Traveled to Florida iPhone doesn't work.

Traveled today from Richmond, VA to Ocala, Fl. and lost the ability to make outgoing calls.
I've reset. New Sim card(via Ocala ATT Store), reset, restored, reset, restored, etc.
I can't make an outgoing call with the phone from Tallahassee to Ocala.
3G internet works, apps updates work, facebook app works, incoming calls work. I still can't make an outgoing call. All I get is "Call Failed"
Any ideas?

I've traveled to that area just a little while ago (and I am from VA too) and all was fine.
Have you tried calling AT&T to see if maybe there was an outage at that time?
Also just for something to think about /remember, anytime anything seems weird and things are not working right, a reboot normally fixes most problems. Note a reboot is not turning the phone on and off.
A reboot is:
Hold both Home and Lock.
Don't let go when it says Slide to Turn Off.
Keep Holding until you see Apple Logo.
Then you can let go.
You will find many advocate rebooting the phone like once a week. Remember it is like a computer and one with a quite new OS that still has issues. So reboots always help.

Yes, it does work. It is carrier locked to AT&T, just like all GSM iPhones sold in the US since their introduction.

Swipe up from the bottom. Control center should cover about 2/3 of the screen. At the top right of control center is a circle with a lock in it. If that lock is closed, tap to open it.

Handoff from Mac to iPhone doesn't work

Although I can get handoff to work pretty reliably for some applications, and although handoff works well enough from my iPhone to the Mac, I cannot get any application to handoff to iOS 8.1 on my iPhone 6 from my Mac.
Here is a test of Maps (but it is the same for all applications):
What works:     Maps on the iPhone 6 can handoff to iPad and Mac
                         Maps on iPad Air can handoff to iPhone and Mac
                         Maps on Mac can handoff to iPad Air
Doesn't work:     Maps on Mac cannot handoff to iPhone 6
Any ideas why I am having this problem?
Handoff is set to ON for all functions in settings on the iPhone.
I have tried resetting the phone - no deal. Both iOS devices are running 8.1

Here is what I did to solve the problem. It's quite simple but as I said before, it's the thing I hate the most.
- First, sign out of iCloud in every single device, selecting the Delete option every time you are asked;
- Second, turn off all devices.
With all devices out of iCloud and turned off, start going the opposite way, one by one. For example:
- Turn MacBook back on and sign in to iCloud;
- Turn iPhone back on and sign in to iCloud;
- Turn iPad back on and sign in to iCloud;
- Turn Mac Mini back on and sign in to iCloud.

My iPhone doesn't seem to be working with my Sony Marine Receiver CDX-H910UI.
Whenever i plug my phone into my Marine Receiver it only says 'reading' for a really long time and does not load or allow me to play songs.
I have only noticed this problem since the iOS4.0.1 upgrade.
Is there anyway i can fix this problem or notify apple about this problem so that they could fix it in a software upgrade?
I would appreciate all of the help i could get.

I just got off from chatting with sony tech support and they confirmed that i need to wait for the update to be released to support the compatibility of the upgraded iPhone. They asked me tobookmark and monitor their support page for the update.
I had exactly the same problem as you have and whent through resetting both the iphone and stereo but at the endo no solution.

This is really weird but my Iphone4 doesn't work in the dark. It works fine during the day but when it gets dark (e.g if I turn the lights off at night, in the movies, in a dark club) it stops working - When I push the home button or the on/off button the screen flashes normal and then just fades to black?? Can you keep it closer to your body, to use body heat to help keep it a little warmer? All phones, iPhones or others, have operating temperature range. You would have to try and locate a more ruggedized phone that was built to operate in those temperature extremes.

I am currently using iphone 4 - recently upgraded to IOS 6,
and it doesn't work on my mac - a version of MAC OS X 10.5.8. - when it connects to itunes - which i have a latest version upgraded on my mac.
I tried to upgrade the Mac software of 10.6 and later versions to the latest versions, but i can't download them.
That's why I can't use itunes to upload the songs in my iphone, which is my biggest concern right at the moment.

Iphone doesn't work in my USB ports but everything else does, and iPhone works everywhere else!

My iPhone 3gs stopped working in the USB ports. Camera wizard doesn't even show up. Phone doesn't charge through it either, but if I plug my phone ANYWHERE else (computers and wall outlets) it works fine. When I plug keyboards and mice into my computer, they get recognized right away. My phone was working on my computer just about a week and a half ago, but just completely stopped. Can someone help me figure this out? I've read hundreds of threads from all over but can't seem to find the right answer. I'm going out of my mind here!!!

Did you do a restart, then if still not responiding then you need to do a restore through itunes.

Unlocked iPhone doesn't work in UK

I recently bought an iPhone 4S and the seller claimed the phone was unlocked but doesn't work in the UK (which is where I stay). So upon receiving the phone I placed an O2 sim card in it and the phone recognised the sim. It had plenty of signal and 3G but then once the phone was registered I lost all signal. Why, if the phone is unlocked, would it not work in the UK? I'm slightly confused here
As a small test I reset all the settings, registered again and this time the signal stayed around so tried phoning it, but to no avail.
At first I thought it might be the antenna but it does receive signal and recognises the network of the sim

I've done an IMEI check and it has come up saying that the phone is blacklisted in the UK. I'm demanding a refund for the phone as the seller did not state that it was blacklisted and on closer inspection there are several small details which seem very dodgy. Like the SIM tray has been changed for another as the IMEI and serial numbers don't match up.

Syncing between Mac and iPhone doesn't work

I recently upgraded to Mavericks and after that syncing my Mac with my iPhone 5S doesn't work.
I would like to report syncing bookmarks, contacts, calendars and notes not syncing as a bug, because i find the decision to force me into the cloud to sync these so stupid that I could as well have been using Windows.
However, nothing else syncs properly. There seems to be a random function deciding which podcasts, iTunes U content etc. that syncs. If I press the sync button several times I get different results every time.
Does anyone else experience the same thing? Is there a workaround or is it just bad programming from Apples side?

Your phone is carrier locked to T-Mobile in the Netherlands. It will not work on any other carrier's network(including any T-Mobile network) in any other country other than T-Mobile in the Netherlands. To use your phone in Belgium would require being on "Roaming" from T-Mobile in the Netherlands or having your phone officially unlocked from T-Mobile in the Netherlands. That's why your phone doesn't work, you can't put any other sim in the phone. Having finished your contract has nothing to do with whether your phone is carrier locked or not.
