Transportation zone is grayed out in customer master (general)

I am not able to put transportation zone in customer master record.It is grayed out.How to put transportation zone in custmer master record.I HAVE CHECKED OBD2 IT IS OPTIONAL STILL IT IS GRAYED OUT Kindly help.

In customer master Address >> street address, small Icon to see more fields click on that,and scroll down.
you will able to see field transportation Zone, maintain here transport zone

I think it is graded there.
Actually you have to maintain the transportation zone in adress tab under sub screen 'street address".
you have to click +ve sign and scroll down there you can maintain the transportation zone

I would like to use the attribute 1 to 10 fields in customer master general data to fill up relavant to customer . i have seen some SCN postings regarding activation of those fields technically.
i want to create some data in the attribute same like customer group 1 , while creation of customer master , i shall select the drop down and save it

Why are the NI-DAQmx Base for LabVIEW options grayed out using custom install (with Action:Skip)?

I'm trying to install NI-DAQmx Base 3.7.0 for LabVIEW 2013 (LV is installed). When I try Standard Install, it doesn't install for LabVIEW (only the Common and C and USB tools), but gives a successful installation message.
When I try Custom Install, all of the "...for LabVIEW 20XX" options are unchecked, grayed out and the Action says "Skip".
I'm trying this on a 2011 MacBook Air 11" running OS 10.9. LabVIEW runs fine.

Hi,
OS 10.9 is not officially supported by NI with the DAQmx Base 3.7. This information is from the description of the driver (http://www.ni.com/download/ni-daqmx-base-3.7/4272/en/):
OS Support—NI-DAQmx Base now supports the following versions of Mac OS X:
Mac OS X 10.7 (Lion)
Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion)
So this seems to the be the problem. Either you choose another OS version or wait for a new driver which supports 10.9

Transportation zone can't be change in Customer Master

I have a question regarding changing the Transportation zone in Customer Master. This area is being greyed out as I cannot change it. Even if I extend the Customer, the field for Transportation zone is greyed out. My question is, how can I change the transportation zone for an existing customer?

Transportation zone of the customer master is copied from the genenral data - address tab to the sales area data - shipping tab.
in OBD2 if you maintain general data - address as required or optional you can change in the customer master of general data - address tab, if you changed here it will copied to sales area - shipping tab

Hi Abid - I believe you are referring to the transportation zone field on the Customer master General data. If this is the one, here is how it is useful:
Route Determination - Route determination is achieved by means of combination of fields <b>{departure country, departure zone, destination country, destination zone}</b> with <b>{Shipping Condition, Transportation Group, weight group(optional)}</b>. So if you are creating a sales order for a particular customer, you would have to have the customers transportation zone so that it can be used as the destination zone in determining route. Departure zone obviously will be of the plant from where shipment will originate.
Go to 0VRF and you will see this set up and there the destination zone is the one that will be the transportation zone from the customer master.

I need a scenario of calculation sheet with rate table using a transportation zone scale. In my freight order, i have many freight unit of different destinations (many locations).
I configure this scenario, but the system does not use the transportation zone with select price on table rate.

I have a freight order with two stages.
My calculation costs is based on stage condition (FRT_PEDIDO).
My configuration for this scenario is:
)    Calculation Sheet
)    Rate Table
)    Config to condition
)    Master data to Transportation Zone
)    Locations included in transportation Zones
)    transportation Lane
location “PLC_SBC_014” is my plant and “Z_SP_SUL” is my transportation zone.
“Z_SP_SUL” is the transportation zone and “0……021” is customer location 1.
“Z_SP_SUL” is the transportation zone and “0……063” is customer location 2.

Customer Master - Internet Email Address

Can anyone advise the following?
I am trying to send output for 'BA00' Order Confirmation via email based on the Sold-to party in IDES. But i couldn't find the email address field in the customer master, general view. Is there some settings somewhere missed?
Currently in SCOT, i can only see transmiemail addressing to a IDES email account.

Configuring Group Key in Customer Master

Dear Folks,
I would like to add more group keys for selection in the field KNA1-KONZS.
This field is in the customer master => general data => control data => group key.
Could anyone advice me where in SPRO can I add more values to this field?

Customer 14788 is having Recon Account (5200500) , Group key is editable.
Customer 702270 is having Recon Account (5200500) , Group key is not editable.
So i understood that this field is not controlled by field status. Correct me if i am wrong.

This is because of the suppressed entry in the account group creation.
Go to TC : OBD2 :
Select your account group and then go to the details in the magnifying options you will find the datails of the sales area ....
In the sales area go to bussiness partner assignment.
Radio it to optional entry......
now create customers...

Derivation of juristriction code using state in customer master record

Hi All
Is there any way to derive juristriction code using state field in the customer master record without writing abap code.
For exmple:
If state of cutomer is NY then juristriction code should be defaulted as NY000000

It appears by your question, like there is one to one relationship between the state and the jurisdiction code. I am curious to know if you can create a CATT or LSMW program for customer master general data (KNA1) and just fill in state and jurisdiction code (fill in the values in excel) and then upload. You can easily apply an IF condition in excel for if state = NY then jurisdiction is xxxx. You may need one create program and one edit program. This is an easy solution rather than trying to automatically derive in SAP.

which is meant for Enter the appropriate code for the status under which the enterprise is registered with the authorities (for example, Incorporated, Limited).

Customer Master: Communicatio method more than One mail ID

Hi All,
I have a requirement here:
In the customer master - General data - address - communication method
My user want to maintain more than one e-mail id, i see system allows to insert more than one id.
Requirement: User want system to send ex: order confirmation to all the IDs that are maintained in the customer master.
Issue: I see in the customer master after I insert the mail ID there is a radio button which restricts to only one ID where the communication to be sent.
Help: Any one got some idea how I can fulfil this requirement please?

this is to inform you that
create a Z table woth maintaince view with authorized personall only.
where you can have/maintain n number of mail ids of the users.
and
two function modules are available for the same one is old and anothre is new function modules provided by SAP.
when ever you want to trigger a email you have to call the z table.
then it triggers automatically.
