Tried to purchase Skype credit...got a refund righ...

Anyone else getting this problem? This is the first time I'm buying credit. I try to pay with paypal but I get this email right away

I think you may need to contact customer service regarding your concern. They are the ones who have access and can check your account information.

I do not see any help line as such.
The reason I think I was blocked that earlier this year there was a free offer for one month forClick to call. I signed for that and gave my credit card details. I then went toIndia and I tried to make skype phone call but I could never connect any number in India or to UK where I reside.
Because the monthly payment of nearly ten ponds would statrt from thenext month, I cancelled the standing order payment ( earlier month was free offer like any one can get even now ).Just because I cancelled the standing order, I can not buy a credit now. I offered to pay up any thing If I owe any money but I do not get any response.
I get warning mail every day from Skype that I should renew my subscription. But I can not renew my subscription because I have been blocked ! It is a chicken and egg situation, which occurs first. Can any one suggest how I can purchase Sky credit?

I travel a lot and I use skype to call my wife. Recently I forgot my password and by some miracle was able to get my account back but now I can't purchase skype credit. I've tried the joke of the "online resolutions center" and I don't remember 90% of the questions asked on that form. Really? year I created my account? Can I please get back the ability to buy skype credit so I can call my wife. Thank you.

Trying to buy Skype credit but it wants me to pay ...

I'm trying to buy Skype credit, but every time I click on the link to buy skype credit, it takes me to a ".tw" page and only gives me the option of buying skype credit in TWD. I'm living in the U.S., and I've changed every single location/address setting I could find to reflect that, but Skype still thinks I'm in Taiwan and requires me to enter in Taiwan-related information that I do not have. How can I fix this?

Can't purchase skype credit

Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to write this, but I couldn't find anything relating to my question.
I've tried to purchase some skype credit and I can't seem to do that for some reason. I went into my account and saw that I have some "pending" which doesn't make sense since the ones pending are from before the last time I got credit as it was delivered. I had a look through my account a little more and noticed that there were even ones pending since early last year, so these are probably ones that didn't work and so I tried again and it then worked. But what I can't understand is why I cannot buy anymore credit and if the reason is because of all the purchases that are still pending, then how do I cancel them as this is extremely annoying!! I cannot seem to contact skype which is even more annoying because I just want this to be fixed asap so I can actually use my account again!!
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Unable to purchase skype credit via korea skype fa...

Skype in Korea has been taken over by a local company. Theyve added credit card purchasing features that are not compatible with english. Ive tried several times to reload my skype credit but failed.
Its really frustrating. The korean company hasnt yet replied to my emails regarding this problem and that was 2 weeks ago. Somebody pls help.

For a few countries a legally binding agreement requires you to be transferred automatically to Skype's local partner website if you established your account in that country. This can't be changed. The workaround is to create a new account.

As a manager I am unable to purchase skype credit

I can no longer purchase any credit, due to suspected fraud on my account, I have tried to contact Skype to rectify this, but to no avail, I also filled out the recovery form, but could not remember the exact date that I created my account, I am at a remote mining site in West Africa & use Skype to keep in touch with my loved ones, this is most frustrating, could somebody please advise me on what to do. If I attempt to purchase credit, the purchase goes through only to be reversed again minutes later.

I am the adminstraor on the skype manager account and am not able to buy credit for myself.
I have been trying for over 6 weeks to buy credit - I have received emails informing a managee wants credit. I have recieved skype notifications informing me that there is a problem with my automatic recharge and I have had many, many error messages saying "Looks like our website is currently having a few problems. Please try again later."
I have tried plenty of times. At least 8 hours worth of trying over 6 weeks - waiting for the website to work (I haven't been able to access the useage history or billing history either). Today is my final attempt and if it is not resolved, I will be dismanteling our company's Skype Manager account and finding an alternate solution.

I have a premium subscription and since i signed up this was included. it is now telling me that i need to purchase credit for sKype texting, why?

Because Skype SMS service is separate from everything else. I have calling to phones and online number with Skype and for sending text messages i have to pay separately.
Check out Skype SMS Pricing page in Skype's website menu. (Cant give a link, since this forum doesen't allow it)
If you ask me, i think those prices are too high.... 12 cents for single message? Little bit pricey, at least for me.

As you know you intend to contact Customer Service, skip past Step 2 of the instruction where several articles from the FAQ library will appear for you to review, and proceed to Step 3, Continue Support Request (the "button" appears at the lower right corner of the website page). Trying to purchase CC, credit card form is in a different language

Trying to upgrade from the trial version to photographer, I go through the form sign in, review membership details (first sign of a problem is that it quotes the price in Japanese Yen), click accept conditions anyway, then it gives me an entire credit card form in Japanese with Japanese credit card & address details.
As I used to live in Japan but now moved abroad, how can i get my location updated? I don't see this in my manage account details either.
