Trial won't end even after purchase of subscription

I began using PDF online as a trial.  I then purchased a subscription.  However, every time I try to use the Online PDF conversion, it indicates it is still a trial and I have used my 5 trial PDF conversions.  I have searched the website looking for an answer.  I also spent 2 hours on hold with customer service (no kidding).  I even checked the registration and my subscription to the Online PDF is registered.  I then followed the link from my receipt to be sure I was using the right page for the online conversion.  Does anyone have any advice??

It only gets better.  Adobe CLOSED my first ticket with the following:
"A subscription is currently not showing up in this account. Please contact our customer service department for assistance with this issue.
They can be reached at (800) 833-6687 - 6:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. Saturday- Sunday, Pacific Time.
In the mean time, I have added 10 Create PDF Online conversions to your account."
Today I opened a new ticket:
"I submitted a ticket 0181107380 - it was closed but is not resolved. The problem remains.
When I log in, the system shows I still have a trial even though I registered the product. I checked all the online resources. The
resolution for the last ticket was for me to call customer support. I stayed on the line for 2 hours with customer support. One p
erson asked me to hold and then I never heard from him again. I am not doing this any more. If this is not resolved, I will cancel
the subscription and contact my credit card company to reverse the charge."
This is really nuts.  I like the online conversion.  Used it with another company in the past.  It is a real business time saver.  This process, however, is nuts.  They should not advertise or direct customers to a resource ("call customer service") if it does not work.

    I purchased the Cloud Yesterday, also 2 weeks ago Monday 10/15/2012.
    I purchased it twice thinking 1 purchase did not complete.
    I still will need to request a refund for 1, I've been too busy between, work, school, and kid. I'm at work now.

    Please update all of your CS6 applications via the Adobe Application Manager. The updates contain a patch to prevent this issue from happening again.

    My 2006 iMac running Snow Leopard won't boot even after erasing and re-installing Snow Leopard.   I erased and re-installed by putting the iMac in Target Disk mode and usin my MacBookPro as the host.  But after numerous attempts I still can't get it to boot either from the HD or DVD drive. I just get the white screen after the wheel stops spinning.  I can't get it to run Hardware Test - just get the white screen.  If I use Disk Utility via my MBP it says the disk appears OK. All the Snow Leopad files appear to have been installed. What can I do?

    Perhaps you installed the wrong version OS X onto the iMac, you can't use the disk from another Mac.
    clean the disk.
    If it's not working then use this method to create a bootable 10.6 USB from the iMac machine specific 10.6 disk or the 10.6.3 retail disk on your other Mac, use it to boot the iMac with.

    After a new OS (10.5.8) install none of my iLife (09) or iWork (09) apps worked. I reinstalled iLife successfully. But, my iWork apps won't launch even after a reinstall from the original DVD and updating to 4.0.4
    My trouble shooting steps so far have been a reinstall from DVD, software update, permissions repair.
    Dyld Error Message:
    Library not loaded: /Library/Application Support/iWork '09/Frameworks/Inventor.framework/Versions/C/Inventor

    First deinstall iWork. You can download Yvans script from _https://public.me.com/koenigyvan_ named
    uninstall iWork '09.zip. Then restart the computer. Install iWork from the DVD and update it. Try the apps inWork again.

    The first thing I'd suggest is to get a good antispyware checker and give it a go at your system. Some recent spyware has been reported by other users to shut down iTunes or prevent it from launching. From user reports, Ewido seems to be the best at catching it. You can download a free version of Ewido here.
    If that doesn't cure the problem, try deleting the iTunes preference files:
    C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes.pref
    and
    C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Data\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes.pref
    You might have to turn on "show hidden files" to find them. (Right click "my computer", select open, select Tools menu -> Folder Options. Select View tab, "show hidden files" radio button is in the center scrolling panel.) Delete them or if you want to be able to put them back if it doesn't help, drag them to some other location. This will force iTunes to run the setup assistant the next time you launch iTunes. Note that you'll have to go back and set any preferences you've changed from the default.
    If that still doesn't work, try this:
    Bugie: Perform a Thorough & Complete Uninstall and Reinstall of iTunes/QuickTime.

    Have you run the iPhoto Library Upgrader? You need to direct it to the location of your old iPhoto Library by clicking the "Choose Library" button in the lower right corner of the panel you are seeing when the upgrade starts.

    This is not a reply. I just want to elaborate on this problem.
    My computer freezes occasionally when it is used after being sleep for a while. The spinning ball appears and everything is totally disabled. Nothing on the keyboard works.
    The mouse moves, but does not work.
    The only solution is to turn the power off and on (losing all data in open applications.)
    I kept the System monitor running on the side to find out which program was running when the computer froze. The Monitor as well as all other applications froze, but the data showed:
    Firefox 18.4%
    Activity Monitor 0.9%
    Firefox Plugin 0.2%
    This is all the information I have. By the way, I am using iMac with OS 10.6.

    Can you please try installing the Adobe Application Manager from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774.
    If that doesn't work then the safest course would be to remove all Adobe Creative Software using the uninstallers located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.  This should then remove the Adobe Application Manager folder also inside Utilities.  Once the software is completely uninstalled and the Adobe Application Manager is removed then you should be able to reinstall from https://creative.adobe.com/.

    I know that it can be concerning when you cannot eject a disk from your external drive. There are a few troubleshooting steps that I would recommend to help you get this situation resolved. Please use the attached article for troubleshooting information.
    Get help with the slot-loading SuperDrive on your Mac computer - Apple Support
    Doesn't eject discs or discs eject slowly
    If the drive ejects discs slowly or appears to be struggling, insert and eject a single disc several times. Check the disc to see if it has a label or other material stuck to the disc that increases the thickness. Remove the label if possible.
    If the disc will not eject, try pressing the eject key on the keyboard. Some older keyboards may use the F12 key to eject discs.
    If the disc will not eject, try dragging the disc icon to the trash.
    If the disc will still not eject, try holding down the trackpad or mouse button after restarting the computer. The Superdrive should attempt to eject the disc.
    If the disc continues not to eject, reset the System Management Controller (SMC) and try steps 1-4 again.
    If the disc still does not eject, contact Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or make an appointment with an Apple Retail Store for additional assistance.

    Can you please mention the version of Adobe Acrobat that you are using and on what OS version. Also mention whether this problem has started recently and was running fine earlier or is it a fresh install and has never worked for you.
    Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the product after you started facing this issue.
