Traveling to the Philippines soon. How to use my iPhone ther?
I have a iPhone and an iPad. I plan on visiting the Philippines next year. Do I need a different charger than I have now, or will e chargers for both work there, without any difficulties? .
Also, I have AT&T. Should I bury a SIM card there or use the ones I have now? Should I have the phone "unlocked" before I travel there?
My trip will be roughly 3 weeks there.

Check to see what sort of power outlets they have in the Phillippines and if necessary take an appropriate adapter with you. If your phone is locked and you want to use it in the Phillippines with a local carrier then you will need to have it unlocked by your current carrier or pay for international roaming

I will be in India for 2 months and then come back to the states for a month and then keep doing that over and over again. I need to make frequent calls in the states (elderly mom and kids) but will also need to use the phone in India. It is very simple. Have your children make an account on skype on the computer. You can still make calls through skype while your phone is in airplane mode, as long as you have wi-fi on.
Also you can use your iphone in India but because you are going to use it internationally, you will or may need a international roaming plan, if you don't, they will charge you a lot of money. You may want to find out by calling AT&T about this one. -
I am traveling to the Philippines next week and am confused on whether I need to buy a converter to be able to charge my Iphone (and Ipad). I was told I did not as the chargers were universal and automatically converted anywhere from 100 to 240v depending on what you plug into.
I would just like some more confirmations if any one has traveled internationally.
Thank you.No, but most international airports I have been to have convenience stores that sell the plug adapters. And there are always other shops with the adapters so it is easy to get exactly what you need after you get there.

You will need an adaptor to convert the plug only, the voltage is fine.

I was gifted $50 for Christmas and used it ti buy a couple of albums but now canot find the balance and how to use it.
My account's balance shows at the top left of the store's page on my computer's iTunes, and by logging in to view my account via the Store > View Account menu option. On my devices it shows at the bottom of, for example, the Featured tab in the App Store app under my account id (or you can view your account via Settings > iTunes & App Store and it should show on the screen that you are taken to).
If nothing shows then have you checked your account's purchase history ? If you log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases.
If you have a balance then you just need to click on item's price to buy it, assuming that your balance covers its price. -

I try to contact Apple to talk about an invention that came to me I do not know where to go so I am doing here, I use the google translator I am French and I do not speak English well.
I would like to remove the action to continue to press the home button that opens siri andreplaced with a voice recognition which would allow direct, saying a code name such as: Siri andthis one will say what can I do .
With this need to get the iPhone from his pocket if you have dirty hands or for example if you're in the shower and you want to listen to or send a message it would suffice to say Siri (or other) thenspeak as he is already.
I think with this it would change completely how to use an iPhone (a mobile phone in general).

AirPort Express wireless connection, when I surf the news sites so I linked to **** pages. And must close the window. If I use my iPhone with Internet sharing the same computer, then I have no problem.
I believe that it is in AirPort Express, and would have to clean it. How do you do that?You need to use the Express in router mode.. I think you are trying to use it in bridge mode.. but you need to give us a lot more details.. screenshots might help more than anything.

I have the problem with my iPhone and my friends have this problem too.
My iPhone have the problem about calling and answer the call. When I use my iPhone to call I can't hear anything from my iPhone but the person that I call can answer it but when answer both of us can't hear anything and when I put my iPhone to my face the screen is still on and when I quit the phone application and open it again it will automatic call my recent call. And when my friends call me my iPhone didn't show anything even the missed call I'm only know that I missed the call from messages from carrier. Please check these problem I restored my iPhone for 4 time now in this week. I lived in Hatyai, Songkhla,Thailand and many people in my city have this problem.

The solution is to restart, reset, and restore as new which is in the manual after that get it replaced for hard ware failure. if your within your one year warranty its replaced if it is out of the warranty then it is 199$
