Trial active but being asked to buy credit

I have recieved the following email.
Skype - Your free trial is activated
Thank you and congratulations on setting up your free trial of a subscription. You can now start calling numbers included in your subscription, and stop worrying about time, distance, or cost. A fair usage applies.
If you find you love reaching phones with Skype you won't have to do a thing to continue. We'll activate your subscription and set up a recurring payment at the end of your free trial.
However, when I try to call the UK from Peru, I am being asked to buy credit.
Please could you let me know why this is happening.

Have you received the email saying that it's available and have you paid for the album ? You are not charged when you pre-order an item, you are only charged when it's released. If you have/had a balance and/or credit card on your account then iTunes should have been able to collect the payment for it and it should show in your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store
In which case does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option non your computer's iTunes download it, and/or does it show in the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage for downloading ?

    I have run into this before. Click on "license this product" on the Trial countdown screen.
    Sign in if asked with your Adobe ID/Password  The Cloud is an option for those who do not have a serial number license. It isn't mandatory.
    Then look for the "I have a serial number" option.
    And enter it from there and activate. Your trial should convert to Photoshop Standard or Extended depending on the serial number.
    Of course migrating or restoring from Time Machine does break licensing.
    So aside from uninstall, run the Cleaner tool Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
    and use Disk Utility to verify your disk and run a "Repair Permissions" before install.

    In most cases, this issue is caused by a formatting error in the billing address that you have provided. You can correct the issue by verifying that the information you have provided is correct, or by changing the format of your address to match the format that your credit card company has on file.
    You can verify and/or modify your billing address by following these instructions:

    Your account shows that your call to a landline in Korea was successful. Your call to a cellphone in Korea was not successful as this call was not included in Unlimited World. To call cellphones in Korea you require Skype Credit.
    TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
    I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

    created an account , used a credit crd , got confirmation from MS Azure,

    I logged in and was able to go to portal no problem.
    Today I log in but cant get access to portal.
    Get I have no Subscription but when on Subscriptions it says Free Trial , Your free trial expires in 26 days.

    I see that you are trying to log into the accounts portal. Please try logging into the management portal ( Old azure portal ) / Ibiza portal ( New Azure Portal ) using the below links.
    1. Management Portal https://manage.windowsazure.com
    2. Ibiza Portal https://portal.azure.com/ 
    https://account.windowsazure.com is an accounts portal,  only the account owner can login to the account for viewing the billing details etc.,

    I'm installing Acrobat 9 Pro for Windows on a virtual machine on my Mac (running Parallels).  I successfully installed the same program using the same discs on the same Mac previously, but that virtual machine became corrupt and can no longer be launched.  For this re-installation, the installation sequence is asking what version I upgraded from - but as this is not an upgrade, I get stuck at that step and am unable to complete the installation.  What should my next step be?

    This error usually comes up if the serial number you are using is an Upgrade serial number.
    In such a case the installer will prompt to enter the previous qualifying version serial number.
    Please send me a private message with the serial number and I will validate and confirm that for you.
    If you do not have the previous qualifying version serial number then the current serial number needs to be unlocked.

    I recently used fireworks, but at startup it suddenly asked me for my serial number for CS6 master collection. upon entering the serial number it states that this is invalid!
    This is unacceptable. I tried reinstalling, but this does not help either.

    After getting connected to PC and trying to browse the files in my MuVo Slim 28M, I was asked to format the dri've before. I asked someone at the shop and he told me to install the firmware. But there is no way to get the files stored. I bought it about a year and 4 months ago and have been using it properly, i.e., always remove hardware in Window before unplugging.
    Could you please kindly advise if there is any method to get the files? They are important recorded files that I don't want to lose.

    I did an IOS update on my ipad and cannot find my purchased audiobooks. When I go to iTunes to view the audiobooks I've already purchased there's a prompt appears asking " you've already purchased this audiobook, do you want to purchase again?" What should I do?

    Audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store, you will be charged if you redownload them - I think that audible.com supply them all, so I assume that it's them requiring the one-time download.
    If they are no longer in the Music app on your iPad then do you have copies of them in the Books (Audiobooks if using a Mac with Mavericks or Yosemite on it) part of your computer's iTunes library - did you do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases prior to starting the update ? If not, and if they are still in the store and you haven't moved countries since buying them, then you can try contacting iTunes Support and see if they will grant you a redownload :  http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
