Tried the 5 R's but still doesn't work!!!
For the life of me, I can not get my 4G Nano 2 to sync with itunes 7.1.1. I have tried all of the 5 R's, tested all of my usb ports to see if maybe there was a problem there but nothing. I even went as far as taking my iPod and cable to a retail outlet and plugged everyting in to test if it was the cable (it wasn't as it sync'ed there).
What happens is when I plug the cable to the ipod, the battery charge flashes for a couple of seconds then returns to normal. If I restart the computer the apple logo comes up on the ipod but then goes away thus not registering with itunes.
This is very confusing and VERY frusterating.

I really hoped you would fix the security policy issue in release 4. I have to close Firefox and use IE9 to maintain a website I built with Network Solutions and I'd much rather not have to endure the slowness of IE. Did you have it connected to the library mac when it froze? If so, why? I would be hesitant to hook my ipod to a unprotected public computer since it may be infested with viruses or have unknown hardware problems.
In any case, if you can get it to an Apple store they can probably help you with it, it sounds like it needs replacing.
A certain percentage of any complex product will turn out to be defective and will have to be returned, it sounds like you were unlucky enough to get one. Looking over the forums here it may seem like the ipod is plagued with bugs, but don't forget that there are millions who never have a problem and so have no reason to pipe up here. Personally I think Apple deserves a thumbs up for continuing to host these forums in spite of how they may cast a negative light on thier products to the casual observer.

ID on the Mac can produce reports that may (or may not) prove helpful in diagnosing the problem. I suspect this is something not directly related to InDesign, and maybe not to any of the Adobe apps directly since you seem to be having a problem in more than one. That often inidcates a problem at the system level.
Nevertheless, it won't hurt to try to gather the reports. You'll find driections for how to generate them, and to post them on Pastebin.com (then put a link to them here) so we can see what's going on at Adobe Forums: InDesign CS5.5 Not Responding

I have a huge problem! I've forgot my Ipod touch password, so I tried it a few times! Now my Ipod is disabled. So I affiliated the ipod to itunes but it doesn't work, I can't restore it! So what should I do?
Place the iPod in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

Did anything happen to prior to your phone acting this way? It sounds like your screen is dead, but it is hard to say without knowing what what the cause.
1) was this a gradual problem? Did the phone screen start dimming a couple months ago and now has degraded or after some event (known or unknown to you), the phone started behaving this way.
2) Can you give more specifics on the problem? You said you have a black screen, but also you can see what you're doing on screen. Is the screen just really dim? Is the screen completely black? Does anything else besides attempting to reset the device cause it to flash white? -

If so, what happens when you try to download? Is it a case of nothing happens? If so, take a look at the suggestions under 'Stalled Download' in this link:

Also, some usrs have found that logging out of the Mac App Store and then back in again and starting over has kick-started the download. It seems that the 5+gb download can take a long time to give any feedback as to what's happening. -

It sounds like you were using your Wi-Fi network from your Airport base station and the connection cut out. You have reset the password on the device but the issue persists. I would try the 3 resets outlined in the following article in order to help resolve the issue. If it persists, is the Wi-Fi connection issue happening on more than one device or computer?

1.If internet is fine then this might be becase of Creative cloud files, please try the steps metioned in http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launchin g-cc.html and see if it works.
2.Please navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db and trash it. Try to launch CC desktop and sign in with your Adobe Id (http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-f iles.html) .
{Note for step 2: The file is in the user Library, not the Applications folder. To see the hidden user Library (not the system Library) in the Finder click on the Gomenu item and then hold down the Alt / Option key. You will see Library appear between Home and Computer. Click onLibrary and then navigate toApplication Support > Adobe > OOBE.
Alternatively open the Terminal and paste in the following and then press the Enter / Return key:
rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db, This will also delete the file}

Second, which exact set of installer discs? They have to be black colored retail discs, not grey ones which came with a specific model Mac and will only boot that model.
What are the exact specifications of the computer? Does it have sufficient RAM? You're asking a lot for a G3 to run Tiger. -
