You can still download a free Premiere Elements 11 tryout from the following web site

But, you must read carefully the "Note: Very Important Details" section so that you do not run into Access Denied message.
But, this web site will not sell you the product. It just lets you tryout out Premiere Elements 11. If you wanted to purchase Premiere Elements 11, you would need to find yourself an authorized reseller in order to purchase Premiere Elements 11. There may be online locations where the product is still in stock. But...not Adobe.
If you did go for that arrangement, you could
a. uninstall the Premiere Elements 11 tryout and install the purchase product
or
b. leave the tryout installed and just insert your purchased serial number into it.

Trouble downloading trial Premiere Elements 11
I have tried to download Premiere Elements 11 trial. I siccessfully did the Adobe Download assistant, but when I went to get the elements 11, it wasn't there. I found a folder that is named Adobe Premiere Elements, but it has two subfolders, one that has ReadMe files in it, thge other is labeled PRE 11. That file had a setup.exe file, which I tried, but it installed Photoshop 11 instead.
How do I get the Premiere Elements 11 (or ten) installed?

Trying to download trial Premiere Elements
and I'm getting an error message to the effect that I don't have enough disc space. I have 60+G on the OS disc adn 153G on the data disc. What is the problem? Have I chosen the wrong video editing software? I'm using Windows 7 32 bit.

Thanks for following up. I'd been hunched over the computer trying to
figure out what to do next, and I took a break. The Download Assist did not
give me a choice. I just clicked 'Download' and a nanosecond later it said
'There's not enough room,' and that was it. After that everything was
pretty much frozen. Tomorrow, I'll try to download it directly. Do you
have a suggestion for a destination? - The data drive or the data drive?

Help with Premiere Elements 12
Hi I am really struggling with Adobe Premiere Elements 12 - I used the trial reasonably well, but when I changed to the full version things started going wrong - I removed it off my computer 3 times and redownloaded it, but I can't get it to work - I have used Premiere 3 for years with no problems and if my old computer hadn't died I would still be using it,I upload from a Sony mini dv camcorder through a firwire, I hope I don't have to change my camcorder too. I can see the upload through the little screen at the front - but it won't go to my timeline or save - I have contacted support twice to be told try again later when more technical people are there - I have been struggling for over a week now - getting nowhere - need help

I have just bought a new HP Pro pavilion Core i3 500gb Hard drive win
pro 7 - I have had a Radeon HD6670 1gb graphics card fitted - also a
Star tech com 2 port PCI express 1394 Firewire card - 2X 6-pin female
Before changing my computer - I used premiere elements 3 without any
problems, but my old computer was 6 years old and kept crashing when
burning DVD's so I decided to get a new one - and I obviously needed to
upgrade my software as 3 was very old hat. So I trialed premiere
elements 12 for a while and managed to use it apart from the fact I
could not upload on the HDV camera bit it kept saying no HDV camera
connected - but if I clicked on the DV camera it took it and also
showed on the timeline and saved as individual clips and not one full
continuous clip (which now after I have after I bought the full adobe
12 software it will not load or save my videoing) I use a Sony HDV mini
dv camcorder HDR-HC9 - When I go into settings it is set on
PALavchd-fullhd108I25 but then it says no HDV camera connected and no
DV camcorder connected but if I set it to PAL DV widescreen 48khz - it
says no HDV camera - but if I add to the DV camera -it shows my
videoing on the little screen on the front, but not on the back screen
or on the timeline and it won't save, I couldn't manage to edit my
videoing when it was in one continuous clip ( I think I may have done
something - don't know what though as the first time when I was
trialing it - it was in individual clips and the second time i tried it
had changed to being in one long clip!!) - I want it to show on the
timeline and be able to edit each individual clip as I did before
a) I have removed all the software 3 times and reloaded it - but I just
keep getting nowhere apart from really stressed out with it all - I
think it is installed properly - although at one stage it was telling
me that it was uninstalling the software - but I have a shortcut for
both Premiere elements and premiere photoshop (not even tried to use
that yet) and yes it is installed to the default local disk c location
b) yes to both slow opening and closing
c) not sure what you are asking me here - unless I have answered it

I am hoping to get in touch with Adobe again tomorrow after work as
each time I have contacted them I have been told the people who can
help me weren't available at the times I was on line ( it has been too
early 8am this morning or too late 8pm the other evening) - I tried to
ring them after 9 last week it took me over 6 minutes pushing buttons
before I got put in a queue which I had to leave or I would have been
late for work.
I am presuming you are nothing to do with Adobe - so I can only say
thank you very much for attempting to help me - I do appreciate it as I
have been getting very stressed and frustrated with it all as
everything takes forever and I don't really have that much time to mess
with it and I am not very good with reading some of the instructions as
a lot of it doesn't make sense - I am better when I am shown how to do

Installation went with no problems

KonradWelcome to the forum.
As your system setup will likely be much different from that of Konrad's, I would start a new thread, and in it, list the full system in detail, as Konrad did. This ARTICLE will give you tips on the info that would be very useful.
In Konrad's case, the C:\ was filled to about capacity, so could well have been a contributing factor. That is why full I/O specs. will be very, very useful.

Adobe Premiere Elements 12 Deactivates - 32767 Trial Days Remaining - Windows System
I understand the problem I am having has affected Mac users in the past. I am on Windows (64 bit system). I installed Premiere Elements 12 (upgraded from the trial edition) in February 2014 and now it is asking me to upgrade my trial version, which it says has 32767 days remaining. After I enter the serial number I am asked to do so again and again (trial version with 32767 days remaining). Certain functionality no longer works.
I tried to download the installation software again but there are 404 errors on the download page. I do not have a downloaded installation file.

I was only able to download 252mb of a 1.2 gig file, then had to restart the download the next day because I had used the direct links for file 1 and 2 at the bottom of that initial pop up as can be seen by the two download windows to its right, if you need to resume your download because of lost internet connection or time reasons you`ll have to start again,,
however once akamai has installed automatically, or you downloaded and installed manually, you`ll get this download window when you attempt downloading premiere elements 8 (or any other adobe software).
once the download is complete a golden yellow tab will read "install now" in the akamai downloader window,
unfortunately for me I received the following error on installation, even if trying to install to different folder I get the same error,
trying to manually open the file gets me this error
so far this has been a breeze,

Premiere Elements 12 trial opens then closes
Hello, I just downloaded the trial for Premiere Elements 12. When I first open the program and click new project, the program opens then a window pops up that says "Please Log-In with an Admin account to access Adobe Premiere Elements" I am the only user on the computer and always have been so I know I am using an Adminstrator account. As an alternative I tried opening the program as Administrator. This time when I click new project, the program opens, then just closes with no pop up.

Recent posts have pointed to a 2 video card set up as being problematic for Premiere Elements 12. That is why I asked back in post 11 of the thread that you joined
c. What is the specific AMD Radeon Graphics Card that you have? In Device Manager/Display Adapters/, is it just that one card that you see named there? If you go to the Driver tab of the card, what is the driver version number and date?

I took that to mean that your computer used just that one video card.
Moving forward,
1. Did you update the AMD driver that you had using the AMD utility that identifies the update that you need? If so, what is the date and version number for the driver that the AMD utility recommended? That AMD utility is described in a link that I posted for you in a prior post in this thread.

The problem seems to be something else now. I updated the Graphics Driver and now when I start premier elements it says incompatible Graphics Driver found and shuts off
please delete the BadDrivers.txt file to determine if that has any impact on the situation. The path to the BadDrivers.txt file in Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 64 bit is

and in the 12.0 Folder is the BadDrivers.txt file that you delete. After you open a Premiere Elements project, the program will generate a new BadDrivers.txt file with the problem hopefully gone. Be sure to be working with Folder Option Show Hidden Files, Folders, and Drives active so that you can see the complete path cited.
The rationale behind the deletion of the BadDrivers.txt file is given in post 10 of this older thread.

Welcome to the forum.
Im also needing to just edit the photos but adding text. Nothing fancy. I just want to make some flyers.
For editing photos, to be output to the printed page (whether by a commercial printing service, or a desktop printer), I strongly recommend Photoshop Elements (PsE).
If you need to output to a video file, then Premiere Elements (PrE) can possibly do what you want, but not for the printed page - at least not easily, and with the ultimate results. First, Video is not dependent on DPI/LPI (Dots Per Inch, or Lines Per Inch), where printed material will be. Also, while PrE can output a Still Image, the quality, when printed, will be far less, than what one can obtain with PsE.
Do you currently have Photoshop Elements on your computer, or only Premiere Elements?

PrE 12. How to deal with black screen "Created with Adobe Premiere Elements trial version"?
I'm really considering purchasing PrE 12 and would like to try it out. (I have another video editing software and would like to try this one.)
When I add video, I get a black screen "Created with Adobe Premiere Elements trial version". When I hit play, I can hear audio, but I don't get any video (just the black screen). Is there a work around, a setting that I can change, or is the trial version supposed to show the black screen?

I installed the SW in two different notebooks. Unfortunately I get the same message on both notebooks.
