view them when offline e.g. Atomic Web (the whole page is saved within Atomic Web, it doesn't place a photo into the Photos app)
6, deleting content should help. If you remove an app from your iPad then you also remove the content that it's got on the iPad - so if you then decide to reinstall it back onto the iPad then you will need to manually add back any content that you want in it. None of the Apple built-in apps (including Photos) can be removed from the iPad -

I had an album on my iPad that didn't have a delete option. I was able to finally remove everything by connecting the iPad to iTunes and going to the Photos tab. Select sync photos. It will ask you if you want to replace all photo on iPad with sync photos. Apply the setting and then un-sync photo again. It will then remove all photos on iPad starting with a clean slate.
Be sure to backup all your photos before doing this. Hope that helps. -

How can I delete photos from iPad but not iCloud?
Before setting up iCloud, my girlfriend downloaded photos from her camera to her iPad. We now have iCloud set up, but the photos on her iPad remain in the "Photos" album instead of Photo Stream. I would like to delete the photos from the iPad to free up storage space, and move them to the Macbook. I'm guessing that I would need to somehow move them to Photo Stream then delete the old album where they were stored on the iPad... Any ideas?
