Trial membership + $29.99 membership offer?

I was wondering if I try the iCloud for a month, if I could still take advantage of the $29.99 membership offer for a year at the end of that period?

iCloud is an Apple service. Using iCloud will not have any impact on using our service.

    You uninstall it the same way as you would uninstall any other application, there's nothing special that needs to be done other than you need first to logout of the Creative Cloud from the CC Desktop Application.
    On Windows use the Control Panel>Programs & Features, select "Adobe Lightroom 5" in the list and click on the Uninstall button which appears at the top of the list when you have selected the program.
    On OSX, drag the Adobe Photoshop 5.app from the Applications folder to the Trash.
    Once uninstalled, restart your system, open the CC Desktop App, Login to your Adobe account, then on the Apps tab you should see Lightroom 5 with the "Install" button. Click on it and the install process will commence. Once complete, you're good to go.

    I have an Adobe Creative Cloud membership, at least I am being charged for it each month.  I downloaded PS6 twice.  Each time after 30 days, PS won't open. It says my "trial membership" has expired. I can uninstall PS6 and redown load it using my Creative Cloud membership.  I already did this once.  But this is a pain.  How can I get PS6 to recognize that I have a regular Creative Cloud membership, not a trial membership.

  • Problem converting free trial membership to membership for teams

    I initially registered for the trial membership almost 1 month ago. 2 weeks ago I received an email to activate my creative cloud membership for teams (using same email as the free membership). I clicked on the invitation link in the email.
    However, when I log into creative cloud, it still says I am on the trial membership. Moreover, I cannot activate Photoshop CC.
    If someone could help me out with this issue or point me in the right direction, it would be very much appreciated.

    Hi Jeff. Yes I have contacted my team administrator and he has sent me another invite by email. When I click on the accept invitation link in the email, it leads to the creative.adobe.com website and asks me to sign in with my adobe ID as the first step before I can accept team invitation. The problem is that when I try to sign in, the form fields get disabled and the spinner image is shown and nothing else happens.

    Is there any way to extend a trial membership. My computer had major performance issues during the trial and I think it was related to some OS issues. The trial expired but I now have new OS, new hard drive, etc.

    There is no way to extend a trial.  You would have to create a new ID in order to start anew.  The new OS and drive are likely to provide the clean slate for you to initiate a new trial installation.

    Sign out from Creative Cloud desktop application and Sign in with email ID using which you had purchased subscription .

    I am having extreme difficulty in trying to build a website applicable to the 5 websites offered within Adobe Creative Cloud Membership?     Frankly Adobe Support is some of the worst support I have ever seen. They do have a few shining stars and some do have good experiences. (I have had good and bad) and I will add Business Catalyst Support is top notch and is also separate from regular Adobe Support.

    Did you enter the serial numbers when installing the products? Have you 'signed in' with your Adobe ID when first running the programs?

    CC products will not have any effect on your installed CS 6 products.
    They will be installed separately and will not override CS 6 versions.
