Transformer throws exception

Question

Hi I am working with Transformer to transform a xml file using a xsl.
I get the following exception :-

And following is my xml, test1.xml:-

The xml and xsl both are well formed.

Actually the stylesheet element of the xsl requires a attribute called version as shown below:-
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl = "http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" version = "1.0" >
