Transport error of request Standard Infocube to HANA Optimised Infocube migration

Hi ,
Migration of  Standard info cube to Hana optimized info cube done successfully in Dev System,but while transporting that request in PRD system
error was coming and error log as follows-

Hi Herman,
Thanks for reply.Is there any SAP note or document for this steps?
My scenario system Landscape like BW DEV-BW PRD.
Our both  BW System were on Oracle DB. We have migrated oracle DB to HANA DB .
PRD system infocube have 7 year of data and infocube is Standard Infocube.So we want to migrate all standard infocube to HANA optimized .

  • Error in request transport of a newly created data source

    Hello,
    I'm implementing a BI 7.0 project for three factories of a company in a single BI system. I have to separate their CO-PA data sources, so I created a new DS in tcode 'keb0' with the same fields of the standart CO-PA DS named 1_CO_PA100UAKK, and got a request in  test R/3 source system.
    During the transport of this request to the second test source system,which is closed to implementation, I got an error message, saying that 'Table ZOXARD0003 could not be activated, (E- Nametab for table ZOXARD0003 cannot be generated ) and Ended with return code:  ===> 8 <==='.
    ZOXARD0003 is the table of the new DS I created.
    But, as a conflict, I can see the new DS in the second source system, in its 'rsa6' and see ZOXARD0003 table in tcode 'se11' of the second source system. How could this happen?
    Could you help me about this? What does this message mean? Should I do somethingelse after creating DS in 'keb0' ?
    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Deepak,
    Thanks for reply.
    I checked the table and got warnings about enhancement, but not any error.
    And yes, I did a quick extractor check in test system and it has no records as you had assumed.
    What sould I do? Could you explain step by step, please? I am new in BW.
    Thank you very much.

  • Previous version comparison to avoid transport error

    Friends,
    Sometimes multiple developers need to work on a same object at a time. for example, users exits in PO, RFQ & Contract.
    In such cases before moving a request to production, we have to check carefully whether previous version already moved to production to avoid transport error.
    I'm developing a program with basic idea to check whether the previous version of all the objects assigned in a given request exists in production.
    Please let me know if you have some idea about it already.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Sudhahar R.

    If you are in ECC then you can check the possibility of encapsulating the customised functionality within Enhancement Spots by creating an Enh Implementation.This way neither there is a need to get the access key for changing the standard objects for user exits nor this will be affected during the upgrade and also different teams can work on the same object at a time without having any  issues.
    If you are in prior version to ECC then the only way is to have all the developers working on different user exits of the same transaction have an understanding about the TRs and their version.Each and every respective developer should compare the dev version with the production version everytime he is moving the TR from dev to QA and then to production.This way he can ensure that the TR has only got his current and valid changes and no other changes.
    Thanks,
    K.Kiran.

  • Transport Error from BI DEV to BI QUAL in Method Exec

    Hi: Hope you’re all having a wonderful day. I am dealing with a brand new installation of BI7 and ECC 6 (on the R/3 side). Recently I activated some extract structures on the R/3 DEV and had them transported on to the Quality box and everything went well. I then had my Multiprovider/Infocubes/Datasourses on the BI dev transported to BI Quality and everything but some objects did not make it thru. I got an error 8. I looked into the error log and it everything but the 'Method Exec' had succesfully transported. The following is a brief excerpt from that;
    Cross-system information for user USER123

    Hi Bobby,
    You need not to activate the Objects in Q system exculsively. Once your transport request is succesfull from D to Q,  the Objects will be ready for data loads. Even same with Transfer, Update Rules (3.5) , Transformations, and Infopackages..and routines..etc. Just re-check the missing object in the transport error log and check whether it has been in another request.
    Please get back if you have any questions.

  • Infoset transport error

    Hi All,
    I changed an infoset which is based on a cube and an infoobject an tranported to production. I am getting below error while transport:
    Standard InfoCube XXX0010 no longer has the field CALCYC
    Standard InfoCube XXX0010  no longer has the field 0SOLDTO
    Standard InfoCube XXX0010 no longer has the field 0CUSTOMER__0INDUSTRY
    Standard InfoCube XXX0010  no longer has the field 0USTOMER__B2B
    Standard InfoCube XXX0010  no longer has the field 0CUSTOMER__CUSPOT
    Standard InfoCube XXX0010  no longer has the field 0CUSTOMER__EANCST
    Standard InfoCube XXX0010 no longer has the field 0CUSTOMER__IDTRNS
    In standard InfoCube XXX0010 field CALCYC no longer has dimension XXX00106
    In standard InfoCube XXX0010 field 0SOLDTO no longer has dimension XXX00102
    The problem here is the underlying cube XXX0010 is changed as a part of some development going on in the system and above fields are newly added which are not yet available in production. We cannot transport the underlying cube to production as the development is in process.
    Also we dont require the above fields in our infoset (I have not checked the above fields in infoset). Is there any way to transport the infoset without capturing the above fields. Currently the infoset is in modified version in production.
    Please let me know if there is any solution to this.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Jharna Patel.

    Hi,
    It is not possible to transport the Infoset correctly if underlying cube is not transported before..
    Other alternative, You need make the cube in development same as production... then activate cube and Infoset and transport the Infoset to production... later you can redo changes on the cube

  • ERROR WHILE UPDATING TO INFOCUBE

    Hi All,
    I am using a flat file to load data from datasource into infocubes.The data reaches PSA tables with no errors but after the execution of DTP , the monitors shows up Error Updating to infocube, intitally I thought there could be some problem in the data format of certain fields in the flat file but everything looks to be correct, there are no errors in the transformation rules.
    Here's the ST22 analysis :
    what happened?
    The current application program detected a situation which really
    should not occur. Therefore, a termination with a short dump was
    triggered on purpose by the key word MESSAGE (type X).
    Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_RSAWBN_NAV_TRACE===========CP" -
      in "DUMP".
    The main program was "RSAWBN_START ".
    In the source code you have the termination point in line 42
    of the (Include) program "CL_RSAWBN_NAV_TRACE===========CM004".
    I have been deleting requests from the infocube , datasources and deleting entries from PSA but always endup getting the "Error while updating to Infocube"
    Have to figure out the solution as the planning team is waiting for me to copy the actual data to the plan cube
    Thanks

    Hi,
    You should have the following format in the flatfile :
    Considering today's date(18 Apr 2008) for example:
    0CALDAY            20080418
    0CALMONTH       200804
    0FISCPER           0042008
    0FISCPER3         0042008 (I think this can have additional periods as well, not sure though)
    0FISCVARNT       No idea about this.
    Reward with points if helpful.

  • No transport error while consuming WCF service in a REST way

    Hi,
    Here is a small article on when we usually face No Transport error and how to get rid of it.
    I recently worked on a sample application using “app for Office” (New in Visual Studio 11.0)
    What is “app for Office”?
    An app for Office is basically a webpage that is hosted inside an Office client application. You can use apps to extend the functionality of a document, email message, meeting request, or appointment. Apps
    can run in multiple environments and clients, including rich Office desktop clients, Office Web Apps, mobile browsers, and also on-premises and in the cloud.
    What can an app for Office do?
    An app for Office can do pretty much anything a webpage can do inside the browser, such as the following:
    Provide an interactive UI and custom logic through      JavaScript. (Develop UI using HTML and JavaScript)
    Use JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.
    Connect to REST endpoints and web services via      HTTP and AJAX.
    Run server-side code or logic, if the page is      implemented using a server-side scripting language such as ASP or PHP.
    As “app for Office” doesn’t have an option to write server side scripting (unlike code behind or in-line coding feature in ASP.NET/MVC) we will have to go for web service or WCF service and consume the service
    using any JavaScript framework like Jquery.
    I wrote a simple WCF service to hook up with server side code and consumed the service using Jquery as follows
    $(document).ready(function () {
    $.ajax({
    type: "GET",
    url: "http://localhost/MyService.svc/rh/data?id=" + $('#sampleType').val(),
    processData: false,
    contentType: "application/json; charset=utf-8",
    dataType: "json",
    crossDomain: true,
    success: function (data) {
    alert(data)
    error: function (xhr, status, error) {
    alert(error);
    I encountered an error saying “No Transport” when I executed the client application.
     I did some investigation on this and found out the root cause that cross-domain request was disabled. But I was really not sure whether it was at my WCF service end or “app for Office” client end. I added
    Client Access policy and Cross-domain-policy xml files to WCF service in order to enable cross-domain request
    so that service will accept any type requests sent form different domains.
    Client Access policy
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
    <access-policy>
    <cross-domain-access>
    <policy>
    <allow-from http-request-headers="*">
    <domain uri="*"/>
    </allow-from>
    <grant-to>
    <resource include-subpaths="true" path="/"/>
    </grant-to>
    </policy>
    </cross-domain-access>
    </access-policy>
    Cross-domain-policy
    <?xml version="1.0"?>
    <!DOCTYPE cross-domain-policy SYSTEM "http://www.macromedia.com/xml/dtds/cross-domain-policy.dtd">
    <cross-domain-policy>
    <allow-http-request-headers-from domain="*" headers="*"/>
    </cross-domain-policy>
    Both the policies should be in different XML files
    But this didn’t solve my problem. After a little bit more investigation I found exactly where and how to enable-cross domain requests.
    Solution
    We need to enable cross-domain requests in environments that do not support cross-domain requests.
    “Cors is equal to true if a browser can create an XMLHttpRequest object and if thatXMLHttpRequest
    object has a withCredentials property. To enable cross-domain requests in environments that do not support cors yet but do allow cross-domain XHRrequests (windows gadget, etc), set $.support.cors = true;”
    You just have to add jQuery.support.cors = true; in your client scripting and it works perfectly fine.
    [Cors- Cross-Origin Resource Sharing]
    A simple example:
    $.support.cors = true;
    $(document).ready(function () {
    $.ajax({
    type: "GET",
    url: "http://localhost/MyService.svc/rh/data?id=" + $('#sampleType').val(),
    processData: false,
    contentType: "application/json; charset=utf-8",
    dataType: "json",
    crossDomain: true,
    success: function (data) {
    alert(data)
    error: function (xhr, status, error) {
    alert(error);
    Hope this will be helpful.
    Thanks

    This is very good technich to resolve the problem. but this is not working in Google chrome or Firfox . can any one help me.

  • 401 Unauthorized:HTTP transport error while calling external WSDL from BPEL

    Hi,
    I have simple BPEL process whic calls siebel WSDL file through partner link.
    I have successfully compiled and deployed BPEL process, when i initiate the Process, instace got errored out at invoke activity.
    Error Goes like this
    "<remoteFault xmlns="http://schemas.oracle.com/bpel/extension"><part name="summary"><summary>
    exception on JaxRpc invoke: HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException:
    java.security.PrivilegedActionException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Bad response: 401 Unauthorized</summary>
    </part></remoteFault>"
    Can anybody help on this issue, Could you please give me possible solution.
    Thank youl.

    we have not provided any authentication credentials to XMLSpy, we have just uploaded siebel WSDL file then sent the SOAP request with some customer Id then we have received proper response with all desired customer data.
    In the same way we tried to call same siebel WSDL file from BPEL process throgh partner link. errored instance has created with 401 unauthorised HTTP transport error..
    Do you think is this probem at siebel application side?
    We have deployed our BPEL process to SOA server which is having HTTP port 7777.
    as per my investigation,i found that we have to open port from siebel side (which WSDL file we are calling) which matches with above HTTP port number.
    Do you have any idea on this above clue? Please let us know more details on this.

  • Transport Error from Dev to QA.

    Hi All,
    We r facing transport error while transporting req from Dev to QA,
    Created queries in dev and try to trasport in QA.
    Error:

    Ended with return code:  ===> 8 <==
    what could be the reason?
    Regards,
    SD

    Hi.
    I have collected all neccessary object which query contains, but after releasing the request it shows the message,
    The request contains message that have already been edited & transported to other projects. To avoid overshooter problem when importing you need to create dependency information for the request with which object were last transported. The requiered information is listed here together with the existing information.
    Should i go ahed with above message???? Is there any dependency?

  • Transport Error RC 12

    Hi all,
    I have request collected of 5 Queries which I can able to Transport form DEV to QA without any issues (RC = 0), But the same request getting error while transporting form QA to PRD.
    Error saying  Ended with return code:  ===> 12 <===
    Can anyone please let me know  their experience of the same.
    Regards,
    Ali.

    Him
    It means there is some problem and TR is terminated.
    See teh meanings of RCs:
    0: Transport successful.
    4: Warnings occurred.
    All the objects were transported successfully. Peculiarities occurred for certain objects. These might not have been intentional.
    Example:
    A warning is given during a transport if the request contains an object deletion.
    6: Post-processing required
    The transport request contains documentation objects that were not saved in an active form, and therefore could not be transported. To transport these objects, you need to include them in a new request and save them in active form.
    8: Transport carried out with errors.
    Individual objects could not be transported successfully.
    Examples:
    - The original object was not overwritten
    - A repaired object was not overwritten
    12 and greater: The transport was terminated
    A serious error occurred which normally is not caused by the contents of the request.
    13: The transport tool was terminated by the operating system with a signal.
    14: The transport tool terminated for an unknown reason. See Note 43552.
    16: The transport tool terminated due to an internal error.
    Thanks
