I have the same problem and was on lots off sides of adobe, no answer then i searched in the log data and found this.

I have had problems with the internet connection with my IPhone 5. I have tried to restore the software to see if that would make a difference.
I have tried now for at least 10 times to restore the software. The phone is locked now in restore mode, and when I get to the end of the restore to verify with the server, i get a consistent unknown error message. Sometimes is says my phone cannot be found.
The phone has the connect to Itunes on the screen and cannot be used.
I am running out of patience now....need urgent help!!

HT201210 My ipad2 is still working off of IOS 4.0 and I am trying to update it to 6.1.5 but I keep getting a message saying Error having to do with something Internal issue or damage?

I am signed into ITUNES and have updated and made sure all of my apps are transferred. Could it be that it is too late to update? Or is it that there is something wrong with either my Ipad 2 or MacBook Pro (2012/Oct)?
Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it? If Yes I could use help either way.

Is there some other device in your i-device inventory using a more current iOS than your iPad's iOS 4.0?

Your original post said " ... made sure all my apps are transferred. ..." What does that mean exactly? The normal process would be to sync your iPad using iTunes 11.0.2, then choose "Check for Updates" from the iPad's summary screen on iTunes. It sounds like you tried something else.

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it, which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Sorry to hear your Adobe experience has been less than stellar. I'll try to help...
1. Photoshop 14.2.1 is now two releases out of date. You might want to go to your Creative Cloud application and ask it to install Photoshop CC (2014). Earlier this year Adobe released 2014.0 as a separate install that can live side by side with 14.2.1. Then just a few days ago they released 2014.1 as an in-place upgrade to 2014.0.
2. You may be able to update Camera Raw directly to version 8.6 by a link from this page:

Find the Folder called iPod Photo Cache and drag it to the Trash...

if itunes can no longer pickup your ipod, and you cant even do anything to your ipod, your best option is to either call apple care, or just take it to the nearest apple shop. i had a similar problem, mines currently at apple care repairs and they might just end up giving me a replacement.

I am trying to re-install itunes on my PC and keep getting a Service Mobile Device (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services message.

It worked fine up until a couple of days ago. I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and keep getting this error message. What do I do?

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
