Trial expired while having active cloud membership

Hello,
I suddenly get the notification that my software trials have expired. This while I have an active cloud membership, so this doesn't make sense. Haven't been using the trials for over 8 months.
Bottomline, I can't start my programs and can't get any work done.

Is it possible that upon deactivating one software program (Illustrator) all the other ones are also deactivated?
I just bought a new iMac and want to install my software on this computer. because I have only 1 license, I need to deactivate them on my old iMac. Now that I',ve done this, I log in into my account, and I can't seem to access the overview screen of my cloud membership where i can see all the icons of the software programs to install.
How do I access this? I think I first need to install the application manager, but don't see where i can do this.

Hi Tom,
Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
Can you launch Adobe Application Manager from either the Start menu (Win) or Applications folder (Mac), sign in with your Adobe ID and install all available product updates.
Can you license products launching in trial by clicking the "License this software" button and signing in with your Adobe ID?

    I keep getting "trial version expired" even though I have purchased the cloud membership around 3 weeks ago.  I did the chat with someone who had me remove my cache, which did work for me to run Photoshop, but not for Dreamweaver.  I installed a patch for the download manager that did not work as well.  I have installed and uninstalled multiple times with no luck, and now have a project due Thursday!!  Please help!!

    I don't think these issues pertain to mine.  There is something getting mixed up between my trail version (expired) and my new Creative Cloud subscription.  Its like it can't see it for some reason.  I was able to get Photoshop to work but Dreamweaver is being stubborn!! Please help my project is now due tomorrow... !! Thanks!

  • Apps are still trial mode although I bought cloud membership yesterday.

    I bought Creative Cloud Membership yesterday but apps are still asking serial number in trial mode.
    Even I did not receive confirmation letter from Adobe. What should I do to use my membership without trial modes?
    I am using Mac OSX 10.9.4 currently.

  • Subscription Expired while still active

    While my annual subscription for Master Collection remains 'Active', with Adobe confirming all payments have been received, my software says 'Subscription Expired' and cannot be used. Tech Support gave me a case number last Tuesday but I am still to hear from anyone at Adobe. Any thoughts are welcome.

    Well, here we are a "user-to-user" forum so really the best thing is to follow through and work with Adobe Customer Support, as they are really the only ones who can help fix a problem like that...
    Normally if there's an initial product licensing issue then customers can just use the software in Free Trial mode for 30 days while things get sorted out - but it sounds like you may already be past that.

However unfortunately I left on vacation before really getting to test the product and when I returned it had already expired. Is there a way to get a new 30 day serial code so I can try out the product? Thanks

    I'm afraid, you won't be able to install the trial on the same computer. The trials are tied to the particular computer they are installed on.
    But you can download and install the trial on another computer.

    We've been paying our monthly renewal without fail (for 2 years), and for the last couple of days we get asked to sign in to stop using a 'trial version' over Photoshop CS6 extended, our creative cloud files are gone, wth is going on here? On Photoshop startup, it askes us to 'liscence this software' or start trial? Has Adobe been hacked again?

    did you try to sign out and after that went back to your CC, by inserting your Adobe ID?

  • Active cloud account but stuck in serial number limbo

    I have an active cloud membership but I am stuck in trial/activation/serial number limbo. This is quite frustrating. From day 1 a trial popup appeared which I hoped was some kind of bug an update would fix. Now the trial (!!) has expired and it asks me for a serial number. Tried to deactive with another app but was disabled in help. I did all installations via the application manager. This is a clean install on this Mac. I used on signup an old CS4 licence I have for the discount.
    Help needed immediately!

    If updating the AAM doesnt work then please check the Hosts File.
    You need to look for Adobe Entries in the Hosts File and if found please delete them.
    Click Go/Go To Folder/ type (/etc) and look for Hosts file.

    I am trying to launch creative cloud apps on 10.7.3 lion imac, but it keeps asking me to license the software, which I have already done. It even shows that subscription is active, but for some reason it keeps taking me back to the trial expired screen. I have already tried uninstallling everything and reinstalling, but that has not solved the issue. Creative Cloud seem to work just fine on my 10.6.8 macbook, but would not work on 10.7.3 iMac. Please help!!! I am so frustrated. I am paying for this and can't even launch an app. I am in the second month of this subscription. First month, everything appeared to be a trial and now it has expired. Now, when I try to license the software, it activates it for me, but it never launces the app. It takes me back to the trial screen. What should I do???

    I hit this same problem. The problem wasn't on my machine: No amount of tweaking locally would fix it, no amount of removing the apps, cleaning, and reinstalling fresh. The problem was on Adobe's servers, where my account had been tagged as being a trial rather than a paying subscription.
    The experience was tremdously frustrating, as most of the techs were worthless and wouldn't read the notes on what came before but simply threw out a random, inapplicable bugfix to try before handing it off to the next tech who would repeat the process. And there was no channel to get past them. Each time they'd tell me they were escalating the case, which became obvious as being a lie after a few weeks. No company has that many tiers of tech support. I was locked out of Illustrator for more than a month, waiting for late replies and meaningless "fixes".
    Eventually my case landed at the desk of an agent who actually cared and kept looking until she found the answer. Thank you, Sarika Behal.

    Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
    If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

    Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

    When I started a trial membership, I opened a catalog on my external hard drive.  Last night I was able to upload new photos to this catalog, but when I went to move to the Develop module, I got an error message that says "Develop Module is disabled.
