Travel & Expenses Managers are receiving tasks for approval even when Saved

Hi All,
I am assigned some ESS Travel & Expenses application issues. One issue is
Usually When the Employee tries to Create a Travel Request and click on "Save and Send" a mail is triggered and reqest will go to manager for Approval.
But in our case, even when the Employees just Save the request, the request is going to Manager Approval with Email notification,
I never worked on ESS Applications, and these issues are assigned to me.
Could some one tell me where should we do the necessary changes (Configurations) to fix this issue.

Hi,
pls check event binding in TA SWETYPV, BO BUS2089. So there will be "request created" or "requested" and other events available. If both are active, WF will start in both events. Also a "changed" or "request changed" event can trigger new WF without making a difference if it is "save" or "save and send". So pls check event binding first, and maybe make an event trace in your system to see which events are effectively called by the actions performed. Then choose the corresponding one and enable WF only for that event

Admin Task for approval reminder - but no task exists

Project Server 2010 SP2.
A Users Approval Reminders includes a reminder for an Admin Task Approval which does not exist. If he completes the ALL the approvals on his Approval page it still shows 1 Admin Task Awaiting approval – we are unable to identify for which task or from who.
Not sure how to go about removing this reminder
Any assistance will be appreciated

No it's not stealing. They have an allowance that you can share with so many computers/devices. You'll have to authorize her computer to play/use anything bought on your acct. You can do this under the Store menu at top when iTunes is open on her computer.
As far as getting it all on her computer....I think but I am not sure (because I don't use the feature) but I think if you turn on Home Sharing in iTunes it may copy the music to her computer. I don't know maybe it just streams it. If nothing else you can sign into your acct on her computer and download it all to her computer from the cloud. Not sure exactly how to go about that, I haven't had to do that yet. I wonder if once you authorize her computer and then set it up for automatic downloads (under Edit>Preferences>Store) if everything would download. Sorry I'm not much help on that.

Expense reports are not processing for future date?

in our co.expense reports are not processing for future date, even though the end date is one month from now the expense reports are not getting paid.

Infotype record is being created but there is no data in "RP50D-FIELD1 , so i tried to debug the subroutine GET_PNALT(ZHR_CREATEP0032) as mention in Dynamic action, its not going in debugger mode.

CFolders Main Page - To show pending Tasks for approval

Hi,
When ever the user login to cFolders 4.5, they see the first page as My colloboration <User Name>. So from there they need to drill down to respective project and then to folders and then to documents to approve the pending drawings.
So the above involves at least 3 or 4 screens for them to go for the approval screen.
Is there anyway, when ever the approval user logs in, he/she should see only those pending tasks available for them to approve, so that they just approve and log out.

Hi,
two methods to set task for approval as home page.
1.From super user login, u can set what ever page as home page for all users. only at front end u can change these settings. at right top corner settings tab provided.
2. second option is, user can set his/her home page as from his login only. its is based on individual user settings and these settings for home page will be different from user to user.
but in first case it wil be applicable for all users.

I am implementing SRM 5.0 and i am facing problem related to approval of shopping cart.
Even the shopping cart does not need any approval the status is showing as
it is awaiting for approval.
When i go in to detailed through transaction sw2i_freq the system status is in " error".
What could be the possible reason for this situation? .
i am using SRM 5.0 with service packe 6.0.

Even when i create direct material purchase order the PO is going to approval.
i have clearly defined the start conditions.

I have done the same configuration to SRM 4.0 also based on prices.
I have activated workflows for shopping cart
1.with out approval
2.one step approval
I have followed the configuration document carefully.

It sounds like the folder you are saving to does not have the proper permission for you to write to it. What OS are you using?

It depends on the original format and the destination format of the file.

I would be concerned too if my iPhone was acting this way. It sounds like it is overheating and not holding a charge. I recommend following the steps listed below when experiencing an issue like this:
Battery life seems short
Click ( www.apple.com/batteries/iphone.html) for tips on how to prolong iPhone's battery life.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Connect iPhone to iTunes and restore iPhone.
If the screen shows a low-battery image, the battery is low on power and needs to charge for up to ten minutes before you can use it.
When charging iPhone, make sure to leave it charging until it is fully charged. You'll know the battery is fully charged when the battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen looks like this .
Note: When charging using a computer, don't connect iPhone to a keyboard. Also, the computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode. If iPhone is connected to a computer that's not turned on or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPhone battery may drain.

Problem with custom task for approval

I have created webdynpro for abap application and custom task for apporval of the clock correction. I have maintained the visualization parameter in SWFVISU. But when I clicks on the approval task in UWL, it opens R/3 screen and it shows "Work item 000090007959 cannot be read".
Could you please give me solution.

I am working on Internet expenses. I have to choose dynamically a task when the user choose a specific project.the page contains:
AllocationHGridRN inside it ProjectLayout and taskLayout. Both of them contains Swithcher that have case LOV and case readonly and case multiple.
On the screen I have multiple records i need when the user opens the LOV of a specific row and chose a project to fill directly the corresponding task for this row (the task is also an LOV ) I extended the class but i don't know how to find the row modified and take the project selected and select the task corresponding using the processFormRequest method .
Please anyone can help by giving ideas how to do it. If you need more explanation please let me know.

1) I have a customization that i need to do on oracle apps 11i in internet expense.
2) I have a HGrid that contains in a curtain column project lov and another column task lov.
When i choose the project from the LOV i need to fill directly the task LOV. using the extended controller in the processFprmRequest Method.
What i need is how to now which row is used to choose the lov and fill automatically the task LOV of the same row and also i need to khnow how to retrieve data
from the Hgrid rows by retrieving all the values in the project LOV Column.
Note : I also have a problem. Why when i open the about this page I don't have any information about the VO and AM and CO used I have only the path for the PG.
Can anyone help by giving any example or a document that I can use to find my solution to this customization,Thanks In Advance.

Travel Expenses Max Rate not validated for Country/Region

Hi All!
Has anybody had this problem?
The max rates defined for expense types are not being validated.
We defined the max rates depending on the Trip Type Enterprise and Country/Region.
The combination trip type and country/region is just being ignored!
Example:
Trip Type: X
Country: Not specified
DOES WORK
Trip Type: Y
Country: US
Region: Midwest
DOES NOT WORK
Version 4.6C
For some reason it doesn't respect the country/region. If I eliminate US/Midwest (in the example above), it will respect the max rate, but once I put in any Country/Region-Area, it just ignores it.
If you have any suggestions, I would really appreciate it!

Hi Basu,
What is the workflow framework that your are using. Is it application controlled workflow?
1. Go to T code BBP_PD and check if the workflow triggered for the shopping cart is in in-Process status. If it is in in-process status copy the header workitem and go to T code SWPC , remove all the values displayed in the selection screen just enter the header work item ID and execute. If you are able to see any entry after execution select it and click on continue workflow. this will fix your problem.
2. Check in transaction SM58 to see if there are any failed entry on the day of shopping cart creation , if there is any entry in failed status please reprocess the LUW.
hopefully any one of the above steps will fix your issue.
