Trial download of Acrobat XI Pro fails
I try to download a trial of Acrobat XI Pro. It starts downloading CS6 - over and over. Then it decides to try Elements 13. Then I decide to accept the CS6 downloads. It is an incomplete download, even though it claims to be "complete." I am using Firefox. What is wrong with Adobe's downloads? Have tried this way too many times. Why should a download be such a problem at Adobe?

Trying to download the free trial of Adobe Acrobat XL Pro. I keep getting the message "The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author." I've repeatedly tried getting a new installer file, but get the same message every time.
K_don52 and Ande8135 please remove your current installation of the Adobe Download Assistant and reinstall. You can find more details in the known issues section of Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant.

Hi, I believe I made a mistake when installed Acrobat XI Professional over the CS6 Master version Acrobat X Professional. The result ended up with running a trial version of Acrobat XI Professional. I wanted to upgrade but not using the subscription version, but rather buy the software and own it, like with my CS6 Master Software. Well, I now uninstalled the Acrobat XI Professional and wondering if I now can download the Acrobat X Pro software, install it and use the CS6 Master license number to get going ?
Kind Regards
GunnarWell. After downloading the separate full version of Acrobat X Professional, it could not be installed using the serial # for CS6 Master Collection. I started the installation for CS6 Master Collection and ONLY selected Acrobat X Professional. Voila! Now everything is working.

Do I need to download Adobe Acrobat XI Pro again after using the software on a 30-day trial basis?
You mean, if you now buy it? No. You can enter a license or sign in if you have a subscription and the trial is unlocked.

Having trouble downloading trial version of Acrobat X Pro (still)
I am having trouble downloading a trial version of Acrobat X Pro. My computer won't let me save the file anywhere: I have tried the desktop, my user, and various other folders, but the dialogue box continues to tell me to "try another location". I am using Windows 7 64-bit. Browser is Google Chrome. (I tried Internet Explorer - no luck at all).
Hi,
Can you retry using a different browser. Also, you can read these document for more solutions?

Could not launch a trial version of Acrobat XI Pro due to compatibility even though I'm running Windows 7 on a 64-bit machine. Any ideas why not?
Acrobat XI is a 32-bit process, but should run on a 64-bit machine unless something is set to lock out 32-bit processes.

Trial Version of Acrobat 10 Pro
I am looking at 508 compliance and wanting to test Acrobat Pro. I don't have the Mac OS requirements to run Acrobat XI Pro. Is it possible to get a trial Version of Acrobat 10 Pro?
You can download the trial for Acrobat X from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html
but as ~graffiti mentions, you will never be able to activate it. -
Have Acrobat XI Std, installation of Acrobat XI Pro fails, version incompatibility
Running Windows 7 Pro on work Thinkpad.
Trial version of Acrobat XI Pro as of Dec 4, 2014 is 11.0.07
Licensed version of installed Acrobat XI Std is 11.0.09
Installer downloads, but when the splash panel displays and I press Next, I get the message that a more functional version is available and it bails.
Obvious why the error occurred. Makes me wonder if Pro features are hidden inside Std, the way IBM used to take the DP Manager out to lunch while the CE flipped a switch for more MIPS upgrade. ;-)
I simply want to check out the multi-media features before committing to upgrade.
Will try using another computer, thought you would like to know about the problem.Sadly you cannot run Acrobat Standard and Acrobat Pro at the same time. The message is rather the wrong way round but basically a hint in the right direction.
You would need to uninstall Acrobat Standard. Be sure you have EVERYTHING you need to reinstall including disks and serial numbers before considering this! -
Where is the download for Acrobat X Pro?
I have bought the creative cloud 6 standart and i can not find a download for Acrobat X Pro.
I have downloaded the trial for Acrobrat XI Pro, but my Serial number doesnt work there.
What should i do?
Thanks, KatI am using the download Assistant. And no matter where i click, it only ever gets me to the download of the Acrobat XI Pro, but not the Acrobat X.
Even when you go to the product page of creative suit it tells you try or buy Acrobat X, but when you click try you get to Acrobat XI download.
This is really frustrating, as I purchased this product and am not able to use it. And no body seems to be able to tell me were i can find the right link to download it.
I have tried chatting to the online support team, but they dont deal with Acrobat problems (which took him half an hour to tell me).
I have never encountered a more complicated way of finding all the right downloads.
Is it not possible for you to email me a link to the right download?
Since it is not the newest version it simply isnt available in the download assistant. And i do not want to download the whole package as i already have all other programs i need. -

What's new in Premiere Elements 13?
Premiere Elements 13 is more of a refinement than a major overhaul of Adobe's consumer video editing program. Though there are a couple of cool new features worth noting: • New Guided Edits. Version 13 adds more tasks to its library of Guided Edits
