Hey,
I purchased the Creative cloud complete package but i am still prompted that my applications are only the trial versions when i open them.
I tried going through all the different solutions i could find but none of them have managed to fix my problem

  • Application Manager from trial-version still popup when Acrobat X Pro opens

    Hello Support,
on my mac I installed the german trial-version of the Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium.
Then I decided to use your english version of Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium Subscription Edition. I bought, downloaded and installed it. Every program like Photoshop, Illustrator etc. is working fine. But when it comes that Acrobat® X Pro has to open a PDF then every time the Application Manager from the german trial-version pops up and please me to buy the german version.
Is there a way to stop this annoying progress?
    Greetings from Berlin, André

Deactivate the whole suite and Acrobat with erasure of the serial, uninstall it, run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool, reinstall and activate again.

  • Iwork 05 trial version and iwork 06 purchase failure.

Help. When I purchased my powerbook G4 it came with the trial version of iwork 05. After getting around to trying it and getting hooked I decided to purchase it. Well, all I could find was iwork 06. So I bought the code to unlock (not the disc version) and every time I put the code (copy and paste from confirmation e-mail) in I get the message that I have an invalid key. I've done the upgrades for iwork 05 and still get the invalid key error message. If anyone can provide assistance...

iWork '06 doesn't update iWork '05, they sit in separate folders (with the respective names) so you have to launch Pages or Keynote from the iWork '06 folder to get to the appropriate dialog for entering the key.
iWork '06 keys will definitely not be recognized by iWork '05 or vice versa, they seem to be totally different applications.
If you're still having trouble you might want to go to /Library/Preferences/ and delete the com.apple.iWork plist file. Also, when you copy and paste from the confirmation email you may want to make sure you're not getting additional characters. iWork is quite finicky about needing the dashes, and the right case (I think)

  • How to implement a time-limited trial version of application?

    Hello
I am working on a trial version of my application for Windows Phone 8.1 Runtime.
I based my code on this MSDN tutorial:
    https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/xaml/dn532253.aspx
It clearly mentions here about a trial-period of an application.
However, when I launched the Store Dashboard, I didn't see any places in which I could set the trial-time period. There's only one checkbox turning on or off an ability for users to download a trial version.
Is it possible for Windows Phone Runtime to make a time-limited trial version of an application? For example - after 48 hours it would block itself from using it.
The important thing is to make sure the trial does not restart when user reinstalls the application (as if it could be done if I used AppSettings for validating a first-app run time).
    Thanks in advance

For windows phone you have to implement your own way to check if the trial is over and apply the action yourself. Although on windows 8.1 store does what you want automatically.

  • Upgrade trial version using code from purchased discs?

I recently purchased the adobe photoshop elements 12 & adobe premiere elements 12 package. When I tried to load the software onto my computer, it wouldn't work. I purchased the software from Amazon and they suggested (before returning the software) that I try downloading the trial versions and use the code from my discs to upgrade to the full version. Is this possible?

It is worth a try - normally it will work....
You can download the trial version of the software thru the page linked below and then use your current serial number to activate it.

  • HT3396 Difficult transition from trial version of Numbers to purchased app version - not recognised by existing spreadsheets!

Having used the trial version of Numbers and then purchasing the app, which has been installed, I can no longer save or print existing spreadsheets as I get a message to say the trial version has ended.  I have tried to register the purchased version but it requires a Marketing Part Number as part of the process which does not appear to be provided either with the app or with any separate e mail confirmingthe purchase.
How can I get the purchased app version to be recognised by existing spreadsheets??

    Hi Chris,
There are a number of paths from the trial to a functioning full version of iWork or the individual iWork applications.
You can purchase a registration number, open one of the applications from the trail, then enter the number to activate the iWork applications and remove the trial restrictions.
You can uninstall the trial, then reinstall iWork using the retail box version's installation disk.
You can uninstall the trial, then install the individual applications purchased and downloaded from the Mac app store.
The sticking point in the second and third path is "You can uninstall..."
Uninstalling the iWork trial requires removing the iWork folder (and its contents) AND a number of support files created by the iWork applications from your hard drive.
The most efficient way of doing that is to use an AppleScript written by Yvan Koenig, and available for download from Yvan's Box account. Click the link, then click for_iWork'09 > other_iWork'09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip
Unpack the .zip file, open the unpacked file in the Script editor, and click Run.
Then reinstall iWork from the retail box disk, or download and reinstall the individual applications from the Mac app store.

    Barry

  • Registering the trial version as an upgrade purchase

I have LR V2 and downloaded the trial version of V3. If I want to purchase the upgrade version, would I just purchase that, get the serial #, and when I enter that # in the trial registration area, will it know that is an upgrade serial # and then prompt me for my LR V2 serial #? Or, will I have to uninstall the trial and download/install the upgrade version?
    Thanks!
    SirBC

There is no difference from the trial version and the "real" version other than entering a serial number.
If you already had LR2 installed, then installed LR3 and entered the serial number, it will probably not ask for your LR2 serial.  Depending on how you uninstalled LR2, that is.
Bottom line, you should be fine without uninstalling/installing.
    Cheers!

  • Purchased a Trial Version of FormsCentral, then purchased the full Version, will it affect my forms?

I am just making sure that it will not affect my forms once the trial version expires (i turned off auto renewal).  I did purchase the full version for 14.99 a month and kept that on auto renewal, so as of right now if you look at my services it says I have 2 products, one trial version and one full version. Once the trial expires, do I just wait until the full version auto renews? I dont think I should have any issues with my forms or anything but just want to make sure ahead of time, so I do not loose all the work I put into making these forms.  Thank you
    Oliya

    Hi;
I'm a little confused buy the "says I have 2 products" part but assuming the AdobeID (email address used for the account) is the same for both instances of the paid subscription then you should be OK.  You will not lose any forms, nothing would be deleted, but if something does go funny with the "upgrade" and your account is ever not behaving like a paid account let me know and I will make sure it gets straightened out.
    Thanks,
    Josh

  • How do I eliminate "trial version" pop-up when opening Photoshop?

I just downloaded and installed Photoshop CC.  When I start the program, I get a "trial version" pop-up asking for a serial number.  When I cancel this pop-up, I can still use the program.  I would like to eliminate the pop-up!

  • Making trial version of application

Hey can u give me some suggestions about how to make a trial version of an application. I'm making a "School information system" in swing with Oracle as the backend. Can u suggest me how can I create a trial version which expires in a few days or may be limiting the size of the database.

I've done extensive work on this subject. It is very difficult to plant a "time bomb" with Java... the net result ends up being in almost every case that someone can remove your app, reinstall, and start over with another 30 days. True Win32 apps avoid this by planting crap in all kinds of hidden places in the registry.
The approach I prefer with Java apps is cripple-ware- provide an unlimited evaluation but with a limitation like you mentioned. With my photo gallery app, I limit a user to 8 photos per album. This is impossible for someone to hack or get around without decompiling your code. Compare that to the relative ease with option #1 of uninstalling and reinstalling.
    Good luck,
    Brian

  • I recently subscribed to CC but am only being offered the trial versions of applications to download.

I recently subscribed to Creative Cloud and wish to start downloading all the applications that I need; however, I am only being offered the trial versions to download.

Thank you for your answer, Mylenium.
Switching on this morning, the issue seems to have disappeared/rectified, without my having to do or check anything.

  • Why did I get a trial version of PSCS6 when I wanted to upgrade PSCS5.5

I've been a Creative Cloud member for more than a year, so why, when I tried to upgrade Photoshop CS5.5 to PSCS6 did I get a trial version that Adobe now wants me to subscribe to for $29.99 in addition to the $49.99 I'm already paying?
    CarolBMT

When you get the trial window, Click on Licence this Software. then enter the adobe id against which you have bought CC subscription.
Now Sign In, this should get you working.

  • Can't replace old versions of applications when installing upgrades

A couple of applications I am running (SlingPlayer and iScrobbler, to be specific) have newer versions. When I download and install the new version, drop it into my applications folder, I get the message there's an older version to replace. When I click "ok" to that, I get the error message: "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have permission to access some of the items."
I have full admin permissions -- it's my computer -- so what is causing this and what do I do to allow the new versions to install?

Check the apps themselves to see if they are locked - do a Get Info.'
Also check to see if they are running...if so quit and try again.
You may have to check for any settings that involve running at boot, disable those and restart the computer.
If these fail and you still have issues - SL is rumored to be having problems with aliases, so see if that is a factor.

  • How to covert files from trial version to CS6, when my trail has expired

I used a trail a few months ago to create a catalog for work.
The powers that be liked it and purchased the software for me.
When I opened my CS6 version it won't read any of the files I created with the trail version.
How can I convert these files when my trail has expired?

I used the Creative Cloud Trail. I'm guessing that my IT department ordered the wrong version.
    Error message reads:
Cannot open "file" because it was saved with a newer version of Adobe InDesign CC (10.1)
