Trial serial numbers
I have downloaded a trial version of elements 11 and the installer is asking for the serial number, i don't have one as I can tell. Can anyone help?
There are no serials for trials. You have chosen the wrong install option or a system problem. try again.

I have the Photoshop Photography Program and now every time I try open Photoshop CC it asks me for a Serial Number. It keeps saying my trial period has ended. How can I get this working since Adobe doesn't issue Serial Numbers for CC.

I have just checked your account and found that you indeed have bought a Creative Cloud for Teams subscription but you have assigned the single seat to another user hence you ( If you are using your own Adobe ID ) are getting the trial error message.
Two options : Either reassign the seat to your self or add an additional seat and invite your self in the same Team.

Upgrade Trial Version - serial numbers??
My Lightroom 5 trial ran out, so I marked the BUYoption when launching, and was sent to adobe where I bought a Lightroom upgrade. I downloaded and installed exactly as it said in the receipt email. But when trying to launch Lightroom I am asked for two serial numbers, the new one, which I have, and the number for the previous version. But I can't seem to find a serial number for my trial version anywhere? Does anyone have an idea on where to look or what to do? Thank You:)
There is no serial number for a trial version. You've apparently purchased an upgrade copy of LR5, which you should only do if you already have an earlier version (e.g. LR4). That's what you're being asked for - the serial number from the previously purchased copy. If you don't have an earlier version then its just not going to work...
You'll need to contact Adobe customer services to sort this out and have to pay for the full version, not the cheaper upgrade version.

I migrated everything from my Snow Leopard iMac to my new Lion iMac and now when I launch anything in CS5 like Photoshop the Adobe Manager pops up and wants my serial numbers or to start a trial version. I don't have my CS5 serial numbers but wouldn't they migrate over with everything else?

I was using a 30 day trial of the lightroom 5 but decided to buy the full version. When I go to download it, it asks for 2 serial numbers but I only have 1?
you bought the upgrade version meaning you have a previously purchased lightroom. after entering your lr5 serial number you're being prompted for that previous version's serial number.
enter the correct number at the correct time and installation will proceed.
if you made an error and do not own a previous version, Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order -

My computer has died and I've had to by a new one. I have a creative cloud account registered under my email <Removed by Moderator> for both Photoshop CC and Lightroom 5 which I pay for via Direct Debit.
I no longer have the Creative Cloud app but downloaded both programs to my new iMac. Photoshop works fine but Lightroom is still on trial purchase and asks for serial number. My account page on your site has no record of my CC account and shows no serial number for my purchased products. (It only lists a previous purchase of Lightroom-4)
How can get the serial numbers to my purchased products when they don't appear on my account settings on your website. Do I need to close my account a open a new one?Hello Ratandeep
I pay £8.57 for my Creative Cloud purchases of both Photoshop CC and
Lightroom-5 via my Barclays Bank Account to Adobe in Ireland. The last
payment was 13 Aprii 2015. Two weeks ago.
Now I have a new computer. I can sign into my Creative Cloud but it says I
have a 'Creative Cloud free account' as I'm using trial versions. I do not
have a redemption code as I must of lost it when my old computer died. I
can get online so that is not an issue.
When I sign in to my account the Creative Cloud products do not appear
under my purchases so I cannot view serial numbers or change the credit
card I pay with. It seems that your website and my account section do not
know I am making regular monthly payments for CC.
If you check I am actually making the payments as I describe can you please
let me have my serial numbers.

We subscribed to Adobe Creative Cloud last October, purchasing a single copy of Illustrator and Photoshop.
The Web developer we had subsequently left the company, and I removed and re-assigned the products to our new Web developer in the Adobe Creative Cloud admin console and sent the 'welcome' emails to him.
He said the mails weren't sent, so I re-removed and re-added him in the console but although it states the welcome email has been sent, the user is still marked as pending?
James has fried to use the products, both of which show up as trial versions, asking for the serial numbers to be entered to unlock the full products & I don't have any record of them, nor can I find them under the CC profile?
I purchased the software through Softcat and received confirmation emails from Adobe that the products were activated and ready to download.
What have I done wrong?

Keeps asking for serial numbers after I joined Creative Cloud for students
I changed the language in creative cloud to English but nothing has changed.

and activate with your serial number.
if you have a problem starting the download, you didn't follow all 7 steps, or your browser does not accept cookies.
the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version. -
Hello,
I have the serial numbers from when I applied with my Student ID, but when I applied, I had only trialled two instances of the Creative Suite.
I'm just curious will these serial numbers work on the entire creative suite or only the two programmes I have trialled already?
If not, what will happen if I uninstall and reinstall everything?
Or will I be ok just installing the other programmes on the suite and using the serial numbers for them too?

Sarah.Did you install the trial of the same suite you purchased? If so then you can simply enter the serial number when prompted. If not then you would want to remove the programs already installed and install from the installation files which correspond to your purchase.

I need do download Photoshop Extended from my adobe account. I bought it in 2011 when I live in Canada and was using a windows based laptop. I now live in South Africa and use a Mac. I can only access my products and serial numbers. How do I download???
As long as you have a legitimate serial number, you can just download a trial version of the version you need from the public Adobe site, install it and input your valid serial number upon installing it.
You will need to apply all available updates, as all downloads are of the original release.
The Extended and the Standard version of Photoshop are one and the same binary. It's your serial number that makes it Extended or Standard. -

I downloaded first the trial version of Photoshop, after 30 days finished but the icon still remained.
Now, when purchased a creative suite 4 Designe premium, installed, all programs are fine, just the photoshop not working, asking for serial number but when I type the right numbers, doesn`t accept.
What can I do? any idea?
to uninstall the photoshop and install again?

Sometime ago I found a copy of Photoshop 5.5 (both the APPLICATION and TRAINING) CD's in trash. I finally am getting around to try to use this, but I do not have a serial number. I have the original CD's, not illegal copies - how can I get serial numbers to use to get this program working?
Sorry to say you are out of luck.
The serial numbers came on the cd case. If they are no longer there, you have no way of using the program except as a 30 day trial. Adobe does not sell CS5 licenses any more.
