Transport via CMS (Java stack) no longer available after upgrade to sp 14

Hello
Recently we have upgraded our SAP-XI  (SAP NetWeaver 2004s) up to service pack 14.
Since then the CMS is no longer available on the Java stack. Exporting objects is only possible using the File System.
When we try to release change lists for CMS transport we get the following errors:

The upgrade of our SAP-XI was done by an external company. Therefore I cannot tell you the detailed procedure.
However, you should search the Service Marketplace for patches of support package 0014 (there should be at least one patch around).
If I remember correctly patching was required on both ABAP and Java stack.

    Hi Sidharth,
    Since you are able to login to ABAP, the DB must be up, but to double check run "r3trans -d" at command prompt and verify the connectivity.
    Secondly, you need to check whether java server processes are running... using JCMON.
    If they are running, then try a stop SAP, reboot and start SAP; so that dangling shared memory will be free for use after reboot.
    If not, then you may check why the java instace in failing to start, monitor jcontrol and jlaunch when the instance is starting and defaulttrace#.trc logs to know why the instance failed to start.
    Otherwise there is no specific relation between offline backup and SAP applications.

  • 5GHz channels no longer available after upgrading to 10.7.3

    I'm currently using Late-2009 iMac and for some reason after upgrade to 10.7.3 I couldn't connect to any 5GHz network at all. In the System Profiles, Wi-Fi menu now says:

    Interesting. If you can still connect via wired (or 2.4GHz wireless), I would download the 10.7.3 combo update from apple support and reapply it. It appears the driver and family did not fully install with the update.

  • Ethernet printer no longer available after upgrading Airport

    I had an older Airport wired into a router. An older ethernet printer was also wired into the router. I was able to print from various computers on the wireless network with no problem.
    Today I upgraded my dying Airport with a new Airport Express. I am connected to the router and the internet with it from the various computers, but I can no longer print. Nothing else changed. My Mac tells me "printer not responding".
    I checked to make sure Appletalk was on. The printer has a fixed IP address, 192.168.0.5, its an older printer and that's the only way I can network it. That never stopped me from printing before. I haven't changed any other settings and don't understand why the Airport would keep me from accessing a printer on the network.
    Is it some kind of security setting?

  • IPhone Backup from Sept no longer available after upgrade to iTunes 11?

    I needed to restore my contacts from an iTunes backup from 9/21/12.  The Apple Care rep I was dealing with suggested that I backup up the phone Now, 9/7/13, to get a current backup.  Restore to September, sync the contacts to iCloud and the restore the phone back to Now. 
    Seemed like a good plan, except iTunes wanted to upgrade v11.  I did.  After the NOW backup, I realized that the backup to 9/21 was not viewable in iTunes as a restore option......
    I worked with another Apple Care rep who had me Show All hidden files on the computer, then we can see the  User \ Library\ Application Support \ Mobile Sync\ "saome wacky file name" \    and I see a bunch of files which are dated either 2/7/2013 or 9/21/2012 (most are 2/7/2013).
    Is there anyway to get iTunes v11 to recognize the 9/21/2012 files as a backup? Are these files still viable to restore from?

  • Equalizer button no longer available after upgrade to iTunes 7

    With iTunes 6, there was always a button at the bottom of the iTunes window to toggle on & off the Equalizer. With iTunes 7, the button is gone. Now, the only way to activate it is to choose "Show Equalizer" from the View menu. There isn't even a shortcut key to toggle it.
    Am I missing something, or was this an oversight that slipped in during the UI redesign?

  • Wireless connectivity no longer available after TWC adds digital phone service

    Hi All,
    My problem is that my wireless Internet connectivity is no longer available after Time Warner Cable added digital phone service to my existing TV and broadband Internet service.
    Prior to having the digital phone service added, my set up was a Motorola Surfboard cable modem connected to my Linksys WRT54G wireless router, with three computers (two Win XP desktops and one Win 7 laptop) wired to the Linksys router. I had wired Internet connectivity on all three computers. Importantly, I could also access the Internet wirelessly from the laptop instead of using a wire.
    AFTER having the digital phone service added, my set up is the same except that now an Arris Touchstone Telephony Gateway (TG862G) has replaced the Motorola Surfboard cable modem. I still have wired Internet connectivity on all three computers. However, now I cannot access the Internet wirelessly from the laptop. This is a real problem in that often others in the house need access to the wireless network as well.
    I should also mention that (from a wired connection) I cannot access the Linksys router any longer via 192.168.1.1. Now, the Linksys router seems to be "invisible," almost as though it were a pass-through device. I can access the Arris gateway at 192.168.0.1 (for what it's worth), but not the Linksys router.
    Also, not sure this is important, but some time ago (when my wireless was working) I had configured the Linksys router so that it wouldn't broadcast the SSID. Through the Win 7 "Network and Sharing Center" I have tried to "manually connect" to my (hidden) wireless network. The message indicates that my hidden network already exists, but I still can't connect to it.
    I've seen a few potential remedies involving power cycling the gateway and modem in certain sequences, setting the gateway's NAT mode to Bridged, etc., but nothing has worked so far. Time Warner Cable's only advice is for me to purchase (yet) another service so that the gateway can provide the wireless access, but I since my Linksys router worked before I'd rather stick with that method (and avoid yet another charge).
    I would be very grateful for any help you could provide for this problem.

    2. I assume the Arris is also a wireless router. Use inSSIDer to find the best non-overlapping, non-interfering wireless channels. Change the wireless channels on both the WRT54G and Arris if necessary.

  • "List Tools" tab is no longer available after adding webpart

    In SharePoint 2013 I have added a  generic content editor webpart to a discussion list (also tried with a documents library list). After this "List Tools" tab is no longer visible. Any ideas why?

    So what I did was, I had bought my iMac from a shop and asked them to do bootcamp for me. However, they installed 32 bit instead of 64. My fault, I did not make my self clear about it. So after it has been delivered to my house, I realized that I wanted the 64 bit. I tried to remove windows on bootcamp but honestly, I have not experienced this before. So I failed. I believe, I did something wrong.
    So I opened the iMac and it keeps asking me to go to windows. Windows OS also corrupted.
    I tried the Option Key but the only option is Windows 7 only. So using a different keyboard, I press option and it only shows Windows HDD and the Mac HDD has gone.
    What am I going to do? How can I restore Mac OS without the HDD anymore?

    Did you try deleting then reinstalling the app?  Sometimes developers will need to update their apps for compatibility.  If it still doesn't work after reinstalling, wait a few days to see if an app update becomes available.

  • Script no longer works after Upgrade to 10.4.6

    The following script worked fine using 10.4 thru 10.4.5 but no longer works after upgrading to 10.4.6.
    When I highlight a folder and then run the script the highlighted folder is moved to a specific "Achive" folder, depending on whether the highlighted folder has a ".0" or ".1" or etc in its name.
    When I run the script using 10.4.6 I get an error indicating that the highlighted folder already exists in the destination.
    Anyone else having Applescript problems with 10.4.6?

    I, too, immediately started having problems with my scripts immediately after updating to OS 10.4.6. I put my scripts in "Library/Applications/..." so that the scripts associated with particular applications are available in the menu bar. I don't know if that has any bearing on the problem, but for me, it was not any particular script, but just about every one that started going funny.
    First, I noticed that my scripts would typically work right once, but fail in some odd manner the second time I tried to use one. The second thing I noticed was that the modification dates of my scripts were changing to the time that I last executed the scripts, even though I had not altered and recompiled any of them in weeks. Finally, I noticed that the scripts that were failing were ones in which I had used property statements to initialize some of my variables.
    What I think is happening is this: for some strange reason 10.4.6 is recompiling scripts every time they are run, and variables are being initialized, not to the values specified in property statements, but to whatever the variable was the last time the script ended.
    I discovered that I could prevent this from happening by (1) recompiling all my scripts to make sure all the property statements were back in effect, and then (2) setting the permissions of all my scripts to read only. This seems to prevent whatever in 10.4.6 is recompiling the scripts from doing this each time the script is run. At least, the modification dates are no longer changing inexplicably, and all my scripts are running reliably again.
    It's a bit of a pain to have to remember to reset script permissions to read/write whenever I want to make a change, and then change them back to read only before executing, but it seems to be a reliable workaround. I'd appreciate hearing if anyone else can replicate this phenomenon, or tell me if I'm on the right track.

    After I upgraded my home machines to Lion, I can no longer access them from my work computer, which is running Snow Leopard. When they were both Snow leopard, it worked fine. How can I get them working again? I don't have control over the OS on my work computer. Is it necessary for me to downgrade all of my home computers to Snow leopard in order to get them talking again?
    Additionally the binoculars icon appears in the menu bar all of the time. In previous versions, this would only happen when somebody connected to my machine. Could these problems be related?

    OK, so further investigation has addressed the BTMM issue on a remote machine.
    With all machines running lion, I was having issues trying to log in to a standard user headless machine already running.  In Snow Leopard, I had no issues with this since you can log in via screen sharing using an admin login that's running a standard login.  Lion allows multiple accounts to be signed in which is handy since you can now run virtual sessions.  This means you can admin the remote computer without bothering the remote user.
    The problem was that now logging in using admin login brings up the admin account (which makes sense) instead of the desktop to the standard login.  I applied a similar solution to a problem that was related to screen sharing I found on this board.  What I believe to be the fix is to add the standard user to the screen sharing user list.  Then screen share to the remote account using the standard user credentials. 
    So on the remote computer, in System Settings->Sharing->Screen Sharing, add the standard user to be allowed access.  Previously I only had admins.  This may not be an ideal solution for what I'm trying to do since the remote computers primary login is the standard user to be used as a common computer, but it now works so I am happy with it.
    Now my only "problem" is my AEBS complaining about my MobileMe credentials, but it doesn't appear to have an impact on BTMM performance so I'll quietly wait for a fix down the road.

    I used my altec lansing speakers on 3 macs including this one for 5-6 years.....now with Mountian Lion I can only get internal speakers???

    When you start Messages fro the first time you are asked for an Apple ID
    When this is verified and entered it appears in Messages Menu > Preference > Accounts and is Enabled.
    The App should have also picked on on those iChat Accounst you had before.
    These should be Enabled if they were when you last used iChat.
    Exactly which "Accounts" are logged in can be seen in Message Menu > Accounts and will include the iMessage "Account" and Bonjour.
    In the Window menu you will see CMD +0 for the Messages window and CMD+1 for the "Buddies" window which is a combined list at this stage.
    Go to the Preferences > General Section and Untick the "Collect all accounts into one list".
    This will give you separate iChat type Buddy lists.
    You can check if that account/Buddy list is set to Invisible or if in the Preferences > Accounts > Security you have settings that will block some people from seeing you as On line.
    You are saying Buddies can see you as On Line which implies they are still sending to your AIM based Names (@Mac.com is a valid AIM Screen Name)
    I am not sure from your post if you are trying to iMessage their email IDs thinking they are Apple IDs and that they are using Messages as well.
    There is no Buddy list for iMessages side
    No-one can tell you are "On Line" until they have your details in the "To" spot in Messages with the correct iMessaged contact info (iPhone Number or Apple ID)
    Obviously an Apple ID can be an email or look like one.
    In some cases they are also valid AIM Screen Names as well.
    In the case or the @mac.com name you may have linked this Apple ID to iMessages as well.
