Tried to sync apps.. phone shut off and sed to connect to itunes

i have the 8 GB and i tried to sync apps.. phone shut off and sed to connect to itunes and when i did it just turned off and turned back on automaticy and still sed to connect to itunes even though it already was. It kept repeating this and now it wont charge or turn on or off. I need help

i tried that and nothing changed... it just has a slice of blinking red in the battery on the screen and a picture of a plug with an arrow pointing towards a lightning bolt.

It's an issue with hundreds of phones. Some claim it's software related, some hardware, some say it's a mixture of both.
Some people have had temporary success with quitting the Phone.app / restoring as a new phone / restoring from an iCloud backup / disabling Siri / toggling speakerphone on & off...
Unfortunately all of the above only been temporary, with the problem recurring again after a few calls, or a few days etc.
So far the only solution that seems permanent has been to replace the phone. But even so, it's the luck of the draw to recieve a functional phone, and not another faulty one.
I'm completely annoyed as there is no Apple Store near me...... and Apple haven't even acknowledged the issue, despite the above thread being 34 pages long, as of writing.

It could just be the power. Apple says you should completely drain the battery and completely recharge it at least once a month. When completely drained, as they say, it takes a bit after being plugged in again for the iPhone to start responding again.

How, EXACTLY, did you get it "unlocked"? ONLY the carrier it's locked to can authorize unlocking it. Anything else is a hack.
You can not get help here for a hacked phone.

Try resetting the device by pressing and holding the home and power buttons for 15-20 seconds until the white Apple logo appears.
If that does not work, plug it into a wall outlet for about 20 minutes then try a reset.
If it still will not turn on, take it to Apple.

Try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

A little information will be of a great help, witch iPhone did you upgrade, memory , and version of software ( iOS 8.x.x )?
Try restarting you iPhone and make sure you have a god internet connection , get as close to your wifi router (1-3 meter / 2-9 feet ) as possible. Don't use restore to factory settings before you tried other options . And most imported du you have an iCloud backup.

If you double-click your Home button from the Home screen, a row of recent Apps will line up along the bottom of the screen. Press and hold on one of them until they start to wiggle. A red minus sign will appear on each. Touch the red minus sign of each to remove them all from the list. That also stops an App from working, if it is one that runs in the background.
See if that helps. If not, try resetting (rebooting) your iPad. Hold both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears. Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow. The iPad will restart after a couple of minutes. Resetting this way will not hurt anything, and sometimes clears up mysterious problems.

my phone shut of and wont turn back on when it fist shut off it was at a 88% . and i did the home and lock button at the same time and it turned back on and it was super slow like it had a delay to it and it delayed for about 3 minutes and i would type in my password and it would stay there and it wouldnt let me have acces to my phone and i plugged it up to my computer (mac book air) and it still wont turn on what can i do to my phone with put completely reseting my phone and loseing everything ?

This has happened to me,
My iPhone 4S had 78% battery power. For about 10 minutes i was watching a movie and suddenly it turned off. It took me heaps long to get it to turn back on. And when it did turn on i entered my passcode and it had 75% battery power and it froze at the home screen. I went to reset it though iTunes and restore it from the last backup and it worked again.
