hello,
I'm not able to gain trial license key for Oracle 10 g(windows). The application doesn't run propertly. Could somebody help me? I need it just for testing purposes.

How to get Windows Server 2012 trial license key? I'm trying to install WinServer 2012 Trial on a VMWare Workstation 9. I'm asked for the product key during set up. If I ignore putting in the key (since I don't have one) The install fails stating no valid
key. I tried this with Oracle's Virtual Box and the same thing happens. I tried using Majic JellyBean to find the key, but that only works on pre-installed OS. A Technet article said to use aaaa-bbbbb-ccccc-ddddd etc. in the spaces. That doesn't work either.
Articles all over the web seem to have other people in the same boat. Please help :)

Obtaining a trial license key for e-Test

I have downloaded the trial version of e-Test from empirix website today but haven't received any license key for the trial period. No emails have been sent to the specified email address. I have sent a request to [email protected] (with the host id ) requesting a trial key.
Is there any other way to get a trial key?

Creative Cloud Trial - License Key

Hi,
Problem: "trial" version of Adobe apps (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, ...) has expired after 1 month. Still having the question to enter a license key - even if I'm a creative Cloud member.
I tried all steps I've found on the forum. Even reinstalled every application.
Still having the question to enter license key. Although the previous screen shows my correct creative cloud ID.
Anyone help? It's pretty annoying after one month of trying...
Could it be as I'm using a Dutch version of the software?

UPDATE: Solved. Adobe ID language = english / download was Dutch version.
Solution: uninstall Adobe apps, change language in Settings of Adobe Application Manager to same as Adobe ID.
Download apps - activate (if necessary)

I am tring to download a free trial version of Oracle Database 10g or 11g R2 Enterprise or Standard Edition onto my
Windows 7 system that I can install and use. I was able to download a trial copy of 10g R2 Enterprise database but the problem is that I cannot open/install the Oracle program.

Can I use one of them to download the 10g R2 download to Oracle DatabaseUse the above as a workaround to run the installer. However, this does not guarantee that the installation will work smoothly as your OS is not certified.
Again, your OS has nothing to do with the download, you should be able to download the file no matter that OS you are running, but it is about the installation.

i download the free trial of b.o edge series trial, but the evaluation license code is not correct.
i tried to install it several time but i can't..
how come Sap give a incorrect code???

The problem is the keycodes were only valid for 2009. Don't bother trying to call SAP - I spent over an hour and a half on the phone and was transferred to 5 different people only to be told the only solution was to download it again....10 hours later...same problem. The official word is that "Trial versions are not supported" regardless if you tell them you can't very well trial it if it cannot be installed!
You have to change your system date to something prior to July 2009 and install it that way. Unfortunately, everytime you want to 'TRIAL' it, you have to use that system date. Do NOT leave your system date changed and power off your box.
The only key they seem to be sending now is:

You can install it with that key (after changing your date), but to activate/register it, it won't work, so then try this one:
I, for one, am absolutely disgusted with the whole process. MICROSOFT offers much better products all in one suite. Heck, the developer version of SQL Server 2008 (all the features of Enterprise, but only for development purposes) is now under $50! Incredible.

Sorry for the troubles with generating trial keys. We identified and fixed the problem, which was related to platform upgrade on the server where the service runs.
The trial key generation should now work for all the users.

How do you compare Oracle 10G with SQL Server 2005?

We haven't decide to upgrade SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2005 or buy more license for Oracle 10G...

Thank u for ur US$.02Are you evaluating the platform for an in-house development or a database neutral application - if the latter I'd be sorely tempted to find out what the development platform is or read the docs for clues. For example we are looking at a product that supports SQLServer,MSDE and Oracle. In the FAQ "how do I choose between SQLServer and MSDE?", if we do implement it will be on an MS platform.
I consider this probably the most crucial factor since SQLServer and Oracle have different architectural features they tend to generate different development approaches - porting one to the other nearly always hurts the new platform. Plus if I need support I'd be hoping that I got a bug fix from a developer and not from a developer whose fix was then ported.
The same applies to in-house dev obviously, but there at least you can hire people with the right skillset for the app development.

- can i use it in an web site, web site from i can earn money?
- can i use it in a company to keep situation with employes, money transfer, sells, ...... ?
- can i develop apllicationa with 10g XE and after that to sell that apllications?
or do to this i need a license from oracle for oracle 10g standard edition?

Here is some information regarding the Oracle RDBMS versions you mention on your Post:
Oracle XE:
Express Edition (XE) is a free, downloadable version of the Oracle database
server. Oracle XE can only be used on single processor machines. It can only
manage up to 4 GB of data and 1 GB of memory. ISVs can embed XE in 3rd party
products and redistribute it freely.
Oracle Standard Edition:
Standard Edition is designed for smaller businesses and enterprises (This is not free). It
offers a subset of the features/ functionality implemented in Enterprise
Edition. Database options like Data Guard, Partitioning, Spatial, etc. is not
available with Standard Edition (from 10g one can use RAC with Standard
Edition). Standard Edition can only be licensed on servers with a maximum
capacity of four processors.
Oracle Standard Edition One:
Standard Edition One is a low cost (not free), entry-level version of the Oracle
Standard Edition database server. Standard Edition One can only be licensed on

Hi Group,
I download oracle 10g from the oracle site. when I connected to the oracle by using siebel server then it's giving the following error
There is no valid license key in the database
if I press ok
then it's asking for please enter your license key
Please help to get the license key(trial version also ok)..

Oracle database does not use a license key. None. Zip. Nada. Zilch.
You may be getting that question from the Siebel side, and it may be saying that it can not find any appropriate key to run Siebel in the target database
You might want to ask in a Siebel forum.

1st the sata drive cannot be listed as a slave drive to the ide master [key word=ide-can be configured as master OR slave, master IF only 1 hd, master and slave IF 2 hds], on the sata controler you can have master and slave, the ide cable has two connectors for the hds, sata has only 1 hd connector.
are you wanting to install the sata as primary master and move the operating sys to that drive, if so you will need an IMAGING software to move an operating system OR you could do a fresh operating system install to the sata drive then install your programs.

How Do I get a License key for Trial version from the App Store?

I downloaded a Trial version of Aperture 3.1.2 a few weeks ago from the App Store. I love it. Now I want to buy it, but, can't figure out how to get a license key from the App Store. When you start up Aperture Trial version, a 'nag' box comes up asking if you want to buy the application or continue using the trial version or Authorize (I guess that is what you would pick once you have the key). If I pick "Buy", the application opens Safari and takes me to the Apple online store, NOT the App store! At the Apple Store, you can buy the key for $199 or an upgrade from a previous version for $99. Whoopie! What is Apple thinking? The App store is selling Aperture for $79.99. I guess that means you don't get the box or written manuals (which I haven't used for any software in many years).
So how do I get a license key for the App Store version? Do I just Go to the App Store, pay the money, download and install the program over again. Then transfer my trial version library somehow? Then deinstall the trial version? I'd love to buy and use Aperture for $79.99, but, I'm not willing to pay $199 for it. Apple has me confused.
Anybody have a clue?

P.S. I'm quite willing to put in the time and effort necessary to learn Aperture (or any other software I decide to use, "Pro" or not). I simply don't see the value in buying the box version when I'm pretty sure I won't be using any paper manuals. I very comfortable using online help files, having done so as a professional numerical control programmer for many years in my work. For reference, I'm retired, on a limited income and will be using Aperture as a rank amateur photographer who could use a little more horsepower than iPhoto offers.
I'll call Apple tomorrow.
