Transport Request Not getting created automatically

Dear Sir,
We are facing a problem related to , Transport Request not getting created automatically during the SPRO change activities . We have to manually create the Transport Request and then changes need to be included in the request individually on the manual basis .
However earlier , we had no such problem and Transport Request were getting created perfactly .
We request you to kindly help us on this issue pl .

Hi Sonia,
This is purely because of the client settings. Your client settings are in such a way that the cghanges are not getting captured. As mentioned by Naveed, check to see the client settings and change the settings if needed.
FYI: The SandBox clients will have the client settings as in ur system now.

Internal Order for AUC Asset not getting created Automatically

As per SAP Standard , when I create an AUC Internal Order (KO01), and save , AUC asset is gets created automatically ted via AS01 and stores the AUC Asset in Internal Order settlement rule.
However when tried with the client Im not able to create, AUC is not getting automatically created and stored in Int Order Settlement rule.
In config I have added investment profile to Ord Type and in OAOA ( AUC Asset class setting , Investment profile is also checked)
Kindly let me have your inputs to fix the issue

Hi,
In order to create AUC asset automatically by the system, you need to create an investment profile in OITA.
Then assign this investment profile in the Internal order master data created through KO01 in the Investments tab.
There is no option of assigning the Investment profile in the Order type.
And in OAOA that is Asset class, select the radio button investment measure.
You can default the Asset class of AUC in the investment profile or leave it blank so that same can be filled when system prompts for AUC creation.
You cant see the AUC asset in the settlement rule once Investment order is created, but only after settlement of the balances to the AUC u can see.

Transfer order not getting created automatically for a backflushed FERT

Hi,
I am having a strange problem. in my business process the WM system is set in such a way that the when a production order is confirmed automatic goods receipt for the FERT is done. which will automatically create a transfer requirement and convert the TR in to TO automatically and TO will be confirmed automatically.
the issue its not happening so.
when I confirm a production order its creating a TR instead of creating TR --> TO --> TO confirmation.
I tried doing manual goods receipt for the production ordeer and the process worked perfectly.
this process is not working for only one plant. and in another plant when i confirm a production order its creating a TR automatically and then tr is getting converted in to TO automatically and TO is getting confirmed automatically.
I checked all configuration and its all same for both plants.

TO not getting created Automatically for mvt 311

Hi,
I am facing issue while doing Stock transfer between 2 Sloc. TO is not automatically getting created once i do stock transfer in MB1B for mvt 311.
I checked Tcode OMKX,OMKY,OMKZ, in all of them "A" is maintained in Automatic TO field.
Kindly let me know if i have missed any configuration.
I want to create TO automatically once i do Stock transfer in MB1B.
Please help.

Hello Utsav,
For WH managed sloc to non WH sloc transfer, use WM movement type 311
For Non WH managed sloc to WH managed sloc transfer, use WM movement type 312
Try following setting. I believe you have following two cases,
Case I
If you are moving the stock from warehouse managed sloc to non warehouse managed sloc do following
(1)     OLML->INTERFACE-> LE-WM MTYPE.
Add following setting
Warehouse number, reference movement type 311, WM movement type 311, auto TR flag = X, immediate TO = A
(2)     OLML->Activity--> Transfer -
>Define movement type
For WM movement type 311 setting ,
--Destination cat = 921,
--Set background processing Automatic TO indicator = A
(3) Do MB1B- movement type 311 --- and enter receiving sloc as warehouse managed sloc and issuing storage location as non warehouse managed sloc.
With these setting system will create automatic TO from TR. You can then confirm the TO manually.
Case II'
If you have a situation of moving the stock from non-warehouse managed sloc to warehouse managed sloc then proceed as below.
(1) OLML----> Activity -
>Transfer
For WM movement type 312, ((if WM movement type 312 is not present then coped from 311)
Source cat.= 321
(ii) auto TR flag = X, immediate TO = A
(2) OLML ->Interface->Movement type --->LE-WM MTYPE
Add following setting
Warehouse number, reference movement type as 312, WM movement type as 312, Auto TR flag = X, Immediate TO flag = A
(3)     Now do MB1B with 312 movement type
Add receiving sloc as warehouse managed sloc and issuing sloc as non warehouse managed sloc
With these setting system will create automatic TO from TR. You can then confirm the TO manually.

Transport request not getting released by se10

Dear all,
I am trying to release transport request of development server via. transaction se10.Now my problem is that the child(DEVELOPMENT/CORRECTION) is getting released while the parent request is not getting released.
I checked everything and its showing 'test call of transport control program ended with return code 0208.' I even checked overview of system,overview of connection type,over view of transport protocol and they are fine.my only doubt is after going to se10 when I click transport proposals its showing "WORK FLOW NOT ACTIVE' .
Is my problem is because of this. Please help its very urgent as due to this I am not even able to transport any request on production server.

Transport request not getting released

I am unable to release a transport request.
While releasing a transport request, it shows the following log in SE10. The export is not taking place.

Hi!
Child transport = (transport) task, parent transport = (transport) request.
Releasing the task (child) does not trigger any checks, the locks are just copied from the task to the request (parent).
Only when releasing a request checks are triggered (can be done beforehand via menu in SE09). Also this steps (would) copy the source into files, which are later imported in the target systems.
You have problems in one package (DEVC) and three reports, obviously because of Japanese characters. The possibility to print Japanese seems not to include to name objects in Japanese...
Your objects are ZA11 and 1021-1022 - here no Japanese is include, so it has to be something on lower levels.
Check the code and try English naming.

ATP Tree Structure is not getting created automatically after Sales Order is saved

In one one of our scenario, when we add material to Sales Order and save with Requirement Type(under Procurrement Tab of Sales Order) , in APO there is no planned order or only planned order which is dynamically pegged created because the ATP Tree in APO is not being converted. There is no pegging relevant item create(e.g. Planned Order). When we are checking the persistent ATP Trees in APO (/SAPAPO/ATREE_DSP - ATP-Trees) we can see that they are not converted automatically. They are still there. If we do it manually via transaction (/SAPAPO/RRP_ATP2PPDS - Conversion ATP Tree Structures -> Production Planning) it works. Afterwards the Planned Order is available and fixed pegged.
Why is APO not converting the ATP tree automatically ?
I also checked the scheduling horizon for conversion of the ATP Tree and it is correct: Is there any relation with Check Mode setting under ATP tab in Material Master?

This enables you to debug the ATP tree . If you have created an entry here with your user name then it will not let ATP tree get converted into PP/DS orders automatically .
It's very surprising because all seems fine . Just cross check all the settings once with below .
The conversion time depends on the following horizons and dates:
· PP/DS Horizon
· Scheduling horizon for the conversion of ATP tree structures
· Requirements dates in the ATP tree structure
PP/DS immediately converts the ATP tree structure when the sales order is saved
· If the earliest requirements date for components is within the scheduling horizon or
· If the latest requirements date for finished products is within the PP/DS horizon
If none of these conditions are fulfilled when saving the sales order, the system saves the ATP tree structure in SAP APO. In this case you can only convert the ATP tree structure online or in the background when one of the conditions given above is fulfilled. Here, there is an offset for the horizons with which you can achieve an earlier conversion.
You maintain the scheduling horizon for the conversion of ATP tree structures in Customizing for Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling under Maintain Global Parameters and Defaults. You maintain a location product specific PP/DS horizon in the location product master. If no location product specific PP/DS horizon exists, the system uses the PP/DS horizon from the planning version. You maintain these in Model and Planning Version Management.

Shipment Request not getting created in SAP TM

Hi Experts,
I am trying to send an idoc from ECC 6.0 to SAP TM for creating a Shipment request in TM. The XML message is received into SAP TM but it is ending up in error with the following error details. Looks like some missing master data to me but, I am not sure how to figure out the exact cause of error?

We also had many errors and spent lot of time with SAP XI consultant.
Did you check the detailed error ?
For example, in our situation we had errors in detailed log as below:
In the same transaction i.e. SXI_MONITOR, once we are inside, I select the XML message with error status and click the "Error Information " button top.

ChaRM transport not getting created

Hi Experts,
I am in SP20 EHP1. I am configuring ChRm flow. I have made the copy of SDHF to ZSHF. I have completed all the configurations. I have made the copy of all the actions & statuses.
I am having two actions in ZSHF while creating the transport requests as below.
Option 1: Click the standard action "Set in Development". (copy of standard action). At that time the transport is getting created successfully.
Option 2: Click the action "Create New Transport request" (Copy of standard action). At that time the transport is NOT getting created. Why i couldn't able create the transport using this copied action? In the transaction data tab ---> Actions tab, the details says that action "Processing HF_EXECUTE_ACTION Is Started" & @5C\QError@ Action could not be successfully executed

But if i use the standard transaction type SDHF, at that time using both standard actions, i could able to create transports.

Please check for the configurational table for which you are facing problem, its delivery class should be "C" under delivery & maintenance.
You can get it checked by your ABAP team.

Required attribute not getting created

Ok, here is a wierd one.
I have some custom ID management code (an SSO plug-in cert mapper and a WAR file I deploy to OC4J_SECURITY). The application provides a registration process that creates user entries and RADs for Oracle Forms app users. Everything works fine, except that I have found that my RAD creation does not get the orclresourceviewers attribute created automatically.
This has worked in my IM development farm. The attribute would be created automatically. It was difficult to figure out this was the reason my Forms App Server would fail with the following exception.
oracle.ldap.util.AccessDeniedException: General Error when performing search: getExtendedProperties [LDAP: error code 50 - Insufficient Access Rights]
I have gone through the motions of now preparing to query the OID Forms ID so that I can fill in this attribute in my RAD creation class. I still would like to know why this attribute is not getting created for me anymore.
Any ideas?
Oh and BTW, it did not help that orclresourceviewers is not documented anywhere I could find (not OID Admin and not Forms Deployment Guide)

Yes, my application entities that I set up to manage a specific realm are used to create all RADs in a particular realm. As part of the setup for this I add these application entitites to the following three realms:
cn=OracleDASAdminGroup,cn=Groups,cn=OracleContext,dc=<realm_name>,dc=<abc>,dc=<com>
cn=RealmAdministrators,cn=Groups,cn=OracleContext,dc=<realm_name>,dc=<abc>,dc=<com>
cn=UserProxyPrivilege,cn=Groups,cn=OracleContext,dc=<realm_name>,dc=<abc>,dc=<com>
I add to these so that the app entity could create, modify, delete and proxy to any realm user. I had to create an ACI to allow my entities to search and see the Forms Server application entity entry in order to populate orclresourceviewers.
I just wish I new why orclresourceviewers does not get created automatically. Of course, if I create the RAD in DAS or using the Oracle DynamicResourceCreate option, it is added. It has added it in my own RAD creation code at one point and it stopped for some reason.
I had to add an LDAP search to my RAD creation code with the possibility of multiple Forms Server entries (Logical Application Group) just in case. Much ado for something that maybe should not have been necessary.

Automatic TO not getting create

Hi,
I have created 3 slaes orders and clubbed and did 1 delivery. as soon as i saved the delivery it should create the Transfer Order also.
But here it is not getting create.
If i create one sales order and one delivery then TO is getting create.
All setting are correct.
Any one faced similar kind of issue.... please give me ur suggestion ASAP.

In order to know the reason or error which failed the background TO creation, the only way is by setting up the mail
control according to Note 87194. With this setup, whenever there is any error or problem during background TO creation, an express mail will be sent to the recipent inbox specified. From there it is possible to know the reason of failure.

Workitem not getting created

Hi,
I have build a workflow based on "QMSM" at event "COMPLETED". I have done the event linkage correctly and transported the customizing request in the client I want to test it in.
The workflow has been activated without error. Itu2019s working when I test it from development environment, that is, from workflow builder.
When I create a notification and complete the task, the event "COMPLETED" is getting triggered of "QMSM" object. In the event trace I could find out the green indicator against the event which means the workflow was recognized by event manager.
But there is no workitem getting created. Could you please help me finding out the problem behind it?

The problem is workflow is not getting triggered.
I had triggered the WF manually by executing the FM SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF (from se 37 directly) which resulted in work item (WF instance) created. The WF error issue (Exception on ZFM) has been removed.
The process that i follow:
(1) I create a notification and add a task & complete the task. <--- This does not trigger WF (and this my problem)
(2) Event trace gives the things in GREEN. I double click the event trace record.
(3) I get the necessary parameters from event trace corresponding to the event (COMPLETED) of object type QMSM and execute the FM SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT_IBF. This result in creation of a work item (triggering of work flow), In other word - A instance of WF is created that we can call the work item.
My problem is -> even after correct event linkage, why is workflow not getting triggered?
Could you please point out what would be going wrong?

When Iu2019m running the heurisitic plan distribution demand is not getting created. Iu2019m working on SCM 5.1
I have a transportation lane which are automatically created using the Purchase inforecords. Iu2019m not
facing any issues tranfering this purchase info records (PIR). Iu2019m able to see this as transportation lanes
in APO. When I run the heuristic plan run purchase requsition are getting created but distribution
demand is not getting created. I have tested the same scenario by manually creating transportation
lanes. The manually created transportation lanes are generating distribution demand but purchase info
record transportaton lanes are not generating the distribution demand. What may the cause? I would really appreciate for
your input in advance.

AUC Asset not getting created when Internal Order is created

Dear Experts,
While Creating the internal order ( Object Class - Investment Measure)
AuC (Asset Under Construction) not getting created automaticall . Note Investment profile is already there in the order.
Following steps below are configured -
1. Define the AuC Asset Class (with investment measure) - OAOA
2. Define the Asset Class u2013 for Main Asset - OAOA
3. Define Investment Profile - OITA
a. Assign the AuC Asset Class (Step-1) in the investment profile
4. Assign Investment Profile to Model Order - OITA
5. Define Order Type (Investment) - KOT2
a. Settlement Profile - OKO7
b. Maintain Allocation Structures - OKO6

What is the setting needed to create AUC Automatically when an Internal order is created ?
I have done all the setting, but still when I save Internal order neither AUC asset is getting created.
So I went to extras selected create AUC and it went to AS01, but when I came back (F3) from AS01 to Internal Order and save , Auc Asset is not getting captured in the settlement rule. I even tried to give manually the AUC Asset in the settlement rule, for which sys is not allowing in the settlement rule.
Any thoughts are highly appreciated

Accounting doucment not get created for Credit Memo

Hi
When creating a cancellation doucment(vf11) for credit memo accounting document not get created.While I go for analysis then it is determining the G/L account.But not getting created the accounting doucment.
When i select "Release to accounting" then it is giving a message like this:
"Automatic clearing of billing document 951
and canc. doc. 90000572 not poss." as informatiion first
and then later it is throwing an error message that "maintain correct number range"
While for the same material or earlier cancellation happened and accounting doucment get created.
Please help me out;How would i get this solved?
