TRIAL SOFTWARE?????

I have purchased and used CS6 Design and Web Premium software. I've used it for a while, and suddenly, it's telling me that I will lose access unless I re-register the product. I've tried to do that but it's not accepting my serial number. I have a valid receipt and serial number.
I tried reaching customer service by phone, but my first call was unsucessful, and today a 2 hour wait!
What can I do to unwind this.?
Is there anywhere to actually talk to a person?

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.  If the phone is failing you, try chat...

    When I launch Premiere Pro CC 2014   (on a PC, windows 7.1, 64-bit) I get this message:
    Sign in requiered. Please sign in with your Adobe ID.
    Also on screen is a text that is headlines:
    Terms and conditions for trial software.
    I have been using my subscription for more than two months without a problem.
    When then trying to enter the program this way, A new message
    comes up sayin:
    Please connect to the internet and retry.
    Wierd!
    I have been through the Q&A on these isscues and talked to support
    but nothing seems to help!
    Please, anyone!
    Been like this for weeks and now I really need to use Premiere.

  • Paid subscription but account says I have a CC free membership with trial software!!

    Hello, I purchased the $9.99 per month PS & Lightroom bundle at the start of the year and I my payments are current but my PS tells me my trial has expired and it asks me to license my software! It was working fine until about a month ago when it updated and now I get the message I just spoke described. Lightroom works and updates fine! When I go to manage my account it tells me I'm on a Creative Cloud Free membership and I only have access to trial software. Please help!!

    I have noticed that I receive my payment receipts through my work email but I believe I'm logged into CC app via my hotmail account. Could this be the problem? I have some pics attached showing what my CC is showing.
    Sorry to be a pain but I'm getting busier with work and this is a major problem which I needed sorted ASAP please!! Hope you can help.

  • Photoshop CC (not a trial) is asking for my Adobe ID, saying it's trial software

    I've been using Photoshop CC since last August. Suddenly, this morning, opening Photoshop CC requires my Adobe ID; it's telling me that this is required for trial software. Huh? I've been paying every month to get... a trial? This is news to me.  Any idea how to get this to stop?

    Welcome to the club. The whole CC licensing subsystem is crawling with bugs, and this is one of the most annoying. Which is too bad, because it's a brilliant and very user-friendly system when it works as advertised.
    The CC forum is full of this. The latest official fix seems to be this one. This particular fix is Windows only (didn't help me on Win 7 though). But Macs are affected equally:

    But the diagnosis given there seems to be correct. I'm signed out whenever I connect a certain external USB drive. So I don't do that, and since I stopped doing it I have remained signed in. Others have been signed out changing network connection. The common element seems to be a slight change in hardware status.
    I'm sitting it out, waiting for an update or a more conclusive fix.

    A large majority of Adobe Trial Software Packages, including After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and Illustrator, contain a time-out bug which will affect people who launch the trial for the first time in June 2008. Users who launch a trial application for the first time in June 2008 will be given only one day, rather than 30 days, to trial the software.
    When you open the trial version of an Adobe program, you are warned that the trial will expire after one day. When you open the trial after that day, the trial has expired.
    If you decide to purchase the product in June, instead of having 30 days to activate your product, you only have one day to activate.
    Users who first launched their trial before June 2008 are not affected.
    Adobe have released a Trial Repair Tool, which will grant 65 days of trial use for users who have launched in June 2008. Download the Repair Tool here:

    No. Get used to it. It's called progress. No offense, but generally I get the impression that you are looking for something that nobody realyl will be able to help you with. If your whole workflow is based on outdated trial versions (and that includes your old AutoCAD), it begins to smell like you have done that for a while now and only now it doesn't work and then we are quickly approaching the sign that says "Piracy town, next crossing left". Either that, ore you are stuck with a 10 year old computer, in which case you will have to straighten out that first.

  • Screen locks up when I try to download trial software from internet

    Everytime I try to download trial software from a manufacturer's site (several different ones, including through the Apple main site.), I get as far as the download start page, click on download now, and the screen goes grey, the cog wheel keeps spinning and I get nowhere. I have tried using different wifi access points and have also tried using firefox... Each time I get the same result. The only difference is that I get a message on a white page when using firefox, which says..: this is a message from my plugin , http/: html>?    Does anyone have ay suggestions.....? Chris.

    Since this is happening on both Firefox and Safari, my guess it's the router. Check the routers' manufacture website for support.

How do I get it to just open normally and know that I own PSE 12?

  • Trial Software Won't Run

    have downloaded both Contributre and Photoshop as trials and both downloads went smoothly, as well as installation. However, on both programs, at the screen that displays the option to enter a werial number or select the trial, when the trial is selected, I receive an error message that says "a problem was encountered when trying to load the trial period..." and only gives me the option of purchasing a serial number. Seems to me that kind of defeats the purpose of downloading the "trial" software.
    I am running Windows Vista w/SP1 and McAfee v. 12.1
    Does anyone know why this error occurs on both software programs (Photoshop and Contribute) and how to solve the problem so I can evaluate the software?

    I've been struggling with this problem for weeks. I had a working Vista laptop with a 65 day trial of CS3. I passed it on to one of my customers. After a week, they decided they hated Vista and wanted XP instead.
    After finally getting rid of Vista, I installed a copy of XP Pro after have formatted the partition Vista was on. I presumed that I would be able to re-install the trial version of CS3. Well it installed fine but I got exactly the same message as Karen reported.
    I've worked in IT for 20 years and I have tried EVERYTHING I know to get this damn thing to work! How come there is nothing on Abobe's support about this.
    My customer was entitled to the 65 day trial (this, by the way was granted due to an error in their downloads in June) so I really cannot see how this program is being prevented from working. There has to be something installed somewhere on this laptop that "remembers" the fact that a previous installation occurred. The only place it could be, that is inaccessible, is the Boot Sector, which seems to me a bit of an extreme measure!
    If anyone hears anything else about this, I would be glad of the info!

    I had installed  a trail of Adobe Acrobat XL Pro from your  US site . the trial has expired . before it expired I purchased  Adobe Acrobat (order number AD004320954AU from your Australian store) and am having trouble activating it as the XL Pro trail software seems to be overridng my purchased softwae.     Have you tried signing in to your adobe account and checking "My Account" details? First check your "registered products", if it doesn't show your purchased product registered, go to the "My Orders" page and make sure your purchase was registered under your account. If your order isn't there, and your product doesn't show as registered, then I would make sure you used the same same adobe account (email address and password) to purchase the product as when you downloaded the trial product, does this make sense? If you didn't create an adobe account (I think the trial product allows you to skip this action), make sure you go back and sign in to the trial product with your new adobe account information...this is how everything links together with adobe products.

    I have recently bought an iMac 2008 model, and live in the wilds of Cumbria, UK. I cannot download any of the following being on dial up internet and with an unstable line and a projected very low speed broadband internet connection :-
    Aperture Trial ( projected time to download - 3days, 20hours !)
    Aperture plug-ins trial software
    10.5.4 upgrade
    Quicktime v7.5 upgrade
    I recently visited the 'local' Apple store at Trafford Centre ,Manchester (round trip of 4 hours) who kindly downloaded to CD a trial copy of Aperture l but after input of the serial number obtained from Apple would not open on my computer. The staff at the store were and always have been very helpful, and suggested that this problem arises from protective anti pirating software restricting the software from working on a computer other than the downloading computer.
    They kindly further suggested that I take my computer into the Apple store and they would update my machine and go through Aperture at the same time. ( What fantastic service we get from Apple )
    As an alternative to such a long trip, I am loath to take my computer into an internet cafe for obvious reasons, and friends with suitable computers are the same distance away.
    Are downloads of updates and trial software available on CD, without the restrictive anti piracy software ?
    Any suggestions gratefully received !

    Hi guys,
    Problem still not resolved taken my 2nd Nano inside the space of a week to the shop.Now on inano 3.This time I,m not installing updatetor 2006/3/.Everytime I.ve downloaded this updater,it has locked my inano from itunes and frozen the compeltion of the updatetor.I,m not going back to take another nano back to the shop.Beware folks,none of the technicians in the could resolve this problem.
