I need to license an expired CS6 trial that has expired and no longer have the serial number

If you have purchased the software then you should be able to follow the steps listed at http://forums.adobe.com/message/3987968#3987968 to find your serial number on Adobe.com.

  • Deactivating a photoshop cs4 trial license

    Does anyone know how to deactivate a photoshop cs4 trial license?
    Basically i need to deactivate this license so i can use the creative suite 4 i have just bought.
    So every time i try and open the photoshop application, a window opens saying 'license expired'.
    Plus there is no 'help' option at the top of the screen in order for me to deactivate the license, the only option
    reads 'photoshop' containing 'hide this' or 'hide all'.
    The adobe support team have been useless in trying to help me.
    I would be very grateful if someone knew of how to go about deactivating this license.

    Hi again, i have followed your advice but the same thing is happening again. All of the other programs on the
    suite are working apart from photoshop. which keeps saying the license has expired.

    No. of cpus
    ipadderss
    expiry date
    units (means users)
    i hope this would help similrly for cluster setup you give the cluster details .

  • On the Oracle XE BETA Trial License agreement

    Hi all,
    I've got a question concerning the Oracle XE BETA Trial license (I'm referring to the document behind the "License Agreement" link in the "links" pane on the right top of the database home page)
    I understand that the Oracle XE Beta License grants permission to use the product for evaluation purposes. I also understand that the license is for a limited period of time (one month) only. The things I'm not really clear on are these:
    1) the license states that "You may not use the Software for any commercial or production purpose". What exactly constitutes commercial usage? For example, if I were to provide some business service, and want to allow my customers to enter a restricted or otherwise inaccessible web site powered by Oracle XE, Is that commercial usage? After all, people have to pay before they can access the site altough they are not paying for the database - they are paying for my content.
    Also, I though I understood from Tom's podcast that you can redistribute Oracle XE in an embedded form - Does this mean I can't charge money for my own product once I embed Oracle XE?
    2) will the production version have the same limitations regarding commercial usage of the database? What about the limited period of time?
    Any replies are greatly appreciated.

    I already gathered the production release is planned for the end of februari: great news!
    Just to be totally clear on this: does 'production environment' mean that I can legally charge my customers money for use of a web-application powered by XE?

  • Adobe CS6 is now a trial license of extended

    I have multiple end users at my company using various applications.  For the sake of this forum, one of the applications is Photoshop CS6 that was installed and licensed back in 2012.  All of a sudden, the user is getting a trial version of CS6 extended and the trial license has expired.  I've entered in the serial # and it's telling me that it's invalid.  After calling support, they told me that the license # I've provided isn't even associated with Photoshop.  I'm at a standstill and am unsure how to proceed.  It's worth noting that this has also happened with users using Acrobat XI Pro, Framemaker 10, and Illustrator.  They all reported this issue on the same day.  Any help/guidance would be appreciated.

  • Trial License -SBO 8.8 PL09

    Hi All,
    I was using SAP Business One 8.8 PL0 with a trial license(30 days) and it was working fine.
    2 days back I have completely uninstalled the same and thereafter installed SAP Business One 8.8 PL05(Full Version) and immediately upgraded it to PL09.
    But whenever I am trying to create any company account in SBO 8.8 PL09, it is not allowing me to select the localization and hence I am not being able to do so.
    Next, if I create a Company account with the Solution Packager, the company account is getting created, but I am not being able to open any forms after moving into the company account.
    Whenever I am trying to do so, its throwing the error message 'You cannot window (Form Name & ID) with your current license'.
    Is not possible to use SAP Business One 8.8 PL09 with trial(30 days) license? If yes, then form which PL the same has been restricted?

    There are no billing issues, I have checked it.
    Adobe CC does not require serial number, to install & activate it, please go to www.creative.adobe.com .Download, install & activate it from there.
    Please let me know if it is asking for serial number when you are trying to activate the CC.

    I finished downloading the free trial for the adobe CS6 extended version and it asked for a license number.
    I checked my email and there was nothing. What should it do?

  • Obtaining a trial license key for e-Test

    Hi,
    I have downloaded the trial version of e-Test from empirix website today but haven't received any license key for the trial period. No emails have been sent to the specified email address. I have sent a request to [email protected] (with the host id ) requesting a trial key.

    I think you have to do a complete uninstall of Ultimate, and then re-install Professional.

    Ive the following problem and hopefully someone can help :-),
    Im using Adminstudio v8.5 with ZCM 10.1.3 on a developer PC to create MSI packages. After a reinstall of the PC I installed Adminstudio v9. At start of Adminstudio I get the message: "Trial license has expired". Ok, I typed in my license key and I got the answer that everything is fine, but no way, at the next start of Adminstudio the procedure started again. So I am hanging in a loop and there is no way to work with Adminstudio.

  • Trial license expired, but have new key

    Hello,
    We are running an OEM'd version of Business Objects Enterprise from within a 3rd party application as a trial.  The Business Objects reports worked a few weeks ago.  However, now when I try to log onto InfoView, I receive:
    Sorry, you do not have the right to execute this action. If you require this right, please see your system administrator.
    I believe the trial license has expired.  I have received a new license key from our sales rep which is supposed to be valid until 1/1/2010.  However, since our current license has expired, I can't logon to update the expired license with the new key.
    How do I go about updating the expired license key?  What app would I run using what user/password?

    You can always login to the CMC with the built in Administrator account and change license keys from there. It works even when there is no license key.

    Good morning,
    I know that this forum is to help out with technical related
    problems, but I have a problem relating to the expiration of the 30
    day trial license. I've downloaded the 30 day trial version from
    the Macromedia website. Well it's been more then 30 days since I've
    installed, so my trial version has expired. No need to worry right,
    I have a serial number. Well after entering my serial number for
    the purchased copy of Captivate, the next screen prompts me for the
    previous version's serial numbere.
    Here is where my problem lies. Where would I find that serial
    number? And why would I have a serial number if it was only a
    downloaded 30 day trial version? When you install the 30 day trial
    version, you are prompted to enter a serial number.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Indeed you are correct about the use of the forum. However, I
    believe you are now in an area where only Adobe support can help
    you out. From what I understand about Captivate, you just pop the
    serial number in and poof! the trial is converted to the real deal.
    As this is a new purchase and you aren't seeking support with
    use of the product after successful installation, I wouldn't
    imagine you would incur any support fees by contacting them. Give
    this link a try and
    hopefully they can help.
