Trigger IDoc when outbound documents are deleted

Hi Experts,
I am working on a scenario where in when delivery document is deleted then we need to have a IDoc to be triggered and sent to the receiver.
I understand that when we create/change delivery, there is a way to trigger IDoc (i.e., through message control). But when we delete a delivery, I am not sure, we have standard mechanism to trigger an IDoc. Can we have a standard way of making this happen?

Hi,
In the NACE transaction, Click on the APPLICATION V2 and create a new OUTPUT type with Z as prefix
In the Processing Routine Tab in the control data enter the MEDIUM as 6 which is the EDI and maintain the PROGRAM & SMARTFORM as developed by the ABAPer
Now maintain the CONDITION RECORDS with the MEDIUM 6 and the LS as Partner function
Now with the Help of your ABAPer, define the PARTNER PROFILES in WE20 and the Message types .
This will trigger the OUTBOUND idoc to the other system.
Please check these settings and revert back if you need more details

Extract Markup of AutoVue when the document accidentally deleted

Is it possible to extract AutoVue Markup when the document unintentionally deleted?
I've found the Markup file in D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\<domain_name>\ucm\urm\vault\application\*
I tried to save the current markup of document that accidentally deleted.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

If you integrate Oracle UCM with autovue, The autovue Markup document linked to the main document using the column DOCMETA.XMARKUP_BASEDID on UCM database. So maybe you can checkin the same document then change the markup document DOCMETA.XMARKUP_BASEDID with the DID of the new document.

Trigger TPSDLS01 IDoc to external TPS when outbound delivery is deleted

We are currently trying to find a solution how to trigger a TPSDLS01 IDoc to external TPS when the outbound delivery is deleted.
In the following SAP article: Logical Communication Processes Between the SAP System and the T - Supply Chain Planning Interfaces (LO-SCI) - SAP Libra… it is said that "...If a delivery is deleted in the SAP system, this deletion command is transferred automatically to all transportation planning systems...". and we're trying to understand how it actually should be configured?

How to trigger idocs when GR is done

Need to trigger idoc's when GR(Goods Receipt by Order(Supplier))is done(Idoc type: DELV01, Message type WHSORD).
How can this be done for MIGO as there will not be any output type for MIGO.
(EXample for sales order we do have output type to trigger idocs)

Hi Prince,
As mentioned earlier, you can configure output type for ME (Inventory Management) in transaction NACE. You can copy existing WE01 output type and configure your custom type for your suppliers(vendors).
You or functional team has to set up a procedure in NACE transaction to automatic determination of your newly configured output type.
Once you are done with output type configuration, you need to maintain partner profile for your related vendors in transaction WE20. You need to maintain outbound parameters like partner type, role, message type, etc in partner profile.
I think now you are ready testing. Good luck!!

There is an requirement to trigger an IDOC with the details of returns documents.
I am building a custom IDOC for this purpose. But the problem is i need to trigger the IDOC when i click on 'RETURN' button in the transactions O3O_RT01, O3O_RT02.
Kdly help in as to is there any BADI or exit or and event available to trigger a code when i click on that button, else let me know how to go about it.

The original photstream instructions, and the current photostream information page on the apple website, say that photos on your pc or mac computer that have been synced by photostream are permanent but the latest updatge seems to have changed that so when items are deleted from any device they are deleted from all devices, including images that have gotten older and have rolled out of photostream on my iphone. I trusted photostream to save these images on my computer and now they appear to be gone. Can I turn off the option of deleting photostream images from my computer or do I need to copy these images to another folder to save them from being deleted when they are deleted from the device.

Trigger Idoc when Batch is created or changed

Hello,
We have to transfer Batch ID,Status and Batch Characteristics through IDoc to PI when Batch is created or updated. This can be possible by 3 scenarios.
When Batch is created or updated manually through Tcode MSC1N.
When Batch is created or updated at the time of Goods Receipt.( Tcode MIGO)
When Batch is created or updated at process order creation.(After Release of Process order) Tcode COR1.
For first 2 scenarios we have found user exit 'EXIT_SAPLCLFM_002' from where we can fill the required Idoc data and trigger IDoc to PI system.
Also for third scenario we have found user exit 'EXIT_SAPLCOBT_001' where we can get Batch Data but not the characteristics data that is created or updated.
In both the above cases User Exit is fired before Commit to database statement. Therefore my query is whether we can trigger IDoc through Z function modules in these user exits in update mode?
Can you provide any input on this situation or can you suggest any alternative method or exits to achieve this functionality?

you have to define a message type that is triggered when the reason of rejection in not initial.
You can do it by a standard access sequence. Then issue the message with medium 6.

Text editing box becomes inactive when multiple documents are open?

I have a user that recently has a problem when editing documents. If he has more than one document open the text editor becomes inactive (greyed out). It works fine with just one document open still. Is this 'working as intended' or a glitch in the software. User is running Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard. We've tried running a repair on the install but that didn't work. I haven't yet tried uninstall/reinstall - I'd prefer to get more information on this before we try that.

The user isn't editing large portions of documents though.

I have used the touchup tool and that is NOT what I want to open up. I am working with detail Maps. The touchup tool will open up and attempt to “touchup” the detail of the maps and that is Not what I am doing. I am using the “polygon” tool and “text box” tool to circle areas on the map and place labels on these areas for our clients. A simple task of adding lines and text. These are basic mark up tools Adobe offers. These mark up tools are what I am having problems with. I do not intend on converting the maps that are already “scaled” and possibly lose that detail. I explained this to Aaron Rasor as well and he has seen the simple issue. The Basic Mark up tools ghost out and become unavailable when I have more than 1 document opened at once.

try the user exit EXIT_SAPLV56U_004.
use the following tables parameters of this function module to determine whether the values are changed:
I_XVTTK - Shipment Headers (Current)
I_YVTTK - Shipment Headers (Old)
I_XVTTS - Shipment Stages (Current)
I_YVTTS - Shipment Stages (Old)
if any change is made to any of the fields, you can trigger the standard output type by using the function module WFMC_MESSAGE_SINGLE. you will have to pass a structure of type NAST with the required vlaues.

Acrobat XI keeps crashing when 2 documents are opened.

I have installed, deleted and reinstalled Acrobat XI Standard but every time I open 2 PDF Documents, the program stops working and needs too be shut down before I can use it again.... This is very annoying, Please help!!!

Hi, I'm running Windows 7 Pro 32 Bit. I've just updated Acrobat too 11.0.00 (? not sure if this is the latest version) and now it seems to be working.... I have figured out that another way I can view multiple PDF Documents is to open them with Adobe Reader rather than Acrobat. Thanks. If there are any more issues, I'll be in touch.

When text messages are deleted are they gone for good?

My daughter accidentally deleted messages that I need for court. Is there any way to retrieve them after she cleared my conversation ?

The only way to possibly retreive them would be a restore from backup created after the messages were received but prior to them being deleted.
If you do not regularly sync and backup the device, they are gone.

You can do that.
Then your backup would be safe and you simply have to assign a new HD from within TM Preferences.
But you're forced to be careful and monitor your backup folder size. Not at all the spirit of TM that's meant to automate with no worries.
As for the "normal case" argument:
There is no "normal case"; every Mac user has his own way to use his Mac. TM is a great time tool, for those who need to keep everything, especially the oldest data without having to remember exactly what it is.
And TM does work that way:
This problem we are having now is just a bug, not about TM's design.

How Do I Avoid Losing Formatting When Pages documents Are Converted to PDF Files and Emailed?

I put together a presentation piece with Pages, converted its 19 pages to pdf files, emailed the folder of pdf files to Staples for duplication, collation, and binding, and was disappointed to see some of my graphic frame formatting lost.

I was "raised" on Microsoft Publisher, then worked with Adobe Elements before switching to Mac. For the most-part, I find Mac OSX 10.7.5 a joy to use, but it takes me quite a while to figure out how to bridge differences between PC and Mac applications. Even though Mac applications tend to be straight forward, I loften find myself shaking my head and wondering how I could have been stumped so long by a little thing such as instant alpha. I take it you are talking about Pages '09?
Your problem is probably with anything that has transparency eg fancy frames, 3D charts, shadows, reflections because Pages exports all these to too low 72dpi resolution in .pdfs.
Prepping files for commercial print is always a concern and you need at least some Pro skills, but Apple has made life even harder with key missing settings and inferior presets.
The subject of preparing for print is rather broad and detailed.
