Tried...different message with outbound delivery

When i create an outbound delivery for two line items...10 and 20...line item 10 is delivered...but...with line 20, gives this error message...please clarify step wise, as i am new working at the client place
Error message
line item 20:
"Delivery spilt becuase of different shipping points."

Dear raghu ram
Apart from the suggestion what sudeep gave, for information, A shipping point can be determined for each order item. How the shipping point is determined depends on three factors:
=> The shipping conditions from the customer master record (Shipping screen)
For example, it might have been agreed with the customer that the goods are to be delivered as soon as possible.
=> The loading group from the material master record (Sales/Plant Data screen)
You could, for example, specify a loading group that defines that the goods must always be loaded with a crane or a forklift.
=> The delivering plant
This plant is determined per order item either from the customer master record or from the material master record. However, you can also enter it manually for each order item.
thanks

  • How Goods Issu happens in the Stock transfer process with outbound delivery

    Hi,
Can you please explain me how the goods issue happens in the Stock transfer scenario with outbound delivery?
can we use VL02n for goods issue for single delivery doc(Delivery type-RL).
Can we use the transaction VL23 for collective processing of goods issue for stock transfers.
    Thanks

    Hi Anil,
->You can use VL02N transaction to do PGI for the outbound delivery in the Stock transfer scenario.
-->But you have mentioned that delivery type is RL -is this returns delivery
Normally NL delivery will be used in STO(Rplenishment
    delivery)
-->You can use VL06G transaction for collective PGI
The transaction VL23 for delivery schdule in the back ground
I hope it will help you,
    Regards,

My Ipod classic has started to play mono only through the headphones. I have tried different headphones with the same outcome. Is the device repairable or better to upgrade?

    Hey Grimeymouse,
Thank you for contributing to the Apple Support Communities.
It sounds like your iPod classic is only playing sound in mono when using multiple headphones.
Since you've likely isolated this behavior to the iPod by trying multiple headphones, see this advice from the "The headphones don't work" section of the iPod troubleshooting basics and service FAQ:
If the issue appears to be with the iPod, try resetting it. If that doesn't work, then restore iPod with the latest iPod software using iTunes 7 or later.
    All the best,
    Jeremy

My iPad Air when charging cuts in and out, also the charger is extremely hot. Have tried different chargers with and power outlets, all with the same outcome.

The troubling thing to me is the fact that the charger gets extremely hot - according to what you are saying. The charger can get warm and can get fairly warm when the iPad is charging, but it should never get extremely hot. Make an appointment at an Apple Store, take the iPad, the cable and the charger with you and ask them to look at everything for you.

  • Vendor subcontracting with outbound delivery without reference

    Hi Experts,
please do you know if it is possible to manage subcontracting movement (541) using an Outbound Delivery without reference to any Sales Order nor Purchase Order?
Can you send me please the detailed description of settings in master data and customizing?
    Thank you very much
    Kind Regards
    Andrea

    Hi,
With ME2O, it's necessary to have a subcontracting PO in selection for your materials. From this selection, you have the requirement and the vendor stock for these materials.
If the stock is negative, you can create a outbound delivery.
For your information, this outbound delivery is as a delivery without reference. But, with ME2O, it's necessary to have PO in selection.
Then, another solution is to update vendor stock with MB1B but not connection with LE.
But, i tried to add item category LBN for LO delivery type.
But, i have a error message during the GI (message M7 071).
I'm not on real test environment.
    Can you try ?
    Regards,
    Lionel

  • Return to Vendor 161 with outbound delivery

    Hello
I have a problem when trying to return stock to a vendor.  I have created a return PO and checked the Return to vendor flag.
I have changed a delivery type to pick up movement type 161
The delivery is created and picking up the correct movement but when i try to post goods issue I receive the message below.
I know i could create a new movement type to create the update control but I would have thought that this was standard functionality... Am I doing something wrong?
    Thanks
    Sue
Update control of movement type is incorrect (entry 161 X X _ L)
    Message no. M7226
    Diagnosis
The system could not find entry 161 X X _ L in any of the movement type control tables.
    Procedure
    Cancel current processing.
    Contact your system administrator.
Action to be taken by the system administrator
Check in Customizing for Inventory Management under Copy, Change Movement Types whether the entry is contained in the Update control view for the movement type.
If the entry is missing, proceed as follows:
    ·     For standard movement types, this means that the given process is not supported using the present data combination. Do not create any entries without prior arrangement with your SAP consultant. Otherwise, incorrect postings may result.
    ·     For customer-defined movement types (beginning with 9, X, Y, or Z), this may mean that they have not been fully defined. Delete the movement type and re-create it by copying a standard movement type.

    Hello Ravi,
I know the entries are not there for Movement Cat L but I don't want them to be, I want to use the standard Return to Vendor which should use B = Delivery but for some reason it is choosing L!
I am think I will use a different movement type as standard 161 does appear to be working correctly.
Thank you for all your help.
    Kind regards
    Sue

  • Control over qty in outbound delivery created with reference to P.O

    Dear Gurus,
I am trying to create a outbound delivery document with reference to the purchase order. But, the system is allowing more
quantity in delivery document than in purchase order. How to control it.
    Regards,
    Krishna

    Hi,
    You can control this through item category fetched in delivery. Please check whether you have set error message or note about situation for overdelivery under following customization path;
SPRO>>Logistics Execution>>Shipping>>Deliveries>>Define Item Categories for Deliveries
Here for your relevant item category, check under quantity table the entry maintain under 'Check Overdelivery'
You can set it as A- So that user get the note of the situation or B- so that it gives error message.
    Regards,
    Udaya.

  • Confirm Outbound Delivery with HU number via iDoc

    Hello SAPman,
I am trying to confirm a outbound delivery thanks to iDoc,
the context is the following :
Storage location is managed with HU but there is no SAP WM.
The goal is to get an iDoc from a external WMS with the HU which had been picked.
I tryed with iDoc based on message WHSORD / SDPACK / DESADV
but each time, the iDoc integration stop because SAP find the HU filled in the iDoc in the storage location, and don't want to use it.
    mesg HUSELECT 005
My need is to affect the HU filled in the iDoc to the outbound delivery and post the good issue.
Did you ever work with an eternal WMS with such a need ?
    Best Regards,
    Jérémy

    Hi,
it is quiote some time ago that I have worked with that, but have you considered to establish a LEAN WM in the SLOC which is controlled by the external WMS system?`
In this case you will have Transfer Orders and you can work with WMTORD/WMTOCO
Additionally you can leave the lean WM as it is without a mass of config and it should be possible to work properly with HU's.
    Best regards
    Uwe

  • JMS Sender Adapter EOIO with different messages in Queue to RFC

    Dear Colleague,
In one of my scenarios i am using JMS Sender Adapter and Websphere MQ series.
In my MQ Series Queue i get different Messages with Different Structures.
for e.g in my MQ Series Queue Q1 i have M1, M2, M3 coming in Order.
Now i need to doa  Mapping of M1 to a Standard BAPI  B1 call through RFC at the reciever side.
Now i need to doa  Mapping of M2 to a Standard BAPI B2 call through RFC at the reciever side.
Now i need to doa  Mapping of M3 to a Standard BAPI B3 call through RFC at the reciever side.
We are aware that on Receiver side we can have multiple Recievr Determinations.so i can send it to 3 different BAPIs.
    Question:
But how do i split the Messges which are coming out of MQ series Q from JMS to 3 different Mapping Structures as we knwo that we do not 'Multiple Sender Interface Determinations' from Determined based on the Message which is coming in.
Hope i have been clear in making myself understand about the problem given above.
I have alos given below the same in a bit Graphical Form.
    MQ Series --> M3, M2, M1(Messages) --> JMS Adapte(EOIO) --> M1(Message) -> RFC -> B1(Bapi)
                                                             --> JMS Adapte(EOIO) --> M2(Message) -> RFC -> B2(Bapi)
                                                             --> JMS Adapte(EOIO) --> M3(Message) -> RFC -> B3(Bapi)
Is it possible to achieve the above result. Answers fo the solution are most welcome. These can be also from the new Netweaver Release Versions. If we have the solution to these in New version we will implment the New Netweaver Releases.
    Thanks & Warm Regards
    Venugopal

    Dear Kai,
if i have 3 MQ series Queues then how are we going to maintain the flow of the Messages in the same order in which has come into MQ series queues.
this mesans to say that all the Message come in Parallel out from JMS or MQ side and will be mapped onto Reciever side.
But in my case i wil need to have M1 first M2 second and M3 third.
This means to say that M1 recived and acknowledged then M2 should come and acknowledged and then M3 should be acknowledged.
How this will be possible with your solution of making 3 MQ series Queues.
    Please do let me know.
    Thanks
    Venugopal

    Thanks & Regards

    Hi Reazuddin,
We are concerned only with deleting the OBD.Earlier there was a mismatch between material BOM and OBD sub-componets.The wrong sub-componets were taken from sales order.Later on we realized that we dont want these componets (it was mistake) in OBD since BOM has different components.Later on we realized our mistake and we have sychronized BOM components,Sales order components and OBD components and tried to delete the OBD,but the system gives error as explained in above query. The message number that we received is "ZW024".

  • Open production orders and outbound delivery after go-live

    Hello All,
I tried to search answer for this question but could not find answer.
Could anybody suggest, what to do with open production orders and outbound delivery after go-live when WM is activated. As, after go-live WM-PP interface will be activated and system should consume material from storage bin specified in control cycle and that will happen for newly created production order after go-live,but what about existing production orders how to update production supply area against work center in production order.
Similarly with outbound delivery how to update WM status after go-live.
    Thanks in advance

Thanks to both Jurgen and Sander
Regarding production order yes, one way is to re-read PP master data in production orders, but is that the only way to handle this or do we have any other option?
I was aware of re-read PP master data but it will real time consuming and also if it will problematic for already released or partially confirmed production orders.

  • Deleting Outbound Delivery

    Dear Guru's
I have created sales order contains only 1 item and then create its delivery with ref to sales order.
but mistakenly my user has deleted that line item, now delivery is exist without any item. Manual entery
is not allowed at delivery. When i try to click on delete button on top, system is giving message that Outbound
delivery no........ has been changed. so the document flow still contain delivery as a status open.
I want to delete that delivery to create new one against the same order.
Can any 1 tell me is there any programe through which i can flag it or delete it or remove its assigment from sales order???
    Regards,
    Rashid Masood

    thanks for ur reply,
i think u did not understand my delivery is alreay empty there is no line item exist. Problem is not with the stock.
Problem is i m not able to delete that delivery nor i am able to add line item because manual addition is not allowed.
When i check sales order document flow that empty delivery is attached with sales order now i want to remove or delete delivery so that i can create new one.

  • Multiple Mat. Doc against a Single Outbound delivery

    Dear Gurus,
when i do Post Goods Issue at Outbound delivery there are multiple material documents has got posted, so that stock has decreased twice and there is a time difference of 1min.
does any one faced such kind of instance?
    Regards,
    Sunil

Not sure but I guess, the user has first created a delivery and posted for goods issue.  Later due to some reason, he has reversed via VL09 but not deleted via VL02N.  Instead, with the same delivery reference, he has changed the quantity and again posted for goods issue.
So take the reference of material documents from document flow and check the delivery quantity in MB03.  If my guess is correct, you can find different quantity with same delivery reference but different material document.
    thanks
