{"We have created an outbound delivery for IG export by yesterday (Out bound delivery no : 80101383). We have got a termination error while generating the standard invoice. The same has been tested day before yesterday with out entering the freight value. We have got the standard invoice. But when we created the same yesterday with freight value we have got the termination error

I have maintained the Freight Condition in the header in PO. But since the value has not been entered, it does not show up in MIRO, for Planned Delivery cost.
Secondly, under
IMG> MM->LIV>Incoming invoice-->Configure How Unplanned Delivery Costs Are Posted,
there are only two options 'blank' & '2'. But I want the Freight to be Distributed among items and also to be posted to a freight GL A/c.
Can u pls tell me how to achieve this..

Condition type - Freight value is copied into invoice from sales order

Hi All,
I have a Issue while copying freight value to Invoice.
I have created Freight condition type - XYZ where i have maintained "Group condition, Header condition & Item condition" in the definition of the condition type.
I have placed this condition type in Pricing Procedure (Ex: ABCD) and also in Delivery Pricing Procedure (PQRS) - Checked "Manual check box".
When i place this manual condition type in Delivery --> conditions tab(Item level), then it is copying to Invoice. However when I am placing this condition in Sales Order it is not copying into Invoice???
I have maintained copying control between delivery document and Billing document and I have maintained "Price Source" as E - Delivery/Order.
My requirement is when I am maintaining Freight value in delivery, then it has to consider the Delivery Freight..If freight is not maintained in Delivery then it has to copy from Sales Order?? Is it possible ?
Please help me in this regard.

If i used price source as "D" then other conditions like price & tax are not copied sales order. Freight value is copying from delivery. I want system has to consider the sales order in case of freight value Zero in delivery.

Validation of column fields while entering values in editable ALV

I am currently working on a ALV,I have to validate the editable field of ALV,while entering values.SO if there is a field Item number,the range should be between M01-M99,and user should not take any value other than the F4 help assigned to the field.Can all this calculation be done using a FM & Not OOPs process for making ALV.

Exception is thrown while launching report , after entering parameter value

Thank you . I used the MSI listed. Sorry to bother, but couple of questions ., firstly I cleaned up my system to make sure that I do not have any crystal reports assembly in GAC.
Then I installed the msi per link suggested above and it did install crystal report 2008 sp3. After installing , I noticed that the gac contained 2 versions of assembly for CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine (Version - 12.0.1100.0 and File version 12.3.1101.684) and the other
CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine (Version 12.0.2000.0 and File version 12.3.2001.684).
I am little confused, why does it install 2 different version of assemblies.
Also my application needs reference to the crystal reports assembly and since after installing the MSI, it was registered with GAC, I had to copy the content of GAC to a different folder (temp folder )and referenced the dll from temp folder.
When I copied the contents of GAC, I could copy the Version 12.0.1100 only but not the other one. I want to use the version 12.0.2000.0 and see what happens, but how ?
FYI - I tested with version 12.0.1100.o and file version 12.3.1101.684, the issue still exists.

How to enter freight charges on a requisition or a PO

I need to enter freight charges and service charges on a requisiiton or a PO which is value based
the Inventory quantities should not appreciate, just the expense accounts shoulkd appreciate witht he charges
is there a way possible
This is a basic functionality and i guess it should be possible

which costing methid u using? avg or standard?
The freight would go to an expense account and not into your material account of your ORG in which you are transacting
When you close the inventory period at the end of the month and run create accounting, all expenses are taken into consideration when posted to GL.
If we see it your way that inventory value should increase than the weighted average will get disturbed if freight is charged to the material account, if you are using avg costing method
there are some cases where a supplier gives an item cost that is all in..means freight and other expenses are added and then he gives the price per unit.in these cases, fregiht is beared by the supplier.
while in other cases, the buyer has to pay the freight and cartage charges!
This all i am telling you from my point and business process that i am currently invloved in.
I dont know whats happening at your place..

In the above "xaml" file i am using the attribute "Readonly="False"" but its not effected on my code still my datagrid is in readonly mode, i don't know why it happens.

How to copy total freight value from pricing procedure to TAXINN procedure

Dear Experts,
I want to copy the total freight value from pricing procedure to TAXINN procedure , i think i have to use SUBROUTINE for that but can you guide me what is the routine number and in which coloum i i have to use e.g. requirement, or ALt CAl Typ, or cond Base value ???
e.g.
freight condition type (QTY , freight) will enter manually e.g. 100 Rs and material qty 4 so total freight is 400 Rs this value (400 Rs) i want to copy from Pricing procedure to TAXINN

Hello,
If you want to calculate VAT above Freight, then in Pricing procedure make the Sub total as blank for Freight confition types.
And in Tax procedure, make the condition base value as 363 for VAT condition type.
Make the tax code for 4 % VAT and u'll get the desired result.
This will solve ur purpose.

You need post seperate invoices in case where the vendors are different, If the supply vendor and freight provider are same, you can post both costs in once invoice. Select the goods+delivery costs to make one invoice verification.
In general, freight value will not be added even the vendor is same. Inturn both item cost and delivery cost are processed in one invoice.
If you want, you can include the freght in net by maintaining the freight condition as not an accrual.
But, just for this sake, you should not modify your pricing procedure.

I am not able to create a returns for particular customer.....in the header conditions, the freight conditions displays but when i enter the frieght rate ...it will not take that into consideration..it will display value as 0 ....any suggestions...

Any value for the condition type that you enter at the header level need to be activated.Then only the value will be reflected.
At the header level in the sales order there is a Condition tab, there will be a <b>activate</b> button that needs to be press after you enter the value.

Error while entering timecard OTL

Dear All.,
I am in prod. support and one of the users is getting this error:
"No Assignment" while entering time card .
I have checked the setup through HRMS responsibility (Enter and Maintain form)
and see that the "Status" - is set to 'Active Assignment' .
Does anyone has any inputs , kindly reply back.
Please also note that in the same setup there is nothing assigned agains "Job" . -is that the reason?

I have the same problem as in our design we configured the grades and levels in T710. But Infotype 8 is searching for T510 and right now we still don't know how we can have it redirected without using TARIF feature.
It is working for a country that we did not implement and it did not use TARIF feature. What other ways could there be to use the pay grades and levels in T710 instead of having IT0008 look for values in T510? What configuration could be missing?

Changing Price agreement while entering the item

Hi all,
While creating a contract when I enter item details and hit 'Enter' I can see the item details. When I go to 'Price Agreement' tab I can see the condition record with 'Price Unit' same as 'Target Quantity' entered for product.
Currently I have a requirement in which I need to change value of 'Price Unit' of Price agreement whenever I am entering a product. So I tried using CRM_SCHEDULIN_BADI but when I read the order it did not fetch the price agreement internal table at that point (may be price agreement was not created at that point).
Kindly suggest a BAdI in which I can get the price agreement of item (This is in runtime - while entering a product ) so that I can change it and using MAINTAIN I can update the same.

I can't enter any values in JTextField after loading the flash files.

In my application I have two panels. One panel has JTextField and another panel i loaded flash files.
The flash files are build by CS4. I'm using JDIC to load the flash files. While open the application i loaded flash file and I try to enter any input in the textfiled, but I can't. After minimize and maximize the application I can enter the values. This problem happens only after I change the jre version from 1.6 to 1.7.
While loading flash files I'm getting the below exception.
