Transform doesnt apply to install

Hello all,
Im trying to deploy Adobe Acrobat X Pro from out CS6 Master Collection download. This is the method ive used:
Downloaded AAMEE 3.1 and created a package with just Adobe X Pro in,
Downloaded Adobe X Customisation Wizard,
Opened the MSI in the Exceptions folder called AcroPro.msi
Added the relevant options, keys etc
Saved the transform,
Saved the package
Ran MSIEXEC /i "Path to AcroPro.msi" TRANSFORM="Path to AcroPro.mst" /quiet /L*v C:\AcroPro.log
The log file says transform found and loaded, cant see any errors with it?
Does anyone have any ideas?

With software update: clicking install, accepting agreement and we back to the install button.
With download version : the install button does nothing.
When i try to move itunes program out of my application map i get an error -60008.
I'm gonna reboot now and see if this solve the problem.

3- If ORACLE_HOME is 10.2.0.3.0, after installing NCOMP, 10.2.0.3.0, patchset has to be re-applied, what is the impact of this action on patches already applied

MDT/WDS 2012 - Applying the install.wim file concurrently with the multicast download

Hi Folks.
I have a working MDT 2012 setup on Server 2012. Multicasting is all good and my images are deploying smoothly.
Looking though the "What's New" for WDS 2012 it mentions that "You can apply the install.wim file while it is being downloaded"
Does anybody have any idea on how to get this working with MDT? I can't find any info about this new feature anywhere.
PS. Should add that my Windows PE is built from the Windows ADK via MDT and I'm pushing out Win 7.

I've just tried to install Xcelsius 2008 fp3.2 (I am currently on Xcelsius 2008 sp3). I did read the installation notes, and I wonder if the problem I had is related to the fact that I am not logged in as administrator (I'm on XP).
The package extracted and as the installer ran I got the message:
'Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform oaths are valid'.

Can be...
To resolve this error, copy all files from the disc to a local computer location (for example, the desktop). Install Crystal Xcelsius from the setup.exe file at that location.

Error applying transforms when trying to install Agent

Several Windows XP machines were experiencing problems that seemed to be associated with the ZENworks agent. I've tried to reinstall the agent using the Install Agent utility but I received the message:
"Workstation <computer name> Failed - Windows error 1624 (Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid.)"
I tried uninstalling the agent on the local computers and received almost the same message:
"Error applying transforms. Verify that the transform paths are valid."
We are in a Windows Server 2003 environment. ZENworks Desktop Management is running on a NetWare 6.5 server. I just setup Middle Tier Server on a Win 2003 box. It's only the Windows XP machines that are giving me trouble. Distributing the agents to Windows 2000 boxes worked fine.

Error applying transforms during PSE 11 install

I cannot install Photoshop Elements 11. First attempt resulted in error 1336. There was an error creating a temporary file that is needed to complete this installation. After reading online help, I ran MSConfig as instructed, Selected Selective startup; hid Microsoft services and disabled everything else.
Upon rebooting, my computer would not work. From the Windows 7 DVD I ran the system repair tool. This ran CheckDisk evidently. After completing the computer now works properly.
But when I try to install Photoshop this error appears: Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid.
After searching the web it appears that the issue is in the registry. I've cleaned the registry with CCleaner.
How can this be resolved?

How are transforms in the transform panel applied?

I am trying to understand when/how the transforms made in the transform panel are applied to display objects so that I can manipulate them using action script. To be clear, I understand that I can use the display object properties such as rotation to transform a display object, and I understand that I can also use a matrix transformation. Unfortunatley, this doesn't always seem to have the same behavior when nesting as direct transformations using the panel. So I would like to find a way to manipulate whatever properties the transform panel is changing.
Maybe this isn't clear, so here's an example.
On a new stage, I place a rectangle and use the transform panel to rotate it 39 degrees. Then I assign this shape to a variable and use the debug panel to inspect the member properties of the shape. As far as I can tell, this rotation value is not contained within any of the transformation parameters. Is it pre-applied?
If I use the "export as XML" option, the rotation value is listed in the "Source" tag, as below:

if you're mixing actionscript with something drawn in the ide, you must be converting your drawing into an object (in order to reference it with actionscipt).   whatever you convert to an object will assume mostly default properties (no matter what you see on-stage). the x and y properties are an exception.

2008 Report server without IIS ? Server instance I inherited doesnt have IIS installed?

I was looking at ways to format the report folder on the server I recently started using and went looking for the IIS manager, but it doesnt seem to be installed? I thought IIS was a requirement for the SSRS report server?
Maybe this has something to do with it?

You are correct. IIS was dropped in 2008. They integrate a part of IIS, the http.sys, with it. To manage different aspects you'll have to have the appropriate permissions and use Report Manager, i.e. http(s)://url/reports.

Transformer effects applied to faders data - help!

Hello,
Playing around with the environment, i have been trying to apply midi effects, such as the random functions on the transformer effect, to fader controls such as the FM1's lfo rate. Something must be eluding me however, as so far my efforts have yet to yield any results.
Does anyone know how to achieve what i am after, that is, if it is even possible?

Safari doesnt recognize all installed plugins

my safari 2.0.3 doesnt recognize the pdf browser plugin and Sony's imagestation plugin, eventhough ive tried them installing many times. The last plugin that was installed correctly was the divx plugin. Somebody please help me out. I have checked the preferences and plugins are enabled.

Are you using Rosetta to run Safari? If not, PDF browser plug-in will not run, as it is not a Universal app.
Best to check the Universal status of those plug-ins you are having problems with. If they are not Universal, they'll only be functional if you are running Safari in Rosetta.

Laptop doesnt boot after installing a new hard drive

HP G60-630us laptop ...replaced hard drive ...installed 3 startup discs.. after you remove the last disc, when you hit continue it is supposed to boot up ...it reads no bootable device ......if you put the first disc in to boot up, you end up back where you started.....i changed the boot order & put hard drive first ...still doesnt boot up

Hi,
The image you download should just appear as 1 file. You should then use the 'Burn a disc image' option in Power2Go to write this correctly to a disc.

IDVD 5 doesnt work after installing Leopard

Hi,
Our company bought the Leopard OS, and after installing it, the themes are no longer available for iDVD (haven't tried the rest). I re-installed iLife '05. It didn't fix the problem. I tried it on Powerbooks, same thing.
The upgrade to iDVD6 doesn't work either. It says no available version in the Applications folder.
Now, I've seen that people say, you can't upgrade you have to buy iLife '08 to upgrade. Fair enough, but the point here is that I have iLife '05 and it didnt work. Basically, Leopard has ruined a big part of my job. Whether it's a bug or something, MAC needs to give us a solution immediately!! We are not purchasing iLife '08, and on the other hand the iDVD upgrades cannot be applied...
Any solution is appreciated...

not exactly on thread, but related question.
I am about to try, for the first time, iDVD to burn my iPhotos for tv viewing.
I am presently using iLife 6, and have iLife8 that will not be opened until Christmas (in deference to my 97 yo Mom who has given it to me as a Christmas present ;-))
after reading the above issues: question is: should I just WAIT until I install iLife8 to burn the dvds or will there be no problem with the 06 to 08 tiger vs ultimate (but not til the bugs are out ) leopard transition. I don't want to do this only to find that when I switch to Leopard that the dvds are not compatable. same goes for 06 to o8 versions
