Tried to initialize and was told to update....clicked and was asked to save.....nothing happened after that.....restarted computer and still it asks me to update.....the down load completed not message followed
now i can't seem to get past he confirmation of my e-mail.
nothing on the page to confirm my e-mail appears to click to advance on....what is up?
If this app was bought by your sister with her Apple ID, only her ID can update the app.

Hi, every time i try downloading ios5 it reaches 100% and then the connection times out and nothing happens after that; though the internet connection is fine as i can access other sites etc. what could be the problem?i tried using 2 different modems. Finally, I did wget <url> from my bash shell (on my linux machine) and could download iTunes 11 64-bit for windows 7. Here is the exact command (should be useful as getting the URL is sometimes tricky)
wget http://secure-appldnld.apple.com/iTunes11/031-1547.20131105.FFjvT/iTunes64Setup.exe
I would expect this to work as is even from windows/MAC provided you have 'wget' command on it.

I am having issues with my Window 7 on boot camp. My hardware is Macbook Pro Mid 2010 model and working on OS X 10.9.5. Recently I went to windows 7 to do a system upgrade but failed and was told to update the bootcamp drivers. I installed boot camp5 but seem to be the wrong version and change to boot camp 4 which was updated okay. However I still cannot do the updates. Can someone advice me please? Thank you!

Be careful with Windows Updates, especially driver updates. Standard WHQL drivers can cause problems. -
Just a few minutes ago i tried to purchase from The Simpsons tapped out game, but there were a warning that my purchese was declined and i was asked to re-filled the payment info in order to compete my purchase. i have tried this 6+ times to "How to share music between different accounts on a single computer" on my wifes mac and can not get it to work!! On my PC no problem but on the MAC it will not work, follow the instructions to the T but no go????
It is almost as if the program does not exist on my computer. If I search for it, the only thing that comes up is the installer. I cannot find it anywhere despite the fact I have installed it numerous times, uninstalled it and conducted a fresh install, and the Adobe website checks says that it is installed.

Any ideas how to get my software updated on my IPOD 3rd Generation when my computer times out? I have tried several times and it appears to take 30 plus hours. How Frustrating, not to mention the kids are too!
If the iTunes purchases are not in your iTunes library you can redownload them by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If you restore from backup, not that synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup and thus if those items are not in the iTunes library they can't be restored to the iPod during the latter part of the restore process. -
I've just updated OS to 10.10.1 and Finder keeps trying to open and then closes every 2 seconds with the message Finder is not Available. If Safari is opened with the window full screen it immediately closes and will only work with window smaller than maximum. Driving me mad! Any help please!!

I have problems updating my iphone 4 to ios 7.0.6. Everything seems ok, it is downloading, installing and restarting but it is still ios 7.0.4 on the phone. No error messages, everything seems ok. What is wrong?
I've never seen this. Try updating via iTunes on your computer. Plug it in and see if iTunes says it needs updating.
