Trial expired for Creative Cloud Photoshop. So wanted to subscribe to the Photography plan BUT no luck!
Each time I try, I am shown this, "There was a problem processing your order, please contact our Customer Service team on 800 448 1642 for assistance."
You would have expect it to be easier to give your money to Adobe!
Ok. Switch from Chrome to Safari. That solved it.

I'm in the trial period for Creative Cloud - I have about 19 days to go on Photoshop CC on my iMac. Can I use the same CC trial on a second machine? Specifically on a Windows 7 machine?
Nothing personal to you or Rajshee, but this is exactly why I absolutely despise these "community forums" (not just Adobe but any company). I called the Tech Support phone line today after digging and digging for a phone number, and they told me the exact opposite, and they did it a lot faster than it was possible to get a forum response. (That's really not personal, because you can't control that, but it's a fact.)
Their answer: As long as I'm signed in with the same ID, I can try, say, Photoshop CC on my iMac at home and also try Acrobat Pro CC on my Windows 7 machine at work. Same account, same login, one trial.
This makes complete sense to me as I'm financially on the hook (potentially) for the same package. If I give away my login to someone else, which I wouldn't do, I'm still on the hook. This is why the cloud approach to software is such genius and I applaud it.
BTW, 99% of the "community forum" wrong answers come on Microsoft sites, so don't feel bad. -
I have paid for creative cloud, photoshop works fine but it will not let me register lightroom
I have paid for creative cloud, photoshop works fine but it will not let me register Lightroom
Lightroom must be installed via the Creative Cloud Application.
It sounds like you have installed a Perpetual Licensed Version or a Trial Version of Lightroom. Uninstall any versions you have installed of Version 5 and then reinstall via the Creative Cloud App. -
Can I install Adobe Creative Cloud in more than one computer with the individual plan?
I don´t have clear about the diference between individual plan an teams. My questions are:
Can I install Adobe Creative Cloud in more than one computer with the individual plan?
The team plan means that I have to pay for US$70 for each computer that i want to install the creative cloud even if I am the only user?Hi heymarusia,
Yes, you can install and activate Creative Cloud desktop applications on two computers, regardless of operating system, for the individual associated with the Creative Cloud membership. See the product license agreements page for more information.

http://adobe.ly/W3jXCFMy apologies, but I really had no interest in a member's "answer", especially one that is so unhelpful. Assuming that you were responding to me (we are the only two commenter's at this point), I would not be inclined to read the Creative Cloud offers since this is something that I am not interested in. I bought the product the first day of offer, I did not rent it....just like I have in all the years past.

Really aggressive marketing campaign for creative cloud
today my Lightroom informed me that there is an update, and asked me if I would like to download the update. I answered "yes" and was taken to the Adobe website. But, instead of being taken to the Adobe Lightroom download page as has happened with all of the previous updates, this time I was taken to a page about creative cloud. I don't want creative cloud. I only want to update my desktop version. So I tried clicking on the way for the desktop version, which is hidden away down in the bottom right corner of the screen. And that takes me to create a cloud. So I tried going to downloads for Lightroom. And I get taken to creative cloud.
I eventually had to call up Adobe on the phone in order to be able to update my desktop version of Lightroom. I let the agent I spoke with know it was very annoying to be subject to this obviously aggressive marketing campaign for creative cloud. When we were done with the call I thanked him for helping me do on the phone what I couldn't do on the website. I also let him know that it seems like Adobe is trying very hard to steer people to be creative cloud option and away from the desktop option. I also let him know that if Adobe ever does away with the desktop version and the creative cloud version is the only alternative I am gone as a customer. I will use Apple photos or some other product. I will not be forced into a subscription-based service against my will.
GregHave followed up with the customer via email. Working to resolve the problem.

Using Creative Cloud Photoshop Photography program on 2 home computers
I have a license for the Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop Photography Program (Photoshop CC 2014 & Lightroom 5). I believe I should be able to be signed in on both computers at the same time as long as I'm not using Photoshop or Lightroom simultaneously on both pc's. Or, do I have to always be signed out of Creative Cloud on 1 of the computers when using Creative Cloud on the other one?
Looking forward to clarification on this.
Thanks, IanHi
you will be able to use it on two computer flawlessly , i have been using it on two computer and it works great
however if you will try to sign into the third computer them rest two computer are signed out.
so as long as you are signed into computer it will work
here is the supporting document for acrobat subscription , but it work for creative cloud Photoshop as well

Hi. I have set up the trial versions of Photoshop CC 2014 and Lightroom 5.6 (ie the Photography plan) on a desktop that I have added a new drive to with Windows 7. Everything works fine BUT it is an old computer and I'm thinking that it may pack up unexpectedly. These things happen. I want to sign up for the Photography plan but I also have a Windows Vista laptop, and that is old too so I may want to put the apps on a new desktop and a new laptop, having already installed on my desktop. That makes three activations. Am I allowed to do this? Cheers. Paul
You cannot have three activations. It's simply not technically possible. If and when the time comes, you simply deactivate/ sign out on one of the old systems and install on the new one. If the system goes belly up, you contact support to reset your account. No need to make it more complicated than that and overthink it.

Photoshop CS6 asks if I want to continue trial although I am signed up for Creative Cloud 1 year membership
I too am having this problem. I believe I have verified the licence, but still keep getting the same error message:
I've also been locked out of Acrobat, as described by the last user.
I have the CS6 Cloud subscription and am running Windows 7 professional.
I am finding this whole situation very frustrating.
