TrayApp Errors from HP Software

I have had some bad luck attempting to remove my HP Printer software due to some accidental removal of some files, not all of them, but the important parts of several. Now every time I start my computer it tries to start those files and results in a TrayApp error reading "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available." "Insert the 'TrayApp' disk and click OK." The window will not go away and after looking aroudn a bit I have found this software is most likely the cause.
The software is for an older printer and it was on a CD I don't have anymore, its from 2005(or earlier) and it had a whole bunch of stuff on it like "HP Extended Capablities 5.3, HP Image Zone 5.3, HP Photosmart 330, 380, 420, 470, 7800, 8000, 8200 Series, HP Imaging Device Functions 5.3." Is there anyway I can restore these lost files(Is it available for download here?)? I have tried just getting rid of them via the instructions on this site and they aren't working.

We have two options of trying to get rid of the software
1. You can use the CD to try and reinstall what is missing and then do another uninstall to get rid of it. See this article for information Resolving MSI Startup Errors.
2. Your second option is to try something such as Revo Uninstaller to see if you can remove any leftover remnants of the software that may still be on the computer causing the error.

You need to run Bootcamp Assistant and select only the menu item to download the Windows Support Software. Follow the instructions. The download servers are extremely slow therefore it may take several hours to get the download.

Instead of downloading the Windows support software from Boot Camp Assistant, download it from the Apple website. Mid 2009 and older MacBooks Pro only support this Windows support software version > http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1630 This version allows you to install a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7 version.

After multiple repair procedures with reboot in AA8 I was eventually able to restore the printing to pdf function from various software. However I have again lost my Acrobat tab in Outlook 2007. I need that back, but today an even bigger problem arose. AA8 has stopped printing to fax. It faxes a blank page. The only fax printing option is “Microsoft Shared Fax Driver”. My fax software is “Windows Fax and Scan” and it was working fine just a couple weeks ago. My OS is Windows 7 Professional.

Photoshop 4.0 is not compatible with MAC 10.9.3 . You will face issues as when Photoshop 4.0 was launched there was no MAC Mavericks and Adobe has not tested the version on new MAC OS.
If you want you can download the latest version of Photoshop CC 2014 and you can use it as a trial for 30 days and you can plan to switch to the latest version.

You cannot delete a sotware component version if it contains imported interfaces.

It's very simple
Solution:
Double Click on Software Component, On Right Hand side >Go to Software Component Version->Delete the software component.If all the necessary Objects have been properly deleted, there will be no problem in Deleting the Software Componet version
1) Delete the created Data Types, Message Types, Message Interfaces, Message Mappings, and Interface Mappings.
2) There should be no Imported SAP Objects in the Software Component. If any delete them and activate changes.
3) Delete all namespaces in the editor using sign. Do not save the changes.
4) Delete the two default data types that are created in the Interface Objects-->Data Types of the software component version (ExchangeFaultdata, ExchangeLogdata). Now save changes for the s/w component version and activate the changes. Ignore the warnings that pop-up.
5) The radio button for u201CInterface import should be at u201CNot permittedu201D instead of u201CImport RFC and IDoc Interfaces from SAP Systems Permittedu201D.
6) Now go to Software component version menu in the right hand pane. Click on delete and the software component vanishes from left hand pane

Software for HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP is not currently available from the Software Update server.

I recently upgraded to Mountain Lion, and found that I could no longer print to my HP CM1312nfi.
This is usually a problem with HP at every upgrade, but this time, they appear to have offloaded the driver download process to Apple.
My printer is connected wirelessly through a time capsule by IP address—the physical, not the virtual, e.g: 169.254.xx.xx instead of 10.0.1.x.
When I try to download the driver by bonjour or IP, I get the following error message:
Can't install the software for the Hewlett-Packard HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP because it is not currently available from the Software Update server.
Is this truly a Software Update server error, and if so, any clue when it will be resolved?
I am able to print with the generic driver as of now, but fax and scan capabilites are gone. The add fax dialog lists no devices.
Scanning is not supported on my printer model with the Hewlett Packard Print 2.12 driver. Will support be forthcoming, or did Mountain Lion brick my scanner?

I'm using the latest Ovi Suite and N82 (v30). I saw notification of firmware update and then clicked to update it. the updated was downloaded but when it's in the process of updating it says

I've replugged my device after the system restart but it shows the same.
how do resolve it? neither do i see any option of redownload the update package. where does it download the update package?

Hi I had to recover my SCCM media server from SQL and now having trouble to install Windows Update. When I deploy Windows Update, I can see status is "UKNOWEN".
I feel like something to do with WSUS/SQL/SCCM media server syncing issue.. But I can't point out that trouble setting to fix it. I have checked and make sure, there is no proxy setting in IE and SUP.
In the wsyscmgr.log is saying it is having syncing issue.

2. Run wsusutil reset
3. Run another sync

After system update, my Epson Stylus SX 535WD was ''gone''. I tried in vain to add it as an IP printer (got the IP-address from the printer). The printer model is correctly recognized, software download starts -- but then the "software ... is not currently available..."
Resetting the printing system did not help. Downloading Epson Printer Drivers v2.15.1 from here
did not help either, downloading Epson Printer Drivers.
In the end, I re-installed the printer software from the original CDs. After that the printer showed up as a Bonjour Printer, and I could add it without problem.
But note: although the printer is installed now and working properly, I still get the old error message (...software ..not available...) if I try to add the printer as an IP printer !?

Your issue is completely different. You are running Snow Leopard. There is no download for Windows Support software for Snow Leopard, hence the error you see. Snow Leopard Windows Support software is on the Snow Leopard installation disk.
You need the Snow Leopard installation disk or a replacement for it.
