Tried to rent a movie and all Apple Tv says is "An error occurred loading this content. Try again later" but every time I try it says this, why?

I have paid for this movie but am unable to watch it because no matter what I do it won't load. I've checked my wireless connection and it seems to be working fine, and netflix works on the Apple Tv but I can't seem to get this movie to play (and not it is not and HD movie), help!

I was given these steps to follow when I had a similar problem:
1) Quit iTunes. 2) Follow the instructions for the appropriate operating system in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1597 3) After removing the SC Info folder, reopen iTunes. 4) Choose Check for Available Downloads from the Store menu. 5) If prompted, enter your account name and password, then click the Check button. 6) After the movie finishes downloading, choose Authorize Computer from the Store menu. 7) Enter your account name and password, then click the Authorize button.

When you 'prep' your stills in any 'picture app', you can do a lot of marvel by simply applying dissolves.
In your case, I would create a white document (in Pixelmator, Keynote, Photshop, online at pixlr.com, whatever ...) and another with your logo (and further more ones with additional logos). Drag the jpgs into your iMovie Project and apply dissolves - tadahh! - logos appear on white.

I have a similar problem. After a recent update I cannot access the iTunes Store to resubscribe to Hulu. "Cannot access iTunes Store at this time." Dunno what to do.

Hello there: I have had macs since the Apple II and have been around..   thank you for your reply and suggestion.   I have tried that several times. I fact many others on the apple community have had exactly the same problem. No satisfaction for any one that I can see....    well it just stopped again...
tried wifi changes, location changes, etc..... worked fine just before the new update...... for the first time in my life I had let apple do an auto update. Normally I wait 2-3 months before I update any of my macs, iphones, ipads and will now do the same for apple TV.

I have deleted my old Apple ID to create a new one. I created the new ID but every time I try to update my Apps, it asks for the details of my Old Apple ID that doesn't work any more. How do I update my Apps now?

It is really frustratating me, as ALL my Apps are really out of date. Please help.

You will need to use that old Apple ID and password to update any apps you purchased using that account. So you will either need to recover that Apple ID, which if you forgot the password you should be able to reset here:

or you will need to delete all those apps and repurchase them using your current Apple ID.

Have you paired your Apple Tv with your iTunes account? That's how rentals and purchases are billed. If, however, you have already done that it is possible that there is a glitch in the system. I've had that happen occasionally and it usually goes away if I reset Apple Tv. On one occasion that I didn't work so I had to go to iTunes and deauthorize and then authorize this computer. Also, check to see if your Home Sharing is on (under File in iTunes). Hope that helps.

I kept having this problem, reset my iTunes password, verified account information several times, all with the same (bad) result. Finally, I actually went into the "Edit" section of my credit card and found that because I tried to access my account via another computer or device, i.e. Apple TV, I had to reenter my 3 digit credit card security code. You might want to try it again. It started working for me about 10 minutes ago (~8pm CST).

Something like this happened to me, where something went wrong on Apple's end and a movie I rented wouldn't play. I contacted Apple over the phone and they gave me back my money and fixed the problem for future use.

Welcome to the Support Communities! I'm not sure from your post what steps you have tried, but it sounds like you may need to use recovery mode to address the issue with your unresponsive iPod touch.

Try disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall.
- Next try the manual install method of:
iDevice Troubleshooting 101 :: iPhone, iPad, iPod touch
- Then try on another computer

If the above Support Article does not resolve it... then you have a problem.
Perhaps a Visit to an Apple Store or AASP (Authorized Apple Service Provider) is required..
Be sure to make an appointment first...
Note:
That error message may be indicative of the Device being Hacked / jailbroken.... If this is the case then you are on your own.

Sry about the delay! The message says exactly: The purchased item " A dog in a trap" (a book I bought) on the IPod " My IPod's name IPod touch could not be transferred to your ITunes library because you are not authorized for it on this computer.
Then at the bottom it said to authorize this computer for items purchased from the ITunes Store choose Store> Authorize This Computer. I have no idea where to go and how to do that! Please help!!!!!!
