Translation of Qualifications from Finnish to English

Hi,
Can any one tell how to translate the Qualifications from Finnish to English.
Tcode-PPQD. i checked in Goto menu but i didnot find the Translation button in Goto menu.
how can i proceed to translate the qualifications ( i have qualificatin object id and description in finnish)

You want to display 1 or 2 language in SAP system?
If 2 language, you may login to SAP system by different language.
If is only 1 language. then you can translate the Finnish to English at outside SAP system.

9210 change language from finnish to english

I just got a Nokia 9210 from finland, and I would like to change the language from finnish to english. the phone is not under warranty anymore. The keyboard is the same (qwerty) so it should be possible, but I do not know how to do it. Help please!!!

Hi, I had a look at google as well, and some people are saying that it can be changed only on the country of origin (finland). Is this right?

I have downloaded an Ibook that turned out to be written in Russian. I need to find out a way to translate it. Is this even possible?

Unless you want to feed the text yourself into something like Google Translate, you need to find an English version of your book. If not in the iBookstore, try Kindle, Nook, Kobo, Google, or Sony. They all have free ereaders for OS X I think.

How to translate screen language from german to english

Hello,
I have done some changes in screen of standard program and made one field mandatory by using layout editor.
While editing the screen, option is asked about
Maintain in original language or logon language, so I have selected logon
language EN. Now problem is that on that screen some fields are coming in english and some in german.
Also if I am checking other screens of same main program, most of the screen fields have been changed to german eventhough I have done changes on one screen.
Please provide your answers on urgent basis, that will be of great help to me.

Hi Pradnya,
If you want to convert in your program then use the following class
cl_abap_conv_obj. Method Convert should be used. Use the following FM to get the codepage number for any langauge.
SCP_CODEPAGE_FOR_LANGUAGE.
Then pass in and out code pages.
Another Solution:
code does not need to be translated.
Data elment descriptions, documentation, text elements, etc. can be translated in the transaction se63.
Also you can translate almost each single object in the editor in the menue goto-translation.

How do I change the language in Photoshop CC 2014 from Finnish to English?

I first downloaded both Lightroom and Photoshop as free trial versions and later licensed them both. Unfortunately only Lightroom is in English but Photoshop is not, it's in Finnish. I want both in English. In my Mac I get Finnish as the only language option in preferences (or whatever that is in English ... I don't know because I have a Finnish version, haven't I). How do I go about changing the language?

Translate table field from German to English? Info on SCI generated table?

I need to translate the desc field of SLIN_DESC table. I am using 'select' statement to pull 'DESC' field. The data is stored in German. How do i translate it to English before i display the data? Or is there any other table which contains the description when SCI generates error/warning report. Basically i need to display error/warning description generated by SCI when it is executed. Any help will be appreciated.

This table appears to be a special one. When I call SE16 (logon language = EN) I see the German code descriptions like you did.
If you look at package SLIN you will find class CL_SLIN_TEST_INFO which has a static method DESC_GET_DESCRIPTION. When I call this method for code='0000' I get the English text (Program contains syntax errors).

Hi Nahman,
I think you need to have values for german in your table to get the greman content.
But you can have an option to change repository text for a table using transaction code SE63.
For this Click on Translation->Repository texts.
It will display list of reposotiy text that you can do translation.

Forms(9i) from Arabic to English usin Translation Hub

Hai everybody,
I need urgent help in translating form modules(9i) from arabic to english.
System(Win2k) Language settings have been set to english and arabic.
NLS has been set to
ARABIC_UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.AR8MSWIN1256
for oracle DS and Oracle DB.
With the above configaration I tranlated english version module into arabic sucessfully using Translation Hub.
But reverse is not working.
I created a form in arabic.
I change NLS to AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1
and translated the form to English and build it.
Build is successful but convertion did not take place.
Can anybody help me how to achive this.
Does Translation hub support the translation from other language to English?

Thanx for reply.
I started with Arabic as base project.
Then translated the form into english choosing englishing as translation tanguage.
And then build the project with menu command Build translated file.
It generated the new fmb file successfully.
Now I set NLS_LANG to english and compliled it and run.
It is showing still in arbic.
Since it can not recognise arabic character set when I set NLS_LANG to englihs it showed question marks instead of arbic labels.
When I tried to run the form without changing NLS_LANG to english it is showing lables in arabic only.
But reverse is(english to arabic ) is working successfully.
I tried all possibple combinations.
If any other configaration setting need to be changed pls guide me.

I live in Mexico. On my old computer it was set up so aIl webpages were automatically translated from Spanish to english for me. I can not recall how I set this up. Ideas?

The large extension that I indicated looks like overkill has an automatic translation option if I read the description properly.
I really only need to translate an occasional page and use the translate bookmarklet ("TR:").
See if you see an extension that looks recognizable for what you had before.

Hi Ramesh,
To change the original language of an ABAP you need to copy it from the original into one development class - perhaps local - and then change the development class. When you go into edit the ABAP, you have the option of changing the original language. However, I can't find anything similar for the program documentation! As a workaround, you can use SE63 to modify the translation of the documentation for your copy.
