Tried to download In-design demo. Computer is looking for Adobe Application Manager.
Running Win7, 32 bit.
I was able to download Adobe Acrobat without issues.
Maybe it is 64 bit only?
I have a screengrab, but there is no way to set attachments.
You should be able to download it directly. Other than the download, do you have a question related to Acrobat? This is not the InDesign forum.

*FIX?* Adobe Application Manager - Download Error (Creative Cloud)
So I just started the subscription for the Creative Cloud and I downloaded the Adobe Application Manager, which seemed to have installed fine, and when I go into my creative cloud and click download, under for example photoshop, I get Download Error - Contact Customer Support in my AAM (Adobe Application Manager). I have tried many things that people in the forums have suggested from turing off my firewalls, to uninstalled and restarting my computer, I downloaded the most up to date AAM. Any other suggestions? I just got my subscription literally moments ago so I am a little bummed I can't access any of my new software.
I am using a Mac, if that makes any different. Hope someone can help.
Also, when I go to open up the AAM without clicking download for a adobe product the same Download Error pops up.
*So I may have fixed the problem accidentally, I downloaded a trial of photoshop. When I downloaded the photoshop trial it allowed me to use my subscription for my creative cloud. It also had me download the Adobe Download Assistant. I think the Adobe Download Assistant was the thing I was missing, now my AAM seems to let me download the rest of the programs I need. Hope this helps anybody else.*TGarcia if you are on a managed network then please work with your I.T. department to ensure that the Adobe Application Manager/PDApp.exe has proper access to the Internet.

How do I download an E book that is protected with Adobe Didital Management
I Am trying to download an e book that is protected with Adobe Digital Management. I just purchased the book on my Kobo account and have also downloaded the Adobe app.
This forum is for Adobe Reader. It does not read Kobo eBooks (EPUB files).

I get the following error message when trying to download ITunes on my computer running Windows XP - Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple Application Support\CFNetwork.dll
For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

I have been trying to download iTunes on my computer without success. I keep getting a message:
"Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privilges to start system services."
What does an Apple Mobile Device have to do with my computer -- what am I missing here?

Hi Trying to download CS5 Design Premium. We have a copy on the Mac and want to put a second copy on the Macbook pro. Can download the file but when it is clicked the file give an error message "User access denied" and dumps the download. So hence I do not get an installation screen or a chance to enter the Licence no.

Are you using a proxy? I find that when I'm at office network, which forces the use of proxy, my iTunes crash a lot of times, particularly when it's tryng to connect over the internet. But at home or other public wifi thet doesn't use proxy, it'll run just fine.

If you are asking how to authorise your iTunes account on that computer, then you do so via the Store drop-down menu at the top of iTunes (pressing Alt-S should get the Store menu to appear) - this screenshot is from a Mac, but it should be fairly similar on windows 8 :

I tried to download Itunes onto my computer. It seemed to download, then the computer restarted itself, but the file for itunes isn't there. Why didn't it download right?
After doing some research, I found out that I had accidently hid iPhoto after I paused the download. After going into my apple id account and saw my hidden purchases, I found it. Thank you so much helping me though!

Trying to download CS6 design & Web premium suite but keeps getting stuck at 10.28%
I have tried to download CS6 design & Web premium suite over 6 time but it keeps getting stuck at 10.28%.
Please adviseI am having exactly the same error when downloading Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premuim for PC. The Adobe Download Assistant stops the download at 10.28% complete and will not go any further. I've cleared my cookies, tried different browsers (IE 10 & Chrome), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the download assistant. I tried Jeff's advice from the previous post (although that I think is more to help with troubleshooting after the software is downloaded.) I also tried restarting the download over and always, it stops at the same spot (10.28%) and will go no further.
I am currently running Windows 7 64-bit. Any help would be appreciated.
