Trial expired on creative cloud

Hello, I have an account in the cloud, but my programs do not work on my iMac. when I try to use photoshop cc 2014, give notice of trial expired. Ok I created 2 nd account reinstall cloud and gives me the same message. the program ask enter a serial number but I have not received one. Uninstall all adobe product in my iMac , use the adobe clean and reinstall again the cloud with new account but the problem still same again When use some accounts on my macbook work without problem.     Correct, if your trial expired you would need to sign up to continue using the service.

    I'm afraid this'll be one where you need to ring Adobe's support line.  This is a user to user forum and we can't really help on issue to do with purchases and trials.

    Nothing personal to you or Rajshee, but this is exactly why I absolutely despise these "community forums" (not just Adobe but any company).  I called the Tech Support phone line today after digging and digging for a phone number, and they told me the exact opposite, and they did it a lot faster than it was possible to get a forum response.  (That's really not personal, because you can't control that, but it's a fact.)
    Their answer: As long as I'm signed in with the same ID, I can try, say, Photoshop CC on my iMac at home and also try Acrobat Pro CC on my Windows 7 machine at work.  Same account, same login, one trial.
    This makes complete sense to me as I'm financially on the hook (potentially) for the same package.  If I give away my login to someone else, which I wouldn't do, I'm still on the hook.  This is why the cloud approach to software is such genius and I applaud it.
    BTW, 99% of the "community forum" wrong answers come on Microsoft sites, so don't feel bad.

    This is probably a simple issue:
    I logged into my Adobe account to register for a Trial Version of Creative Cloud. 
    I don't know if it took effect--I received no notification or instructions.  But, now the "trial" button is greyed out, so I'm assuming I have it now.
    I see there are options to download various apps in the Cloud.  Shouldn't I just download them all?  (I thought they all came downloaded and ready to run.)
    And, with a trial version, will I be able to add CC to my laptop?  And, if not, can I set up another trial version on my laptop?

    The apps need to be installed selectively. They never install automatically. Once you are signed in, your trial starts  and you can do this on as amny systems as you like.

    I keep getting an error message while atttempting to download a trial version of creative cloud/photoshop CC....it keeps
    saying there is an error rolling back in command....error df036, error df024, error dw063....it also states that some of the files

    Are you by chance already signed in with an existing Adobe ID? If so the Free Plan will be grayed out.
    If you are not signed in the please try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, or even try a different browser.

  • Just downloaded the trial for the Creative Cloud and the desktop icon won't open

    I wanted to try out photoshop before I bought it, so downloaded the trial of the creative cloud and whilst was downloading photoshop, it crashed my laptop, forcing me to restart it and now when I try to open the creative cloud icon on my desktop it doesn't open at all. Can anyone suggest anything please?

    uninstall it using the uninstaller, clean per Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
    and then try reinstalling.
